Kris Jenner: Did She Throw a Tantrum at the Oscars?

Kris Jenner made a pretty major faux pas at the Academy Awards. She didn’t announce the wrong winner of Best Picture , unlike Warren Beatty. Nor did she include the photo of someone who is still alive in the show’s In Memoriam segment, unlike whoever was in charge of the show’s In Memoriam segment. But Jenner did come across like an ignorant fool during E!’s red carpet coverage of the event. Those who tuned in to see quasi professional journalists judge the appearances of actors and actresses prior to the ceremony need to get a life. Wait, that’s not it. It’s true. But that isn’t the point of this story. What we meant to say was this: Those who tuned in to E! prior to the start of last night’s Academy Awards likely noticed that many celebrities were donning blue ribbons over their dresses or tuxedos to show support for the American Civil Liberties Union, an organization that fights for human rights. This has become a popular cause among those concerned about the policies being discussed and/or passed by the Donald Trump administration. But the cause hasn’t become popular enough to have caught the attention of Jenner, apparently. During the live telecast, Jenner and Giuliana Rancic were talking about Best Actress nominee Ruth Negga‘s Oscar gown when the reality star asked: “What is the blue thing she has there? Is that a ribbon?” “It’s the ACLU ribbon that a lot of people are actually wearing on the red carpet tonight,” Rancic calmly replied. “This is the first one I’ve seen. That little ribbon,” Jenner responded, very confused by the confluence of the accessory. Among the Twitters users who took note of this comment? The ACLU itself! According to a source who works in production for E!’s Oscars pre-show fashion panel, Jenner was aware of the backlash surrounding her ignorance… … and she was not very happy about it! “Kris absolutely flipped out when the cameras stopped rolling,” this insider tells Radar Online . Adds the person behind this report: “Kris accused producers of trying to sabotage her. She actually went on to say that it was their fault that they did not inform her of what the blue ribbons signified.” We’d say it’s the producers fault for asking Jenner to work the event in the first place. We’re not sure what makes her qualified to talk about fashion… or movies… or really anything at all, except for our to best exploit one’s children for a lot of money. View Slideshow: Oscars 2017: A Ceremony in GIFs! Not surprisingly, the mole tells Radar that Jenner will not be asked back for this same pre-show coverage in 2018. And that’s likely fine by her anyhow. “Kris is just mortified at how badly she messed up,” the insider concludes.

Casey Affleck Oscar Win: Slammed By Brie Larson, Twitter

There’s no contest with regard to the most memorable moment from the 2017 Academy Awards , That title goes to the jaw-dropping “Steve Harvey moment” that ended the night, as presenters Warren Beatty and Faye Dunaway mistakenly announced La La Land as Best Picture , when the award actually belonged to Moonlight. But while that epic goof-up might be grabbing the majority of today’s headlines, it wasn’t the only controversial moment surrounding one of the night’s top prizes. Casey Affleck took home the Best Actor Oscar for his heart-wrenching performance in Manchester By the Sea, but not everyone was thrilled to see the 41-year-old step out from under his older brother’s shadow. The dark cloud of some heinous sexual harassment accusations loomed large over Affleck’s Oscar campaign, and many felt the actor should be removed from consideration as a result. The alleged incidents took place in 2010, while Affleck was directing the mockumentary film I’m Still Here with his then-brother-in-law, Joaquin Phoenix. The matter was settled out of court, but Affleck’s accusers maintain that he abused his power and persistently subjected them to harassment and other inappropriate behavior. As is customary, Affleck’s award was presented by Brie Larson, who took home the Best Actress prize for Room at last year’s awards. Larson played a sexual assault survivor in the film and she’s been an outspoken advocate for victims’ rights throughout her career. Needless to say, the Academy’s decision to put her in a position where she would be presenting an award to an alleged sexual predator didn’t sit well with many viewers. Larson’s apparent disdain for Affleck, however, was widely praised: Casey Affleck Wins Best Actor Many noted that Larson didn’t applaud when Affleck received his award, and it’s being widely interpreted as the actress’ way of subtly protesting the win.  “Y’all made Brie Larson, an advocate for sexual assault survivors, present Casey Affleck, a sexual predator, with an Oscar,” tweeted one viewer. Another wrote simply: “BRIE LARSON NOT CLAPPING IS MY HERO” Affleck’s nomination sparked countless debates about where the arts community should draw the line in terms of behavior so inexcusable that it should end a career. That debate will likely rage on following his win last night. But at least those who were outraged by Affleck’s victory can take solace in knowing that however subtle her understated her show of disapproval may have been, Brie Larson made her feelings known on the night’s biggest stage. The Walking Dead Season 7B: Pictures & Synopsis Released!

