Teresa Giudice Lashes Out at Cast Members, Quits Twitter

It’s a very sad day for all of mankind: Teresa Giudice has dropped out of Twitter. Following a recent spat with Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Jacqueline Laurita, Giudice made the tragic announcement today on her blog, writing: “I don’t think it’s a very healthy place to be right now. (I just can’t take anyone who’s suddenly friends again with Kim G. seriously, sorry!), so I’m going to slowly slip out of it and maybe take a little break for a while.” Laurita, of course, referred to Teresa as “scum” a couple days ago because she believes her castmate helped spread a rumor that Melissa Gorga once worked as a stripper and… seriously, why would anyone care about this?!? Giudice says she’s been blindsided by the entire feud, blogging : “The whole time we were filming [season 3], I had no idea what other people were saying about me. I just assumed they were all my friends.” After all, that’s what the script called for her to assume.

Jacqueline Laurita on Teresa Giudice: SCUM!

Jacqueline Laurita may be exiting The Real Housewives of New Jersey , but she’s intent on landing a few blows against a castmate before she departs. In response to a rumor this week that Melissa Gorga formerly worked as a stripper, Laurita has taken to Twitter and implied that Gorga’s sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice, is behind the chatter. “Teresa told me that ‘rumor’ about Melissa when she first started the show,” Laurita Tweeted today. “She wanted her out then. She knew. She plotted it. She played dumb on camera and even defended Melissa.” “Teresa is scum!” Regarding the rumor itself, Gorga’s ex-boss came out on Thursday and said Melissa was simply a bartender at his establishment, while this Housewife has posted a denial on her personal website. “This is 100% NOT TRUE. I did bartend fro a few weeks at a bikini bar while I was in college. My outfit was a tank top, shorts and sneakers. SORRY, no bubbies there.” Yes, she wrote bubbies . Every single one of these people really has to go. Laurita, fortunately, claims she is pretty much already holding out for a new contract gone, Tweeting: “OK, so I’m losing it. Prince Michael Jackson to Testify in Dr. Conrad Murray Trial if Asked

Michael Jackson’s eldest son Prince will very likely be asked to testify at the involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, which begins today in L.A. An eyewitness to the horrific scene in the bedroom where his father lost his life in 2009, the 14-year-old does not want to testify, but will do what he must. According to a TMZ report, Prince is telling family that if he’s called to the stand, he’ll do what needs to be done in the name of justice for his late father. That said, he’s not exactly looking forward to it. Prince is “nervous” and worried that if he’s called to the stand, he might get flustered and “mess up.” If Prince, who is on the prosecution’s witness list, is called by prosecutors, his grandma and guardian, Katherine, will ask her lawyers to protect him . Not to bar him from testifying, but to request that the entire courtroom be cleared during his testimony. That wouldn’t be unprecedented for minors. Judge Michael Pastor will likely prohibit the media from putting Prince on camera and traumatizing him further, but may not clear the court altogether. Prince is on the witness list because Dr. Murray summoned Prince Michael Jackson to MJ’s bedroom for help during the fateful morning in June 2009. Opening statements in Murray’s trial begin today. Teresa Giudice Cast on Celebrity Apprentice

Likely billed by Donald Trump as THE BEST hiring in the history of reality television, Teresa Giudice has been cast on the new season of Celebrity Apprentice. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star will compete against a slew of other Z-listers and donate any winnings she earns from the show to charity, a fact someone might not have relayed to Teresa. She isn’t the first individual from this nauseating franchise to be cast on the NBC competition, either. NeNe Leakes made many headlines last season for clashing frequently with Star Jones . The new season of Celebrity Apprentice will likely premiere in early 2012. WE won’t be watching.

