Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez may be gone from American Idol , and chatter may already be buzzing over their replacement (Adam Lambert? Mariah Carey? Aretha Franklin? ), but these judges will never be forgotten. By their now-former co-star at least. “Steven and Jennifer are truly two of the most talented and consummate professionals I’ve worked with,” Jackson told Gossip Cop in a statement. “I was friends with them before we hopped on this crazy journey together and I have no doubt our friendships will continue long after. I will love them for life.” Lopez confirmed her departure to Ryan Seacrest on Friday, while Tyler released his own statement earlier in the week. There’s been talk that the series is now looking to start over and will next give Jackson the axe. What do YOU think, THGers? Beyonce Expresses Love, Admiration for Michelle Obama [Video]

The bond between Beyonce and Michelle Obama just grew a little stronger. In May, the First Lady took her daughters to a Knowles concert , a night out that followed a Tumblr post by Beyonce that praised Obama as “ULTIMATE example of a strong African-American woman.” Obama, in turn, responded to the praise with a Tweet that read: “Thank you for the beautiful letter and for being a role model who kids everywhere can look up to.” Now, Beyonce has made that letter even more public, posting a video reading of it that serves as a campaign ad for Michelle’s husband, given the donation link at the end. It’s a Girl for Uma Thurman and Arpad Busson!

Congratulations are very much in order for Uma Thurman and Arpad Busson. The actress gave birth to her third child on Sunday night, multiple sources confirm, a girl whose name and measurements are being kept a secret for the time being. But “Mom and baby are doing well,” a rep for the actress says in a statement. It’s Thurman’s first kid with Busson, a financier she started dating in 2007, split briefly with in 2009 and has been steady with every since. Busson has two children himself with Elle MacPherson – sons Flynn, 14, and Cy, nine-and-a-half – while Thurman plays mother to daughter Maya, 14, and son Levon, 10, with ex-husband Ethan Hawke.

Dave Haywood and Kelli Cashiola: Married!

For Lady Antebellum member Dave Haywood, just a kiss yesterday signified a lifetime commitment to girlfriend Kelli Cashiola. The pair got married outside Nashville! The ceremony took place at Front Porch Farms in Ashland City and attendees include bandmates Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott, the latter of whom also tied the knot this year. Haywood and Cashiola (a record executive) were friends for years before they started dating, going public with their romance in early November. Rita Ora to Meet the Kardashians, E! Viewers

Because it worked out so well for Kris Humphries, Rob Kardashian’s new girlfriend is set to make her reality show debut in the near future. Life & Style reports that Rita Ora – a British singer/model who started dating the former Dancing with the Stars contestant in late 2011 – will appear on at least one episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians next season. The installment “will be about Rita coming to visit and meeting the family,” an insider tells the tabloid . Rob previously dated Adrienne Bailon for a couple of years, splitting in 2009. He hasn’t been linked with anyone since and has actually remained mostly out of the spotlight, compared to his topless sisters , that is. After splitting from Ryan Edwards, who got her pregnant and in doing so, launched her reality TV career on Teen Mom , Maci Bookout has moved on from her ex. Her current, live-in beau, Kyle King, is a much better influence on Maci, and frankly, on Bentley, her three-year-old son with Ryan. Life’s good for the redhead. So why is she jealous of Ryan’s new girlfriend, Dalis Connell? “I want him to be happy because he excels when he’s happy,” Maci Bookout said of Edwards … but that was before he started dating, and talking marriage with Connell. Not surprisingly, she’s singing a different tune now. “Maci has been pretty jealous,” a close source says of Ryan’s baby mama. “Dalis feels like it could be because she and Ryan may actually get married before Maci does or maybe because Maci is not getting Ryan’s attention anymore.” But Ryan and Dalis are trying to rise above Maci’s envy. “Their relationship is definitely true love. They have both been completely supportive of each other. But Maci clearly still has feelings for Ryan. And Kyle can’t be too happy about it.” We’ll see how this plays out. Rosie O’Donnell will soon premiere a new talk show, but she’s even more excited about the new woman in her life. “I did not expect it when I met her at Starbucks,” O’Donnell tells People of Michelle Rounds , who she started dating a few months ago. “She didn’t look like any lesbian I’d ever met. But it’s fun and very exciting.” O’Donnell, whose The Rosie Show debuts on OWN on October 10, says she’s “in menopause” and has been having “really bad hot flashes,” but her therapist gave her another explanation recently for the heat: “[It’s] because you’re also in love.” Awww, that’s sweet. After a decade of dating, Sara Gilbert and Allison Adler have called it quits. The Talk host and the television producer will share custody of their children (Levi, 6, and Sawyer, 4), according to People , which first reported this split. Gilbert’s rep confirms it and describes the parting as “completely amicable.” Gilbert and Adler started dating in 2001.

Prince Harry Chooses War Over Florence Brudenell-Bruce

It takes a lot to break up with someone who looks like Florence Brudenell-Bruce. But Prince Harry reportedly has a very good reason for splitting with the lingerie model: the war in Afghanistan. “Harry has a lot on his mind at the moment,” a source told The Daily Mirror of the pilot. “He is concentrating on his Apache helicopter training. After that, he’s expecting to return to Afghanistan.” Brudenell-Bruce started dating Prince William’s brother in June, soon after he ended his long-time relationship with Chelsy Davy. She had been spending a lot of time at his Notting Hill home, but Harry is training to be an Army Air Corps Pilot and didn’t want to be “tied down” during these exercises, a friend says.
