The extended version of Mercedes’ 2013 Super Bowl Commercial has been released, and does not lack for star power … starting with Willem Dafoe. As the Dark Lord himself, the actor offers one potential buyer the chance to have a CLA and all that goes with it. Notably walking the red carpet with Kate Upton. Challenging Usher to a dance-off, posing for magazine covers and generally making the girls swoon? Done, done, done. So will he sell his soul for a CLA? Mercedes Super Bowl Ad 2013 (Ft. Kate Upton, Willem Dafoe, Usher) Not bad as Super Bowl commercials go, especially lately. It doesn’t compare to the other Kate Upton Super Bowl ad for Mercedes, but really, what does.

You know your career has gone to a good place when you’re hired to be in a beer commercial for a Brazilian beer company.. I guess she could rationalize it as being part of their Carnivale campaign which is the biggest of the year…..it’s their Super Bowl….and she could rationalize that Brazil isn’t some third world country…it’s a massive…major…internation power… But we know the truth…and that is that she needs money….and if this was pre-baby….at her peak….she’d never jump onto a job like this…even if they offered her 10s of millions….because everything changes…when you get desperate… That said…there’s a real lack of nudity in this…I thought Brazil’s Carnivale was full of half nakedness….what a let down.

Super Bowl Alcohol Ban to Hit San Francisco?

San Francisco football fans looking to have an all-time day and night one week from Sunday may find themselves hampered by a Super Bowl alcohol ban. Mayor Ed Lee is pushing to limit liquor sales before the Super Bowl February 3. He’s worried about another incident like the 2012 World Series, in which the city saw wild rioting and vandalism from drunken fans after the Giants won. Lee doesn’t want to issue an outright Super Bowl alcohol ban, but he is encouraging business owners to “serve something (other) than heavy alcohol.” His reasoning is that “inebriation sometimes doesn’t help with people who want to maybe go beyond the bounds of acceptability in their celebration.” Do you agree that perhaps an abundance of caution is warranted? Alicia Keys To Sing The National Anthem At The 2013 Superbowl R&B songstress Alicia Keys has been confirmed to kick off the 2013 Superbowl XLVII in New Orleans with the singing of the National Anthem. via Huffington Pos t Alicia Keys will be singing Francis Scott Key at the Super Bowl, CBS and the NFL announced Friday. The Grammy winner will belt the national anthem in New Orleans on Feb. 3, which sets the stage for a dual-divas duel: Keys at kickoff and Beyonce at halftime. It will be Keys’ third time on the Super Bowl stage, the most by any performer in the game’s history. In 2005, she sang America the Beautiful with 150 students from the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind and returned three years later to perform as part of the pregame show. This year’s Super Bowl chanteuses will swap places this Monday at the inauguration: Beyonce is slated to belt The Star-Spangled Banner at the swearing-in ceremony, and Keys will perform at the Commander-in-Chief’s Ball alongside Jennifer Hudson. Alicia doing the national anthem and gangstaboo Bey doing the halftime show ? This should be a Superbowl to remember.
