Source: Alberto E. Rodriguez / Getty Beyoncé doesn’t play, especially when it comes to ensuring that her children’s names aren’t being used for profit. In court documents posted by The Blast , Beyoncé has upped her claim to the name against Wendy Morales in the trademark battle, stating that her daughter Blue Ivy is a “cultural icon.” “Blue Ivy Carter is a cultural icon who has been described as a ‘mini style star’ and has been celebrated for her ‘fashion moments’ over the years,” the documents states. “Her life and activities are followed extensively by the media and the public.” The documents also point out that while Morales operates under the name Blue Ivy, Queen Bey is attempting to register her daughter’s full name, Blue Ivy Carter , for various business ventures linked to the young icon and that the notion that anyone would confuse the two is asinine. “[Claims] that consumers are likely to be confused between a boutique wedding event planning business and Blue Ivy Carter,” the documents continue. “The daughter of two of the most famous performers in the world is frivolous and should be refused in its entirety.” Beyoncé points out her trademark application is for “Blue Ivy Carter” NOT “Blue Ivy.” The trademark case has been an ongoing battle since Hip-Hop’s royal couple filed to trademark their daughter’s name in 2017, Morales claims that Beyonce and Jay-Z are not intending to actually use the name for business, but instead merely protecting their daughter’s name; while she has been in business utilizing the name before Blue was born. Beyoncé’s claim that Blue is a “cultural icon” comes after Blue earned her first Billboard 100 placement for “Brown Skin Girl,” which she sang with her mother on Beyoncé’s The Lion King: The Gift album. Blue also attended The Lion King premiere with her mom and appeared in the music video for Beyoncé’s original song in the film, “Spirit.” The case is expected to go to trial.
Source: Umehz Charles / EyeEm / Getty When it comes to the topic of shaping our eyebrows, the debate is an ongoing one throughout the beauty community. While some beauty mavens are interested in growing out their brows, some are conditioned to use brow pencils or powders to style their eyebrows during the growth process. Now more than ever, pomades are slowly replacing brow pencils as the popular choice. And it makes sense! Pomades are a great product to create bold brows that we see all over Instagram. Definition is key for many makeup lovers and pomades are a great alternative to execute that look. This formula also comes in handy to give brows a long-lasting hold for all day wear. However, if your a fan of the traditional soft brow look, the right pomade will deliver. Many makeup mavens think that pomades are only for those with sparse brows, but anyone can use this product. To perfect the look, dip an angled short brush into your pomade. Gently tap the brush against the back of your hand to remove excess product. Then, brush on the product starting at the center of your bottom brow for an outline. Follow up with an outline at the top of your brow starting just after your brow begins and connect with the bottom line. Fill in the brow with light strokes and use a spoolie brush to fade the product into the front. A front runner and fan favorite in the Hello Beautiful office is Anastasia Beverly Hills DIPBROW Pomade ($18.00, sephora.com ). It’s long lasting and comes in 11 different shades. On the flip side, brow pencils also come in major clutch! You can create soft, natural looking brows with ease. And if you’re a sucker for a well placed arch, brow pencils will blow your mind. Simply start at the most sparse area of your brows and fill them in with short, feather like strokes. The key to this method is to be light-handed in application and drawing on the strokes in the direction of your hair growth towards the end of your brows. If you’re looking for an affordable brow pencil, try NYX Micro Brow Pencil ($12.00, nyxcosmetics.com ). This is great if you’re just starting with brows, the only downside is that the pencil tends to run out quickly. You also have beauty mavens who can’t resist a good brow powder. Providing a softer effect that other brow products, powders can be worn alone and can be used to set eyebrow pencils for a fuller finish. The application process is also as simple as can be. All you’ll need is an angled brush coasted with the powder formula. Dab on the back of the hand to remove excess product and sweep the brush in the direction of your hair growth with a light hand. Brush through with a spollie and voila! Our Fashion and Beauty Director, Danielle James, swears by Urban Decay Brow Box in Brunette Betty ($12.97, nordstromrack.com ), “It comes with a spoolie and an applicator and even though it’s a powder, it also has a white pomade to help shape or create a stronger brow. I love it!” It’s currently on sale for over 50% off so you might want to scoop this up ASAP. So, the question remains- are brow pomades easier to shape your brows? We would definitely say that pomades are the safest bet! Not only does this product provide all day wear, it provides the picture perfect finish we all know and love. Pencils are great for those who are just starting their makeup journey, but pomades are where it’s at! What say you? Are you a fan of brow pencils or are you attached to eyebrow pomades? As spotted on Hot New Hip Hop the Detroit performer has made it clear that she has enhanced her body. During a recent interview with VladTV she was asked by Vlad about a tweet she posted in 2015 with the simple caption “plastic surgery”. She says that she has received cosmetic treatments but not to the extent of some of her female Rap peers. “I haven’t got a lot of work done,” she explained. “I don’t do a lot of work. 2015 I probably was thinking about it.” She would go on to detail what exactly got touched up. “I have got work done, I’m not ashamed to say that which is my boobs.” Elsewhere in the Q&A she confirms she was the first female rapper with Doll in her name thus inspiring the likes of Asian Doll, Cuban Doll and Dream Doll. Source: Shareif Ziyadat / Getty “Baaallliiin” was Jim Jones signature phrase in 2006…but that doesn’t seem like it’s really