Scorned fellas better think twice before “exposing” their exes… Scorned Man Get 30 Days In Jail For Posting “Revenge Porn” A Miami was just sentenced to 30 days in jail for being petty online and posting his ex-girlfriend’s nudes. Via Miami Herald Months after dozens of explicit photos of her were posted online in a campaign of cyber-harassment, the 29-year-old Miami victim remains shaken. “I do not have words to describe how this has affected my life. I used to feel damaged beyond repair, and sometimes I still do, but I will overcome it,” the woman said in a letter read to the court. “The paranoia, fear and constant anxiety attacks made me feel like I did not deserve to live even one day in peace.” But Friday offered closure as her ex-boyfriend, a Miami Beach information technology consultant named Antonio Giansante, accepted responsibility for spreading the “revenge porn.” He agreed to spend 30 days in jail and complete five years of probation. According to prosecutors, Giansante tried 40 times to post the pornographic images to her employer’s Facebook page. Miami Beach police detectives traced the spreading of the images to Giansante’s computer at his Euclid Avenue apartment. Giansante, a former soccer coach in Puerto Rico, had begun dating the former player when she was 16. They were together for several years — and she consented to some nude photos, which were taken when she was underage. But many of the photos and some videos were recorded covertly without her consent. After moving to Miami, the two broke up in 2012 because of “his jealousy and possessiveness,” according to a search warrant. After the breakup, coworkers began getting Facebook and Instagram requests from profiles featuring the nude images. She found a website that featured 62 images. She told Miami Beach police that she almost quit her job and “has received panic attacks as a result of the tormenting conduct.” Giansante was also fined $5,000 which he must pay to two charities in exchange for not having a felony record. Katt Williams Accused Of Battery And Witchcraft Katt Williams has been locked up multiple times and caught up in some beyond bizarre situations pretty steadily over the last few weeks. But by one woman’s account, the comedian has been up to violent and strange shenanigans for a few years. An up-and-coming actress claims that Katt Williams and his crew of witches gathered around a fire, invited her over…then beat the brakes off of her and burned her with a cigarette while reciting spells and incantations. This one is bizarre, even by Katt Williams’ standards — an actress is accusing the comedian of organizing a beatdown on her that included Wiccan sorcery. Jamila Majesty says the brutal incident went down at Katt’s Malibu’s home almost 2 years ago. She says he invited her over and when she arrived, 5 other women were already there. In a lawsuit she’s filed against Katt … she says things went south quick when she made the mistake of using his bathroom. Jamila says Katt told her “No one uses [my] bathroom,” and then the women started punching her. She says the beatings continued for 3 hours — she lost consciousness several times, was bloodied, and Katt burned her face with a Newport cigarette. She also says one of Katt’s chicks had a book open in the room which contained “teachings on sorcery and spells” and there was a fire that was being fed by “unusual things.” Jamila says she was finally able to leave around 1:30 AM and drove home bloody. She says she was too afraid to call 911 out of fear Katt would get revenge. She’s suing for assault and battery, false imprisonment and emotional distress. Offset From Migos Arrested Again In Atlanta After spending half of 2015 behind bars, Migos’ Offset is back in jail tonight — on a technicality. The three-time felon has been keeping his nose clean since getting sprung from the clink in December …but an unpaid ticket put him back in a precarious position during a routine traffic stop earlier today. Via TMZ : One of the guys from Migos is back behind bars after Atlanta cops busted him on a suspended license … TMZ has learned. Offset got pulled over outside a sushi restaurant, and when cops ran his name … the suspended license came up, and he got arrested. A witness captured the whole incident on camera. The rapper’s attorney, Drew Findling, tells TMZ … Offset thought the $316 fine — for suspended license and failure to appear — had been paid when he got out of jail back in December. Remember, Offset spent about 8 months behind bars for drugs and weapons charges last year. He eventually struck a deal and got 5 years probation. His lawyer says Offset can’t be bailed out until Friday morning … so, he’ll be back in a familiar spot for at least one night. Wow. Well seeing as how one more false step could land him in the slammer for quite some time…we hope the judge is lenient on this one, since it seems like an unfortunate oversight. Instagram / TMZ