Teresa Giudice Explains, Defends Allegedly Anti-Semitic Remark

On Sunday’s episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey , Teresa Giudice stood by husband Joe, even in the face of bankruptcy. Why? She quipped: “My Jewish friends are all ‘I would have divorced him right away!!’ But I’m Italian.” Such a statement certainly comes across like the reality star is comparing Jews and Italians, while painting the former in a negative light. But Teresa has taken to her blog to explain why this was never her intention. “I was trying to explain myself without calling anyone out specifically, and the way I described them to keep them anonymous was ‘Jewish,” Giudice wrote . “They are Jewish, but being Jewish has nothing to do with why they would have left Joe. Their religion had nothing to do with the story, I was just trying to explain myself and not use anyone’s name, and my words got all jumbled. I’m so sorry if I offended anyone.” Are you buying it? Do you think Teresa’s quip was inappropriate?

Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie: Expecting!

Talk about a great first wedding anniversary present! While marking a year of marriage to NHL player Mike Comrie, Material Girls star Hilary Duff announced Sunday they are expecting their first child: “I can’t believe it has already been a year, time really flies when you’re having fun!” she wrote . “We also want to share the exciting news that… BABY MAKES THREE!!! We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives.” Days before Duff’s big announcement, Hilary, 23, hinted to us that she and Mike, 30, were ready to start a family in the not-so-distant future. “I think it was important that we had a year to just do whatever,” she said. “Maybe longer than that because we enjoy having so much freedom.” “But we’re definitely both thinking about it.” Guess she was serious. Congrats, you two!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey Recap: Child’s Play No More

Everyone is really stepping it up (or at least trying) on The Real Housewives of New Jersey this week. THG recaps it all in our +/- review … Teresa’s doing photo shoots for her second book and the entire family is involved. Between Joe complaining, Teresa whining, the kids screaming, and the parents looking somewhere between bored and annoyed, it’s the photo shoot that just won’t end. The photographers earn a Plus 9 because I’m guessing they had no idea what they were getting themselves into and they still managed some decent shots. Rich is an idiot. Victoria is 16 and Rich is telling Kathy not to talk to her about sex. Personally I think that shouldn’t be one talk but an ongoing conversation and either way it’s completely overdo. Rich seems to think that if Kathy talks to her about sex, that will put the idea in the girl’s head. Minus 15 for taking naivete way too far. Then Kathy decides to have said conversation with her daughter in the middle of a store. Oye. Minus another 5 for not making this a private conversation. And those dresses Victoria’s trying on for her junior prom are terrible. They’re either too tight, too short, or completely gaudy.

Weston Cage Busted For Domestic Violence … Again

Weston Cage was arrested early Wednesday for felony domestic violence. The troubled son of Nic Cage was also arrested for DV earlier this month. This time, Cage was arrested and then to a nearby hospital to be treated for cuts, injuries police believe – at least right now – were self-inflicted. The mother of Weston’s pregnant wife Nikki Williams , who he plans to divorce, says she is okay, and that “Nikki is safe and away from him.” Weston is still in custody on $50,000 bail, TMZ reports.

Teresa Giudice makes about $250,000 per season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey . She then rakes in at least that much in endorsement deals and other marketing maneuvers. But this reality star opens up in the latest issue of In Touch Weekly and admits: she’s terrified of being poor. Perhaps she ought to stop going on $60,000 spending sprees in that case. What a spoiled moron. Do you give Teresa Giudice points for being honest? Or want to climb through your computer screen and into this tabloid cover to strangle her for being so insensitive to actual poor people?

The Real Housewives of New Jersey Recap: ‘Twas the Fight Before Christmas …

It’s a Christmas Party at the Gorgas last night on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and according to Melissa’s sister, panties are optional. Enough said. Let’s recap the festivities with THG’s +/- review! We’ll start with pre-party planning. It sounds like Joe Guidice has a DUI conviction, then was driving while suspended for the DUI for which he spent 10 days in jail. He’s being sued for fraud and is in the middle of very public and messy bankruptcy proceedings plus other legal issues that haven’t been discussed on the show.