The Walking Dead Season 7 B kicks off in just a few weeks and we’re all dying to find out what’s going to happen next for our favorite group of survivors.  AMC has now released three promotional photos and a synopsis that sheds light on what will be coming in the final 8 episodes of The Walking Dead Season 7. When we left off in Season 7A, a large portion of the group reunited at Hilltop with the intention of finding a way to take Negan down… once and for all.  With the Saviors being such a big, complex group, all of our favorite characters are going to to need to keep their wits about them if they have any hope at surviving.  View Slideshow: 24 Shocking TV Deaths If you watch The Walking Dead online , then you probably knew that the show was gearing up for a war against the saviors and the official synopsis teases just that. Here’s the official scoop.  The first half of Season 7 saw Rick (Andrew Lincoln) and the group broken by Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), forced to fall under his will and brutally convinced to live under his rules. The second half of the season will focus on preparing for war and gathering the supplies and numbers to take Negan down once and for all. Rick’s group will find out yet again that the world isn’t what they thought it was. It’s much bigger than anything they’ve seen so far. While they have a singular purpose – to defeat Negan – it won’t come easy. More importantly, victory will require more than Alexandria. They need the numbers of the Kingdom and the Hilltop, but, similar to how Rick felt, Ezekiel (Khary Payton) and Gregory (Xander Berkeley) do not want bloodshed. To convince them otherwise will take more than speeches. Watch The Walking Dead Season 7 Episode 8 Online The lengths Rick and the group will have to go to in order to find weapons, food and new fighters is nothing short of remarkable. We’ll meet new survivors in incredible places. We’ll see Rick and the group tested in ways we’ve never seen before. We’ll see treachery from people we trust. Rick is confident as he will see his group and many others band together with the common goal of taking down Negan. But no amount of planning will prepare the group for all-out war with Negan and his army. It sure sounds like we’re in for a wild ride as we close out the season, but can we really get to the end without any more of our favorite characters dying? Probably not.  Either way, we’ll be along for the ride.  The Walking Dead returns Sunday, February 12, on AMC.  What do you think of the new details?  Sound off below! Very sad news today out of the reality television world: Dan Kay, a contestant on Survivor: Gabon back in the fall of 2008, died suddently on December 31.  He was 40 years old. The sad news has gone public as a result of a newly-printed obituary from the Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory. Kay worked as a lawyer; hailed from Brookline, New Hampshire; and was born in 1976. He earned a bachelor’s degree from UMass-Amherst and also law degree from Syracuse University. The cause of death is unknown at this time, as the obituary says only that he “died unexpectedly” on the final day of 2016. It notes that Kay’s “desire to be challenged and his quest for adventure lead to his participation on the reality show, Survivor.” Kay was the eighth person voted out of Survivor: Gabon. During his run on the beloved CBS reality show, he described himself as an “athletic kid growing up,” and his obituary lists his hobbies as “running, skiing, listening to music, and attending Crossway Christian Church.” In response to this tragic turn of events, Survivor host Jeff Probst Tweeted the following statement: “I just heard the very sad news about the sudden loss of Dan Kay of Survivor: Gabon. The Survivor family sends our love to Dan’s family.” After he was voted out, Kay told Andy Dehnart  of Reality Blurred that it would be “a little bit shallow if I said [Survivor] changed my life,” but added: “I think it made me appreciate the simplicity of life and what you need.”” Kay is the fourth Survivor cast member to pass away, following the deaths of Jenn Lyon, B.B. Anderson, and Caleb Bankston. He is survived by his two young children, Reese Elizabeth and Jackson “Jax” Russell-Reid, as well as his girlfriend, Jennifer DePietro, mother, Jean-Ann, and sister, Andrea . “More than anything, Dan cherished the time he spent with his two young children, Reese Elizabeth Kay and Jackson “Jax” Russell-Reid Kay,” the obituary reads. “Those who knew Dan best, would agree he was a child at heart.” A memorial will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory in Manchester, New Hampshire. The Voice Recap: Bring on the Live Semifinal Showdown!

