Domestic violence is so prevalent that there were three cases this week, that’s if the SUV crash turns out to be intentional and if accusations against rapper Fabolous are proven to be true. But a story out of Georgia is a particularly horrifying case even in the wake of such similar, prevalent crimes. Sherika Sharie”Redd” Bowman , a 34-year-old mother of five was shot to death in her own driveway, allegedly by her boyfriend, Keitren Foots, police say. Foots has been arrested. Reports say he may be the father of the youngest child. People.com reports: Bowman, who was originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, was a mother of five children, ages 16, 13, 5, 1 and 1 month old, according to a GoFundMe page created by family. “She is a great mother,” a relative told WRAL, adding that Bowman was working on a license to become a registered nurse. A family member wrote on her GoFundMe page that Bowman sought to “pursue the love in her career and most of all, provide even more for her children,” a family member writes on the page. “Redd has always been an independent and ambitious woman,” the relative continued. “She had a big, contagious smile and also enjoyed her talent in drawing.” Foots was arrested early Sunday morning in Granville County, North Carolina, after Georgia authorities used his cell phone to locate him. He was found in a hotel parking lot , but when authorities arrived he allegedly fled the parking lot and headed north on Interstate 85, WFMY reports. After losing sight of Foots, authorities were able to ping his cell phone and track him to a shed near the border of Vance County, according to the station. He and Bowman lived together with her children , according to 11Alive News. Authorities said Bowman’s 13-year-old was inside the Stone Mountain home when the shooting occurred, and called 911. Foots is currently behind bars in Granville County, according to Granville County Detention Center officials. Blac Chyna went out to spend Easter Sunday with her children, Dream and King. They were accompanied by their nanny, their entourage, and by Chyna's hot 18-year-old boyfriend . Unfortunately, as a viral fan video shows, Chyna got into a violent-looking altercation with someone else in the park. See that explosive video, and Chyna's statement about the fight, below. Blac Chyna celebrated this past holiday weekend by taking her young children, King and Dream, to California’s Six Flags Magic Mountain. It's a great place to go … unless you get greyouts from roller coasters. Unfortunately, as a fan video revealed, Chyna got into some sort of altercation while at the park. After reportedly being slapped by a woman, Blac Chyna is shown trying to wield her daughter's pink car toy as a weapon, seeming to try to throw it at the woman with whom she had a beef. She's not very effective at it and, after a while, the people around her try to stop her, but her fury seems very evident. There is no sign that either Dream or King was around to see any of this. It is difficult to verify details, but a woman claiming to have been involved explained that she was at the park and, not knowing who Dream was and seeing her little car being pushed by a white woman — her nanny — she complimented how beautiful the baby was. (Dream really is too cute for words) The nanny thanked her and this woman says that she interpreted that the nanny had given her permission to touch the baby. It sounds like she booped Dream's nose or cheek or something like that, and walked on. She was then confronted by Chyna, she says, who then departed in a fury. She says that she then heard that Chyna was ranting about wanting to beat up this woman for having touched her baby. According to this woman's statement — which, again, cannot be verified — she tried to talk things out with Chyna, who reportedly started taking off extra things that she was wearing. As one might do if one is about to “throw down.” This woman says that her response to this apparent act of aggression was to slap Chyna. You know who's loving this story? Rob Kardashian. He's back on Instagram, where he re-posted the video clip of Blac Chyna's fury, which you can see below. In the captions, he wrote: “Just gonna leave this here.” Though reportedly the two are getting along better than they had in the past — in fact, one report even claims that Rob wants Chyna back — it sounds like he can't resist to urge to boost an embarrassing video of her. At least it's not revenge porn, this time. Here sits Dream in the stroller-slash-car as it's used for its intended purpose. Blac Chyna spoke out about the incident on her Instagram story, saying: “Being famous is hard enough dealing with scrutiny but when someone feels comfortable to come and touch your child it’s a whole other story.” Honestly, do not touch someone's baby without their permission. Though, in this case, there may have been a misunderstanding. Chyna continues: “I do not condone violence nor am I a violent person but shout out to all of the amazing mothers out there that will protect their children at all cost.” That's the first obligation of any parent. “Love, King and Dream's mommy.” This altercation might have been prevented with better communication. Though obviously no responsible nanny is going to announce: “Yes, this is a celebrity's baby!” And perhaps this unnamed other woman could use some better boundaries. It looks like Chyna needs to find a healthier way to express her anger, but we'd point out that it doesn't appear that anyone was hurt. It also sounds like Chyna's heart was in the right place — she was trying to set boundaries to protect her children. We just hope that they did not see their mother go off like that in the park. Next time, ask The Hollywood Gossip for advice, okay? On Sunday, the most controversial Bachelor-based couple of all-time stepped in scalding hot water when it joked that Burnham was expecting. It wasn’t just a mere, passing joke, either. It can replete with an alleged baby bump photo and everything. “Secrets finally out, we have a bunny in the oven! @laurenburnham91,” Arie wrote on Twitter alongside an image of a female, presumed to be his fiancee, clutching what looked like a baby bump. See for yourself here: Not even two hours later, however, Arie let followers in on his unoriginal joke. APRIL FOOLS, he quickly Tweeted, barely even giving the prank time to go viral. But it went viral enough, apparently, because plenty of Internet users found it incredibly offensive and insensitive — and they let Arie and Lauren have it online. Big time. “You both are disgusting,” wrote one individual, adding: “As someone who struggles with fertility and would love nothing more than to have a baby this is so offensive.” That was the basic theme of all the backlash; how Arie and Lauren turned a serious personal issue for millions of women into a source of parody. “Come on. be better than that,” another person wrote, explaining herself thusly: “it’s not a joke for many struggling families to get pregnant, it’s extremely expensive and it’s heartbreaking. I wish nothing but the best for Arie and Lauren but this is not funny, it’s cruel.” Here’s a look at a few similar opinions shared on social media about this topic: Arie, of course, is no stranger to receiving hate over the Internet. He selected a different woman from Lauren on the finale of The Bachelor this season, only to them dump her in the most dramatic fashion possible and then propose to Lauren a night after said finale aired. It was bonkers! And while some may think the reaction to their April Fool’s Day prank was a bit over-the-top, it’s understandable why so many people have simply had it with this couple. They’d be best served to just remain silent for awhile. Instead, they are in our face at all times with televised marriage talk and very bad jokes. Nor do Arie and Lauren appear to be feel guilty about this distasteful Tweet, either. Seemingly in response to the backlash, backlash, Arie shared the above photo of a recipe on his Instagram story and wrote; “Sorry if you were offended, but we really are making a Dutch Baby.” That’s just painfully insincere and even more painfully unfunny. We wonder now how fans will react when Lauren really does get pregnant, a development she expects to happen at some point with her lame fiance. “We’re both very excited about marriage and starting a family,” Burnham previously told People Magazine. “If we get lucky, maybe we’d have twins!” Arie said in this same interview.
