The fourth and likely last season Teen Mom 2 is more turbulent than ever. Last week, we learned one of the fab four may be pregnant, while another might leave her fiance for her ex, and Jenelle Evans … she’s just in her own world. What did this week’s episode have to offer on these and other fronts? Let’s break it down in THG’s weekly +/- Teen Mom 2 recap! Leah Messer is still torn between her baby daddy and ex-husband Corey Simms and new fiance Jeremy Calvert – and toying with both of them as a result. Minus 40 because while she does have feelings for both and you can’t fault what her heart feels, the way she’s reacting to said feelings is marginal. Since Corey “makes her family complete,” she cannot shake the idea of trying to make it work, even though IT DIDN’T WORK THE FIRST TIME. And there’s the matter of Jeremy Calvert, just waiting for her. “If I was him, I’d already left my a**!” Leah tells friend Kayla. Minus 60 girl. We would too. When Jeremy is out of town for work, she meets with Corey and they both put it all out there and attempt to make a decision one way or the other. Corey worries she will cheat again, but she says she wants to see if they can make this work now that they are adults (by the legal definition at least). Leah Messer tells Jeremy she wants to go to counseling with Corey to see where their relationship stands. At this point, her current fiance has had enough. “That pretty much means we’re done?” Jeremy says, then asks for his ring back. Leah obliges. He says goodbye to the girls and he’s gone. Minus 100 . Big mistake, L. Big mistake. Jenelle Evans, having broken up with Gary Head , hears that Kieffer Delp is getting out of jail, and wants to have him come visit her. GREAT IDEA JENELLE! Minus 200 because she’ll have to pay for his bus ticket, of course. This and other things are not lost on her mom Barbara, who thankfully calls her out. Jenelle tries to tell her that Kieffer Delp is “more mature” now. Minus 50 if she actually believes that or she’s lying and thinks Babs is going to accept it. On the bright side, she’s now off probation! Plus 100 ! So she can finally hang out with Kieffer! Minus 50 . Delp says he got his GED, which is a huge plus (for what, we don’t know), and is excited to see her because he needed a break (from what, we don’t know). Minus 250 for this obviously ending badly. Chelsea Houska is doing well in cosmetology school and seems happy, until Adam Lind calls, at which point she becomes a mess and drops everything else. Of course, he bails on coming to visit. And of course, he’s lying. Even though Adam says he’s “too tired” to hang out with Chelsea, she sees on Facebook that he’s actually at a movie. Minus 50 for Facebook stalking, and for giving away your own lie on there. These two deserve each other in many ways, but she needs to move on. Fortunately, she is not pregnant. Plus 200 . Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera work to co-parent their son Isaac, and as such they must attend court-ordered co-parenting classes. Good. Plus 50 . Jo Rivera even tells his mom that the classes will be a positive step for them because they need to learn to co-parent together without all the drama. Smart guy – or at least not stupid – when push comes to shove. Not as thrilled about this? Javi Marroquin, who perceives this as Kailyn defending Jo after their physical altercation. We like that he’s a little protective. Plus 30 , because Kailyn must too. They’re married now! Signing up for classes for the next semester, Kail says she can only handle two classes at a time, even if it means finishing community college in 5-6 years. Troubled Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has reportedly checked into rehab for the second time as she continues to struggle with a heroin abuse problem. She is “seeking treatment for her drug addiction issues and related stresses stemming from a tumultuous last few months,” a source close to Jenelle says. According to celebrity gossip site Radar Online , “Everyone’s been worried about Jenelle doing heroin, even though she was denying that for a long time.” We can’t vouch for the accuracy of their sources in this case, but it’s a telling sign that Jenelle Evans has been MIA from Twitter since February 22. For Jenelle, four days is like four months for most people. Also, rumors of her heroin use aren’t new, nor are the string of problems in her life of late. Since being involuntarily committed into rehab for 72 hours in November, Jenelle has spiraled out of control; she reportedly went voluntarily this time. Says a source supposedly close to the reality star: “Jenelle has been through the wringer lately. She got married to a guy that she now thinks is a disaster, got pregnant, had a miscarriage and is basically falling apart.” Evans insisted she had been clean since she found out she was pregnant, while Rogers, upstanding fella that he is, insinuated that she killed their baby . Who’s telling the truth? Impossible to know. But what’s hard to dispute is the fact that Jenelle is a troubled person who’s been in a particularly bad place. “She has been doing drugs, and she really wants to stop and live a clean life for herself and for Jace,” her friend said, referring to her three-year-old. Troubled Teen Mom cast member Amber Portwood stated the obvious in a statement from jail in which she said she is not normal – and needs to grow up. Two weeks after the Teen Mom finale , she issued remarks from prison to coincide with the eunion special that aired Tuesday night on MTV with Dr. Drew. In it, she talked about how she “got lost” in drugs and alcohol. Amber Portwood, now serving a five-year sentence, writes: “Right now I’m trying to figure out what I’m doing with my life. I guess I just got lost. I went to jail because I had an addiction to opiates.” “You live and you learn and that’s what’s real. “It was time for me to stop partying and realize that even though I’m 21, I’m not a normal 21-year-old.” “I’m a mother. I have to grow up quicker and start acting like a mother .” No arguments here, even though Portwood’s voluntarily decision to serve out a five-year term in jail rather than comply with a court-ordered drug program is dubious. After violating her probation stemming from a December 2011 arrest for drug possession, Amber’s behind bars for a LONG time, but says it’s for the best. “My No. 1 priority right now in life is dedicating my life to being sober, to being a sober person,” she writes, adding that she’s doing it for Leah , 3. “[I want] to show my daughter that people make mistakes but you can always come back. If Leah learns anything from me she should see how becoming a teen mom can change you. How everything is postponed,” Portwood said. She also hopes people learn from her mistakes. “We made the show for a reason…some decisions change your whole life. If you don’t want to take responsibility and use protection, don’t have sex.” “One night can change your whole life into a sad story,” noted Portwood, adding that the “mean person” viewers see on Teen Mom is far from reality. “I want to show everybody I can do it and can start living a straight life and getting my family back in order,” she concluded, and we wish her the best.

On May 16, they got engaged after Head popped the question to Evans with a diamond sparkler. They have since called off the engagement, gotten back together at least once, shot down pregnancy rumors and adopted a puppy. More details to follow on the alleged arrest as the story develops. Teen Mom continued its depressing final season last night by delving deeper into the struggles of the fab four we know, love, love to hate, and sympathize with. It’s a very complicated relationship … something they all know plenty about. Come along for THG’s +/- recap! Catelynn and Tyler receive their caps and gowns for the big graduation. Plus 20 for these two. They’ve battled through a lot and deserve due credit. Especially since that rumor that Tyler got Catelynn Lowell pregnant again is false. Maci surprisingly agrees to let Bentley go with Ryan Edwards’ family on vacation. Ryan surprisingly agrees to let Maci come too … with girlfriends. Plus 5 . Spoiler alert: There’s no way that’s going to end well. None. Take it to the bank. Farrah’s dad moves her stuff to Florida, then notes that he’d consider moving there too if he could get a job. They were the stars of the season premiere and continue to be the lone bright spot this week. Plus 35 . Maci had her friends talk about Ryan’s new girlfriend and the maternity pictures still up in his parents’ house. It’s an awkward situation to be sure. Gary and Leah are actually going to meet Amber the next day. Plus 10 for him making the effort, but knowing what we do, it’s hard to be hopeful.