Following the  Top 10 results , paring the field down to eight last week, The Voice survivors steeled themselves for the epic battle ahead. The margin for error? Getting slimmer by the minute … because FOUR SINGERS WILL BE OUT of the competition by this time tomorrow. Who will earn one of the coveted four spots in the epic season finale? We have our favorites, but America as a whole will make that call. Without further delay, let’s break down the top eight and see who punched their ticket to next week, and who might be sweating this out … Christian Cuevas Christian opted to perform to “To Worship I Live (Away)” by Israel & New Breed. Being this late in the game and fighting for your life in the game, you would think Christian would have tried to make the performance memorable. The vocals were on point, but it would not have hurt to change things up. Singing in the same style is not going to win him any more voters. Viewers want a versatile singer, who can change things up at the drop of a hat. Ali Caldwell Ali went with “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston. Ali genuinely delivered one of the better performances of the night. It was definitely her best performance throughout her stint on the show and hopefully she has made the cut to make it to Final 4.  Brendan Fletcher Brendan went with “Angel” by Sarah McLachlan. You guys, Brendan has a strong voice, but like Christian Cuevas, he’s not changing things up enough to show off what else he has to offer. It’s sad, but this was his opportunity and he may well have blew it.  Wé McDonald Wé needed a good performance after last week’s mediocre affair, but singing “Scars to your Beautiful” by Alessia Cara was not the way to go. She practically stumbled through the performance and it will probably result in her losing her ticket to the final. Aaron Gibson Aaron went with “Everything I Do” by Bryan Adams. Let’s just say, he did not start performing until half way through. Seriously, it was like he was doing karaoke for the first half and becoming a star for the second.  Josh Gallagher Josh went with “Danny’s Song” by Loggins & Messina. It was a solid performance, but not perfect. However, on a night with many dud performances, he should make it through.  Sundance Head Sundance opted for “Love Can Build a Bridge” by The Judds. It was another solid performance that proved why he’s still in the competition. Final 4 is a no brainer for this one.  Billy Gilman Billy completely murdered “I Surrender” by Celine Dion. Seriously, you guys, he ruined it and it will be shocking if he makes it through to the next stage.  Wé Mcdonald & Aaron Gibson This duo opted to perform “FourFiveSeconds” by Rihanna & Paul McCartney. This was an odd song for a duet and it showed of Wé’s vocals way more than Aaron’s. Not fair.  Sundance Head & Josh Gallagher This duo went with “Feelin’ Alright” by Joe Cocker. It was another one-sided duet that made it clear these are only a thing to fill the runtime of the show.  Christian Cuevas & Billy Gilman “Unsteady” by X Ambassadors was a terrible, terrible song choice. If anything, it made me think worse of both artists.  Brendan Fletcher & Ali Caldwell “It’s Only Love” by Bryan Adams and Tina Turner turned out to be a surprisingly effortless affair. However, one out of four duets being decent is just terrible. That’s a wrap, you guys! Who do you think will be eliminated? Sound off below!

Farrah Abraham: A Ridiculous, Sometimes X-Rated Life in GIFs

Farrah Abraham has led a memorable life thus far. Love her or hate her, of this there is no argument. If you watch Teen Mom OG online or just observe her on social media, you know it. She has produced a mammoth amount of hilarious (albeit often unintentionally so) entertaining, cringe-worthy and X-rated moments. Here, we immortalize her legacy in GIF form. 1. Farrah Abraham is So Real Farrah Abraham is so real. She’s real something, that’s for sure. 2. Farrah Abraham: Okkkkk! She may be delusional, but for the entertainment value provided, Farrah Abraham is okkkkk with us! 3. The Eternal Question Probably has something to do with the number per hand vs. the shape of a fist … just weighing in. 4. Farrah Abraham: Shut the F–k Up! Farrah Abraham lays down the law and does not mince words. 5. Farrah Abraham Twerking Farrah Abraham twerking like it’s her job. Which it basically is, at least part of the time. We mean naked, on top of James Deen, and getting paid for it. 6. Your Trashy-Ass Show Farrah Abraham is pretty much the living embodiment of the pot calling the kettle black with this one. Val Kilmer: Cancer Rumors Resurface After Actor Cancels Tour

