Source: Jamie Squire / Getty Simone Biles Lands Two Signature Moves At Gymnastics World Championships Simone Biles is continuing to rise to the top as one of the greatest gymnasts of all time. The effortless athlete competed in the world championships in Stuttgart, Germany this weekend and once again made history. She not only landed the triple-double during her floor routine, she landed the double-double dismount on the balance beam. USA Gymnastics confirmed on Twitter that the impressive feat ensures that the triple-double on the floor and the double-double on the beam will officially be named “The Biles” and the “Biles II” respectively. “My goal going into tonight was to not be great,” Biles said, reports CNN. “It wasn’t to do great, it was to do well, and I feel like I accomplished that.” Simone already has two moves named for her, one in the floor exercise and one on a vault. If Simone keeps it up she’ll become the most decorated gymnast in world championships history. As previously reported she won a record-tying sixth all-around title at the 2019 U.S. Gymnastics Championships in Kansas City, Missouri in August. She’s also on track to beat the record for most podium finishes at the world championships. We see you Simone!

Source: Starz / Starz Tasha made a controversial parenting decision at the end of tonight’s episode of Power. It’s questionable, but it actually makes sense. But let’s bring it back to how the episodes begins. We start with Ghost waking Tariq up by putting a gun in his face. Basically, Ghost figured out that Tariq helped Tommy murder Joe Proctor and is generally tired of his bull. Tariq was shook but pretended that he wasn’t scared even thought it was obvious that he was. When Ghost applied more pressure and even told Tariq that he would make it look like Tariq killed himself due to depression in the wake of Raina’s death. Tariq really got scared and flinched when Ghost pulled the trigger only to reveal that there were no bullets in the gun. Ghost just wanted Tariq to know that he will always be smarter than him and that he is no son of his. He found out that Tariq stole drugs from his stash and lied about it. Tommy was obviously pissed because that could have cost him his life since Jason don’t play that, and proceeds to hang Tariq off a balcony. Tariq as shook, as he should have been. He was also shocked that his uncle would do that to him. But, that’s the game, as Tommy stated before cutting Tariq off. The thing is, he sees more of Ghost in Tariq than he wanted to, and he doesn’t like that at all. You would think that this would be a lesson to Tariq but nope, he still wants to deal. Keisha’s ride or die schtick got taken up a notch. She caught her first body last night. It was self defense, but as we know, she ain’t really about this life and needs to quit. We know this, but Keisha doesn’t, and she’s most likely going to learn the hard way. So, what had happened was, 2-Bit and Spanky are tired of Keisha tying to boss them around and putting bad ideas in Tommy’s head. They see her as a liability so they sent a goon to her shop to try to scare her and hopefully get her to skip town. The rule was not to kill her or hurt her but the goon took it too far. Keisha was strapped and shot him to death. In other words, he caught her first body. In related news, Ghost also paid Keisha a handsome amount of money to leave town with her son. Keisha did not do what she should have. Instead, she told Tommy that she couldn’t be in the game forever and that she wants them to get out and eventually be a family. Tommy told her what she wanted to hear and even bought her a nice house somewhere in the suburbs. We’ll see how long that lasts. Keisha obviously doesn’t really know her man. Now, back to Tasha, she figured out that Tariq plotted his kidnapping with Vincent, she knows he basically helped Tommy kill Proctor and generally realizes that her child ain’t ish. It seems like Tasha is just being a realest and in this case Tariq is a lot like Ghost when he sets his mind to something. Tasha realizes that Tariq is never going to stop selling drugs and if he continues at the rate he’s going then he’s going to get killed, like he almost did with Vincent. Finally, we did lose another soldier. So, let’s pour some out for Buddy. Buddy was in charge of watching Dre, whom Tommy, 2-Bit and Spanky had gotten ahold of, but Dre is a dang cat. They were going to kill him—had him tied up and everything—but tricksy Dre will not be held down so he did what he had to do again. #RIPBuddy, you didn’t deserve to get taken out, but that’s how this world works. Fast forward nearly a year… and the Jersey Shore star was arrested for attacking Jen Harley with a knife, reportedly because he was on cocaine and allegedly while holding his 18-month old daughter in his arms. In other words: Ronnie has learned almost nothing, and changed barely at all. While there are major personal ramifcations at stake for Ronnie as a result of this incident — Will he go to jail? Will he lost custody of young Ariana? — there’s also a professional consequence. It’s about time we wonder whether Ronnie deserves to be featured on MTV any longer, don’t you think? According to various outlets, Ronnie completely flipped his $hit just before 3 a.m. on Friday. He and Harley reportedly got into yet another screaming match, this one turning violent and dangerous for all involved. Ronnie is accused of chasing his on-again/off-again girlfriend around with a weapon and then grabbing the couple’s infant daughter and locking him inside the home the couple had been renting. When police arrived on the scene, Ronnie refused to be taken into custody… prompting authorities to use a taser in order to subdue the reality star. Photos later emerged of a shirtless Ronnie being wheeled away on a gurney while handcuffed. Is he innocent until proven guilty? Yes. But one need not be convicted of a crime to be fired from a reality program. Just ask Farrah Abraham , who was let go from Teen Mom because she starred in amateur pornography videos. Or Jenelle Evans , who was booted from the same franchise because Child Protection Services deemed her an unfit mother — even though no charges were ever filed against her. Raking in money from a cable network and garnering vast fame and fortune as a result of a role on Jersey Shore is a privilege, not a right. Ronnie doesn’t need to be a certified criminal for producers to decide that his time on the series has run its course. So… should they make this call? Has Ronnie’s contentious relationship with Harley — which has included multiple arrests at this point, as well as very ugly fights over social media — created a situation in which Ortiz-Magro is simply too poisonous of a presence to employ? He’s a father, remember. There’s an innocent little girl in the middle of all this, someone who may sadly have to read about her parents awful exploits online because they’re featured on a popular television show. Source: Joe Raedle / Getty A Flordia Mom Allegedly Tried To Kill Her Kids Because She Believed She Was Cursed According to the Ocala Times , a Florida mom is accused of telling her four kids to take off their seatbelts before crashing into a tree. She is now facing four counts of domestic attempted murder. Calicia Williams was allegedly driving erratic before she crashed into a tree after striking a curb and traveling across a grassy median. Members from Ocala Fire Rescue advised officers that none of Williams’ children were wearing seat belts belts during the accident. When officials arrived, Williams was observed making “”spontaneous utterances while her children were being treated by paramedics. People on the scene reported that Williams was traveling at a high rate of speed and had told the children to take off their seatbelts and stretch out their hands. She also reportedly yelled out “The devil can’t hurt you. He only hurts bad people. You have the light of Jesus in you and only Jesus can cure us.” The children sustained injuries consistent with not wearing seatbelts or proper restraints and their condition is unknown. Williams will be transported to the Marion County Jail once released from the hospital.
