Teen Mom Trailer: The Final Season Begins …

It’s the beginning of the end for Teen Mom’s fabulous foursome – Maci Bookout, Farrah Abraham, Amber Portwood and Catelynn Lowell – on MTV this summer. Though the Teen Mom franchise is sticking around on the network with its second (and soon-to-be third) ensembles, the four who started it all are bowing out. The final season, premiering next month, promises big things for Amber, Maci, Farrah and Cate. Take a look at the trailer for their upcoming swan song below: Teen Mom Trailer Among this season’s new challenges: Amber Portwood’s suicide attempt , 911 calls, meltdowns in front of Gary, loss of custody of Leah, and ongoing legal woes (she’s in jail right now). Maci fighting with Ryan Edwards a lot. It all starts June 12! Yeah, baby!

Fantasia Barrino Confirms Album Promotion, Thanks Fans for Support

Just a few days removed from a hospitalization for a rumored suicide attempt , Fantasia Barrino is getting back to work. The singer’s new album, “Back to Me,” comes out on Facebook and Amazon today, which means scheduled promotional appearances the artist will fulfill. In a statement, Fantasia says: “I can’t thank my fans enough for their prayers and support during such a challenging time. It has given me the motivation to get back to work and honor the commitments I made to promote Back To Me. I put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into this album and I pray that everyone enjoys it as much as I do.” The challenging time to which Fantasia alludes is based around an alleged affair with Antwaun Cook, as well as a possible lawsuit from his spurned wife and the rumor of a sex tape between the couple. Over the weekend, Barrino and Cook were filmed together by a VH1 camera crew. This has caused many to speculate that the recent drama in the singer’s life has simply been concocted for Fantasia for Real , the reality show still set to premiere on September 19. We’ll leave that for readers to debate and simply say for now that Barrino’s promotional appearances kick off on August 24 on Good Morning America . She’ll then perform later in the month on Lopez Tonight , Live with Regis & Kelly and The Wendy Williams Show.

Paris Hilton Launches Fragrance, Makes Like Marilyn Monroe

Paris Hilton sullied the good name and memory of Marilyn Monroe last night. At a launch party for tenth fragrance – yes, Paris Hilton has now come out with ten fragrances! – the former sex tape star and currently irrelevant celebrity dressed up like the 1960s actress and pin-up model. “I love Marilyn Monroe,” said Paris. “She’s always been one of my fashion icons. Doing my tenth fragrance I just thought, she’s a 10, and I have to do something to honor Marilyn.” She isn’t the first. Angelina Jolie: Bound For the Mental Hospital!

We’ve witnessed her “steal” a woman’s husband. We’ve heard about her scandalous old drug photos . We’ve reported on her being blackballed by her family . We’ve seen stories about her being a vindictive, jealous control freak who makes children cry and stages bogus happy family photo ops for positive PR. At this point, what gossip hasn’t been written about Angelia Jolie? That she’s been committed to a mental institution? Nope, you can now add that to the list: SHE’S INSANE!!! Probably not really … but look at that photo! According to the National Enquirer, Angelina Jolie’s notoriously crazy outbursts have flared up in spades in light of a new tell-all book about her dark, sordid past. The tabloid, with already alleged a suicide attempt by Jolie late last year, says she’s headed off to the loony bin after a meltdown that has left Brad Pitt in tears. Somehow we suspect if Angelina were institutionalized, we’d have heard about it, or the National Enquirer wouldn’t be the source of such a bombshell story. Then again, we thought the same about John Edwards’ affair with Rielle Hunter, and Tiger Woods’ dalliances with Rachel Uchitel, so you never really know …

Tila Tequila Given the Boot from Celebrity Rehab

Tila Tequila has exploited the death of Casey Johnson for personal gain; stripped down for the camera; and even faked a suicide attempt . But she may have finally hit rock bottom with the following news: Tila will NOT be taking part in the next edition of Celebrity Rehab . The reality star had blogged about her inclusion on this VH1 series in May, saying she’d finally agreed to get treatment for her addiction to Ambien. But when Radar Online asked her rep if Tequila would be a cast member on the show, he simply replied: “No.” Seriously, what does it take to get booted from Celebrity Rehab ?!? Dr. Drew Pinsky lives to profit off the troubles of Z-list stars. Reports say the show is still scheduled to begin filming this month. Only Jason Wahler is on board, though sources say the network is trying to sign up former tennis star Jennifer Capriati. If it really wants to set a ratings record, there’s an obvious candidate in need of MAJOR help: Mel Gibson .

Larry and Shawn King Divorce: Possibly Still On

Larry King and wife Shawn Southwick King split up in April amid rumors that he was nailing her sister Shannon Engemann, but reconciled soon after. But the two have not withdrawn their dueling divorce petitions, and the rumored Shawn King suicide attempt in May indicates things are still amiss. Will they or won’t they split up? It’s anyone’s guess, and rumor has it that the tipping point for whether Shawn becomes his eighth ex-wife is not his alleged infidelity, but money. People familiar with the situation say nothing is going to happen as Shawn recovers from her overdose (which some suspect was a suicide attempt). Larry King and Shawn Southwick married over a decade ago . But before that crisis, one of Larry King’s lawyers actually presented a proposal to Shawn’s lawyer to undo an agreement he signed a few years ago. Then, also amid speculation that he was railing Shannon Engemann , King signed over their houses to her. They are in Shawn Southwick’s name only. Recently, after the couple reconciled , or at least put the divorce on ice, one of Larry’s lawyers submitted a proposal for a new division of property. One that did not sit well with Shawn, as it turns out. Whether or not the Kings, who have two young boys, remain married hinges, as a source puts it, on “striking a new deal on the money issues.”

Artie Lange Page Six Story Claims Suicide Attempt

A story posted on the New York Post’s Page Six this morning claims that Howard Stern funnyman Artie Lange attempted to commit suicide over the weekend. He apparently stabbed himself nine times. The story reads: “Troubled comic Artie Lange landed in the hospital after stabbing himself nine times in an apparent suicide attempt, sources told The Post. Lange’s frantic mom called 911 Saturday morning after she entered his Hoboken apartment and found the bloodied funnyman, a law-enforcement source said. Lange sustained six “hesitation wounds” and three deep plunges. A source close to Lange’s management team confirmed that the Howard Stern sidekick stabbed himself, adding that his mother had come to visit him that day to drop off food. Surgeons managed to save Lange despite heavy bleeding.” Stern mentioned the report this morning but decided not to read it on the air. “I’m sorry. I just feel sick about this, I don’t know what to do,” Stern said. Artie Lange has been absent from the show for the past several weeks. If he survives this, let’s hope Artie gets the help he needs…and soon!