the case these days. According to Bossip , Dipset capo Jim Jones and long-time partner Chrissy Lampkin lost their NJ mansion after The U.S. National Bank Association sued the reality star couple back in 2017 for allegedly failing to pay their mortgage since 2010. According to the complaint, Jones bought the house in 2006 and took out a $680,000 mortgage with a 6.875 percent interest rate. He agreed to make monthly payments of $4,467, but instead, Jones stopped paying it almost ten years ago, defaulting the loan and accelerating the total balance. Apparently, Jim Jones and Chrissy were unable to come up with the cash because the courts issued its final judgment against the couple last week and the property was sold for $100 at an auction. Despite legal woes, Jones has been focused on making music. As previously reported early this year while celebrating his B-Sides Reunion with partner in rhyme Cam’ron and Jay Z , Jones was also celebrating beating a gun case in Georgia just in time for the release of his first major solo project in 10 years and The Heatmakerz collaboration, El Chapo . Staying on track, Jim Jones released a new visual for the lead single, “Make No Issues of It.” Despite being outed as a part of the Nine-Trey Blood Gang by Rap agitator turned federal witness Tekashii 69 , the new video directed by Jimmy and Shula The Don features Jones letting the red flags fly. “I’m in your halls with Taj Mahals and some red caps,” Jones raps donning a crimson jacket. “When we ball, even the feds took pictures of it. And I ain’t here to make no issues of it.” Since the allegations of his involvement in the infamous Blood gang was revealed in court, Jones has yet to confirm or deny the allegations. Last week when the news broke of the audio being played in court, highlighting Jones’s involvement in gang activities; including the targeting of Tekashii 69, Jones responded with an Instagram post in the gym showing he was staying focused. “#Incaseyoudidnt we got busy at another hotel stay focus don’t let them side trac u from ur mission,” Jones wrote. A 19-year old Florida woman was arrested this week because she chased her grandfather around with a knife. Allegedly , we suppose we should write. According to Nassau County officials, Katie Jade Gates was taken into custody after she grew very angry due to not being permitted to eat more than her “fair share of tomatoes” at a recent dinner. It’s unclear at the moment just what type of tomatoes we’re talking about here. Katie’s own grandmother told the police that Gates started to throw a tantrum after being told she couldn’t have more tomatoes. Gate then became disrespectful toward others in the house, enraging them, according to the official report. It reeally was quite the scene, apparently. First, Gates hurled a cigarette pack at her 73-year old great-grandmother, striking her in the eye, deputies have put on record. From there, Gates grabbed a knife and started waving it toward her grandfather. Her grandfather sprinted out of the house as quickly as his old bones could carry him… and Gates proceeded to chase him with the knife in her hand, police say. She threatened to stab him in the face and began poking the knife toward his face, nearly cutting him in the process. “Motherf–ker, I’ll stab you in your f–king face,” Gates supposedly screamed at her elderly relative. Police arrested Gates — who lives with these grandparents — on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated battery on a victim over the age of 65. She was transported to the Nassau County Detention Facility and later released out of jail on a $18,000 bond. She has allegedly confessed to the cigarette pack throwing and even to picking up the knife, but not to using it in a threatening manner. UPDATE : If Gates somehow continue to live at this same residence, she presumably would be limited in her movements. Sources now confirm that Gates was ordered to stay at least 500 feet away from Edward Schaedel, her grandfather, and her great-grandmother, Carolyn Schaeder. She has also been prohibited from having any communication with them while the case plays out. Gates was also arrested a few weeks prior to the violent incident at her home for a traffic violation after she ran a stop sign.
Source: @JustInMyView / R1 Digital Tekashi69 Docuseries Coming To Snapchat Tekashi 6ix9ine ‘s super public and highly controversial trial has played out on our timelines for over a week now. And thanks to Snapchat, we’ll get to see even more on the troubled rapper’s life without having to put our phones down. The popular social next announced earlier this week that they plan to launch several original series on the platform, and one of them includes a docuseries about Tekashi. TMZ reports: Snap’s launching their first documentary-style franchise called “VS The World” and T69 will kick off the first season. It is being produced by Complex, following his sudden skyrocket to fame in 2017, and his eventual crumbling in 2018 when he got arrested, indicted on RICO charges and incarcerated as a result. The doc is set to hit Snapchat this Fall, which means the latest developments in Tekashi’s trial will most likely be featured in it. Sources say that “VS The World” will include interviews with people who were close to 69 including DJ Akademiks, Ebro Darden, Adam22, Tory Lanez and Cuban Doll. The new Snapchat shows will begin airing this fall on the app’s Discover page and will also include a doc on transgender beauty icon Nikita Dragun (Sirens Media), as well new episodes of Bhad Bhabie’s show. SMH, hate to see it. Will you be watching?

Rafaella Consentino is a model like everyone else and she’s got some pretty round and perky tits. I guess she’s out here trying to fight the crisis facing America…which is not immigration, despite her being an immigrant…it is the sexualization of the tit. The only way to de-sexualize the tit is by putting up pics of her tits, or participating in titty content and that is a good thing. A great thing cuz it gives us better content to better sexualize her tits. These pics are in black and white, so you know they are artsy and not porny…unless you make it porn cuz she’s hot, naked and fit..wich is exactly what I am trying to make it.
