Willa Ford And Retired Hockey Player Mike Modano Divorcing She won’t be single for long, mark our words. Willa will find her a dumb black athlete to wife her digger azz up right away. Willa Ford and husband Mike Modano, who married in Athens, Texas, in 2007, are going their separate ways. “It is with great sadness that after five years of marriage, Willa and Mike have decided to divorce,” they tell PEOPLE in an exclusive joint statement through her rep. “They remain friends and wish each other success and happiness.” Ford, 31, and Modano, 42, who retired from the Dallas Stars hockey team last year, were together for more than four years before becoming engaged in 2006 and marrying the following year before 75 guests at a private ranch. Spartacus and its prequel series, Spartacus: Gods of the Arena, have been a veritable Bacchanalia of bare boobage. But much like the Roman Empire itself, it isn’t going to last forever. In fact, it’s only going to last one more season. Usually networks let a show go on as long as it’s profitable- sometimes even after the creators have lost interest- but Starz is taking a different approach with Spartacus . It’s Starz’ most-watched show by a wide margin, but still network head Chris Albrecht and series creator Steven DeKnight have announced that after Spartacus: War of the Damned airs next January, they’re going to end the show for good. (DeKnight cites many “bumps in the road” explaining the decision in a recent interview , including the death of original star Andy Whitfield last year.) There’s still plenty to look forward to in Season 3- Kiwi cutie Anna Hutchinson has joined the cast for War of the Damned along with fellow Underbelly alum Jenna Lind , taking over for the departing Viva Bianca and Lucy Lawless . Both actresses have good track records for nudity, as does Spartacus and Starz generally, but still those teats will be bittersweet for fans of the show. Soak up those bath scenes while you can, fellas. When it comes to fall boob tube nudity, Boss is leading in Mr. Skin’s pole. We’re three weeks into the Starz drama’s first season, starring Kelsey Grammer as the fictional mayor of Chicago, and Kathleen Robertson has been nude in every episode so far. ‘Twilight’ actor talks about Starz series, premiering Friday (April 1). By Jocelyn Vena Jamie Campbell Bower Photo: MTV News Jamie Campbell Bower has played with wizards and been one evil vampire, but now the British heartthrob is set to play King Arthur. The “Twilight” and “Harry Potter” star is now going to “Camelot,” in the Starz series named after the legendary literary location, which premieres Friday (April 1). Bower stopped by the MTV News offices the day his show premiered to share a big tease that will certainly persuade his admirers to watch: “You are going to see my bum cheeks, which is very nice,” he revealed, adding that he hopes no one will complain, “apart from my grandma.” “You will meet the characters that you know so well, but you will not see them in the same vein that you’ve seen them before. You will meet Arthur, who’s a young boy living a very comfortable existence and then torn from that and taken to Camelot. You will meet Merlin (played by Joseph Fiennes); he doesn’t have a pointy hat or a long white beard or a wand. And you will see the world that the show takes place in.” Bower plays the lead role in which so many thespians before him swung Excalibur. But he says the new show is a much more realistic take on the classic tale. “I suppose, being from England, I’ve grown up around the story most of my life. The Arthur and the Camelot story has been told many times, but I don’t think it’s been told in the same way,” he said. “We’re going for a reality and a humanism.” The story of Arthur and Camelot has been around for centuries, and it seems that, even in 2011, people don’t seem to tire of the classic tale. “I think, underneath it all, there’s that love story between Guinevere (played by Tamsin Egerton) and Arthur, and people are always drawn to a good love story, always drawn to that idea of love that cannot be, and that’s something that our show definitely has,” he explained. “I think people are very happy to be taken away from the mundane existence and thrown into this magical world.” Will you be tuning in to see Jamie Campbell Bower play King Arthur? What was Lucy Lawless ‘s character on Spartacus like before she became a manipulative Real Housewife of Ancient Rome?
