American Idol May 12 Elimination: Goodbye, Michael Lynche

Last four contestants were battling it out for the title of American Idol 2010 till the Wednesday night. It was the night that was to save the fate of the three contestants to go in the next episodes of the show. But this night had to send one of the contestants back home.Big Mike was once saved, but tonight it’s the end of the road for the American Idol hopeful from St. Petersburg, FL. The ones to reach the Top 3 are Crystal Bowersox, Lee DeWyze and Casey James.Though Casey James was a surprise element in the Top3, the other two names were indeed favorites among the audience. Michael Lynche received the fewest of America’s nearly 37 million votes – the highest of the season. On Tuesday’s performance show, the Top 4 performed hit songs from the movies, and Lynche, 26, sang “Will You Be There?” from “Free Willy.” In addition, this evening’s results show featured special performances by Daughtry, Fantasia and rock legend Bon Jovi. “It’s been unbelievable,” Lynche told host Ryan Seacrest after learning his fate. “I wasn’t even supposed to be here. … It’s all good, man.” “I’m here now, and I think how I wasn’t supposed to be here. Thank God for the judges saving me. I got to spend more time here, be with the people … it’s all good, man.” Next week, the Top 3 finalists will compete head-to-head on the second-to-last performance show of the season, airing Tuesday, May 18 (8:00-9:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed) on Fox. Each contestant will sing two songs – judges’ choice and finalist’s choice – as they vie for a coveted spot in the finale. Tune in the following night, Wednesday, May 19 (9:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), to find out which two finalists will face off in the final showdown at the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE. During the live results show, Travis Garland will take the stage, and pop sensation Justin Bieber will perform his hits “Baby” and “U Smile.” After the 18th May episode, only two will remain on the show after 19th May’s episode. These two would fight for the crown that is to be won on 26th May 2010 in the grand finale episode of the show. The finale would not only bid goodbye to one of the two finalists, but it would also end its journey with one of the judges, Simon Cowell who voluntarily left the show for The X Factor. A little that was born on January 31 of this year in from Chongqing China, and now she is 3 months old can sit alone, stand and walk with mere assistance from his parents. She is actually 101 days now and grew up with a weight from 2.75 kilogram to 6 kilogram and 57 cm tall This is very rare case that a such newly born baby and 3-month-old can able to walk alone according to the doctors from the health department of Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. Her parents are now worried with the little girl that this might affect her physical development. Nickelodeon’s First Mega Music Fest Lineup

Nickelodeon Mega Music Fest is a live event that will feature duets from musical artists and the network’s preschool characters. This only shows that Nickelodeon is taking its celebration of music to the next level. The concert will be hosted by actor John Leguizamo. It will be filmed live at the Brooklyn Academy of Music on 22nd of May and would be aired in prime time on Nickelodeon this summer. Celebrities who will be features in the combined live-action performances with original animations are Sherri Shepherd, who will serve as Stage Manager, Colbie Caillat, Wyclef Jean, and The Roots performing duets with Dora the Explorer, the cast of Yo Gabba Gabba, The Fresh Beat Band, The Laurie Berkner Band and more. According to the president of Nickelodeon/MTVN Kids and Family Group Cyma Zarghami, Nickelodeon considers music for preschoolers as one of its most important attributes and extremely valuable to educational curriculum. Dancing with the Stars Season 10: Nicole and Derek ‘Unbeatable’

On Monday, the couples on Dancing with the Stars Season 10 have given great performances. Singer Nicole Scherzinger and Derek Hough seem to be the unbeatable couple. Len Goodman, who’s always tough on the duo, admitted that there’s nothing to criticize on their 1950s-style paso doble. The couple earned 29 out of 30 points and surprisingly got a perfect score for their 1950s-style paso doble giving them 59 points out of 60. Erin Andrews and Maksim Chmerkovskiy were able to pull themselves back on track. The pair who landed on the bottom two during last week’s result performed an Argentine tango that included a flying leap by the leggy Andrews off the stage and onto Maksim’s shoulders. The couple earned 28 points and 25 points for their 1980s-style rumba, giving them a total score of 53 points. Evan Lysacek and Anna Trebunskaya were not able to meet the judges’ expectation. Their waltz didn’t impress them, giving them 27 points. Their futuristic-themed cha cha earned 26 points. They have a total score of 53 points. Chad Ochocinco and Cheryl Burke opened the show with a decent tango giving them 21 points. Their 60s-style jive gave them 24 points. The duo’s total score is 45. Niecy Nash and Louis van Amstel landed at the bottom of the leader board. Their Viennese waltz gave them 23 points and their 90s-themed paso doble earned 20 points.