For several months now, rumors that actor Val Kilmer is suffering from throat cancer have been circulating on social media. Kilmer has repeatedly refuted those reports, but sadly, there’s growing cause for concern with regard to the actor’s health. In addition to his status as a bonafide screen icon, Kilmer has won the respect of fans on the strength of his one-man show, which consists of a monologue performed in the character of American literary legend Mark Twain. After a year of sold-out shows in Los Angeles, Kilmer had planned to take the show on the road this month, but he was forced to cancel at the last minute due to unspecified health problems. TMZ has obtained footage of Kilmer having difficulty speaking  while addressing a crowd in LA and informing them that he would not be able to perform due to his breathing difficulties. The video is upsetting, but Kilmer maintains that he’s merely suffering from oral health issues that have resulted in a swollen tongue. Kilmer disappeared from the public eye for several months last year. When he re-emerged he was only photographed wearing scarves that covered his neck, which led to reports that Kilmer had undergone life-saving surgery . Rumors about the actor’s illness first resurfaced when cancer survivor Michael Douglas spoke about Kilmer’s health in an interview last week: “Val was a wonderful guy who is dealing with exactly what I had [tongue cancer],” Douglas told journalist Jonathan Ross. “My prayers are with him.” Douglas added: “That’s why you haven’t heard too much from Val lately.” “I love Michael Douglas but he is misinformed,” Kilmer wrote on Facebook in response to Douglas’ statement. “The last time I spoke to him was almost two years ago, when I asked him for a referral for a specialist to get a diagnosis for a lump in my throat.” “[That] prevented me from continuing a tour of my play CITIZEN TWAIN. I ended up using a team at UCLA and have no cancer whatsoever.” “I still have a swollen tongue and am rehabbing steadily.” Kilmer continued: “Some fans have mistakenly thought my silence about my personal issues meant that somehow I wasn’t being responsible to my health. “Because of my reliance on prayer and Love. Nothing could be further from the truth.” In other words: Val Kilmer: Not Me; I’m in My Prime! We joke only because we believe Val when he says he has his health concerns are minor and manageable. Whatever the issue, our thoughts are with Kilmer and his family, and we hope he receives whatever treatment he might need going forward.

She Wasn’t Ready! Blushing Bride Cracks Her Hubby Over The Head With A Wine Bottle After Seeing His Mega Man-Meat On Their Wedding Night

Woman Attacks Newlywed Husband Because Of Giant Penis One South African couple had a wedding night that neither one of them is likely to ever forget . Groom Mnobo Madyibi says he met his wife in church last year…at which point she stressed that she’d like to abstain from intercourse until they were married . But it seems like she may have at least wanted to get a peek at the merchandise before purchasing, because it turned out to be WAY more than she could ultimately handle. The groom – apparently nicknamed “Anaconda” by pals who’ve seen what he’s working with in the soccer locker room – claims his virgin wife was so frightened by the size and girth of his peen that she decided to attack him rather than take it. As he told The Daily Star : “All was well and she enjoyed the foreplay. But all hell broke loose the moment I took off my underwear. My wife said she wanted a 4-5 inside her, not an anaconda. When I tried to penetrate her, she bit my ear before squeezing my balls. Before I knew it, she knocked me over with a bottle of wine before attempting to suffocate me with a red and white teddy bear I’d bought her as a gift.” Mnobo claims he scremed so loud during the attack that he woke other sleeping guests in their Coffee Bay, South Africa bed and breakfast. Needless to say, nothing further went down between them that night. “We took different buses back home. I don’t want to lay charges against my new wife. I love her. I think she’s angry because I could only afford a cheaper honeymoon instead of the one she wished for in Zanzibar.” We aren’t sure that’s quite enough reason for a vicious, ball-twisting attack…but he knows her better than we do. Either way, his wife, who refused to share her name with the press, denies that the incident was quite that dramatic — though she did reiterate that she had no plans of wrecking her insides with all that peen he’s packing. “He has a big penis – long like a cucumber and hairy and scary like a bush. I only slapped him on the cheek.” The couple has thankfully agreed to go to couple’s counselling and not involve the police. Do you think it’s truly possible that it was that serious…or is the inexperienced bride probably just being a bit over-the-top? What she described didn’t sound all that appealing after all… TheDailyStar
