Gigi turned to BFF Taylor Swift to commiserate, as Tay Tay had also just ended her relationship with Calvin Harris. Everyone presumed it would be the summer of TayGi. But as it turns out, ’tis ZayGi that has prevailed. Yep, Gigi and Zayn are giving it another go, according to E! News. “Gigi and Zayn are back together,” a source told the site. “They spent part of this week together and spoke about some issues they had and decided they want to work it out with each other.” Perhaps not coincidentally, the pair reunited in the midst of a difficult time for Zayn. About the same time the news broke of their reconciliation, Zayn announced that he was canceling his performance at the Capital Summertime Ball music festival in the U.K., citing anxiety as the reason. He posted an apologetic message to social media, informing fans that he was forced to bow out due to suffering “the worst anxiety of my career.” In response, Gigi tweeted back to him with these touching words of support: “Z – I’ve seen the battles you go through and the way you fight to get to a place that allows you to get up there for your fans. “Your bravery in those times makes me proud, but your honesty last night proved what you’re all about, being real. Human recognizes human. Because Taylor Swift has split from Calvin Harris , she probably won’t be getting married any time soon. But that doesn’t mean the singer can’t attend a wedding, right? Even when she doesn’t really know the couple at the center of it. Indeed, in yet another example of Swift being the coolest celebrity in the history of the universe when it comes to fan interaction, Swift actually responded to a letter sent to her in April. It was written by the sister of Max Singer, a member of the U.S. armed forces who is a giant fan of the superstar singer. In the message, Max’s sister explained that Singer married Kenya Smith at a hospital a few months ago because his mother was sick and the couple wanted her to witness their nuptials. Singer and his mother even shared a dance in her hospital room to “Blank Space,” Max’s favorite Swift song. Sadly, however, the mother passed away before he could dance with her at Saturday’s reception in North Beach Haven. So Swift knew there was only one thing she could do in order to make Max’s big day even bigger: show up at the reception! In numerous photos shared onto social media, Swift is seen at Brant Beach Yacht Club in New Jersey, where she not only posed for photos with the bride and groom… … but also performed “Blank Space” on the piano. Nathan Griffith wasn’t the worst boyfriend that Jenelle Evans ever had, but that’s not saying much. Nathan and Jenelle were engaged at one point, and though they never walked down the aisle, they did have a son together. Obviously, that means they’re more or less bound together for life, and as far as we can tell, they deserve each other. Just last week, Evans and Griffith reached a custody agreement , but it seems ex-couple’s court battles are far from over. Jenelle and Nathan were back in front of a judge in North Carolina today because apparently no one briefed Nate on just how expensive it is to raise a kid before he went and knocked Jenelle up. According to Radar Online, Jenelle filed for child support from Nathan back in March, but he has yet to make a single payment. The problem, it seems, is that Nathan feels that he should only have to pay $100 a month, which might be enough to cover the living expenses of a dog, but not a human child. Calvin Harris just dropped a major #TruthBomb. A couple days after news of Harris’ break up with Taylor Swift went viral, the DJ took to Twitter in order to clear up a few rumors. Why did the 15-month relationship come to an end? Did the flame of romance simply flicker out ? Was it a question of travel schedules? Work conflicts? Too many nights apart on the road? Or was Swift really pressuring Harris to get married ? The short answer is this: we don’t know. But the overall gist is that everything between Harris and Swiftis A-OK. “The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect,” Harris wrote on Twitter this afternoon.
