It’s been nine months since Teresa Giudice went to prison for bankruptcy fraud. During that time, she’s managed to stay relevant (and cash in) by selling her prison photos , helping to broker a deal that allowed her husband and kids to land a Bravo special, and, of course, arranging for her return to the series that made her famous. Of course, like all prisoners, Teresa’s been mainly concerned with doing her time and getting out as soon as possible. Now, after a truly epic string of bad luck and worse decisions, things are finally starting to look up for Tre, as insiders say the controversial reality star will be home for the holidays . And with the exception of parole requirements (and the fact that Joe Giudice will begin a 41-month sentence soon after Teresa’s release), she’ll be permitted to return to everyday life as a mother of four: “Teresa won’t be required to go to a halfway house because that is typically for those that have been behind bars for a much longer term than the thirteen months Teresa will have served,” an insider tells Radar Online. “Individuals that go to a halfway house need assistance and to be monitored as they transition back into society. Teresa wasn’t sent away long enough for that to be an issue. “She is counting down the days until she will be reunited with the family for Christmas.” Of course, there will be one major change: Like other parolees, Teresa will be required to get a job. “Reality star” won’t cut it in this case, as the terms of her parole require that Teresa punch in and perform actual work every day, like the rest of us. Hilariously, her best option at this point seems to be the boutique that her sister-in-law/rival Melissa Gorga is opening in Monclair, New Jersey: “Teresa could absolutely work there,” the source says. “It would be a natural because both ladies will be filming for RHONJ. The show would get great footage of them working together.” Sounds like RHONJ is about to reclaim it’s place as the most drama-packed Housewives series.

Valeria Lukyanova is back. And, she believes, better than ever. The woman known as Human Barbie seemingly wants to go by a different moniker now, as she was attacked in October outside of her home and has therefore made it her mission to get into crazy good shape. According to a handful of new Facebook photos and captions, in fact, she now considers herself to be “Amazon Woman.” “I no longer like my body. It needs some muscle,” Lukyanova wrote on social media along with the above pictures. The scary-looking model’s Instagram page is filled with snapshots of her at the gym, while her latest Facebook gallery features Lukyanova dressed in a denim crop top and shorts so small… you can barely tell they exist. “The spring is late this year, but it has finally come,” she added. “It has inspired me to do a photo shoot with a beautiful and all natural background. Oh, how I love spring!” Not everyone loves Lukyanova, however. Many have taken a look at these Human Barbie photos and determined that the 27-year old has had far too much work done. But Lukyanova doesn’t comprehend the criticism. “Everyone wants a slim figure,” she told GQ last year. “Everyone gets breasts done. Everyone fixes up their face if it’s not ideal, you know? Earlier today, we reported that Joe Giudice is cheating on his incarcerated wife with a much younger woman. At the time, the name of the 27-year-old strip club employee was unknown, but now, Radar Online has discovered the identity of Giudice’s mistress . Apparently, Samary Graulau is a bartender and shot girl at a New Jersey “gentlemen’s club.” As you can see, Graulau is a fan of selfies, and she reportedly has a history of dating older, well-off men. So it’s not exactly clear what she sees in Juicy Joe, as while he’s certainly older (42), he’s also unemployed and broke . But hey, maybe Graulau is just drawn to the glamorous life of an ex-Bravo reality star with a wife behind bars and four kids to support. In any event sources say the two were spotted getting very close during a romantic night on the town in Newark recently: “Teresa should be upset,” one onlooker said. “You can tell if someone is just a friend, but it wasn’t like that. The first prison photo of Teresa Giudice recently fetched a pretty penny for the TV star’s family, but the Jersey-ites weren’t the only ones trying to cash in. According to an insider, one of Tre’s fellow inmates had been surreptitiously photographing her on a contraband phone in the hopes of selling the pics. That is, until prison guards busted her shady ass and confiscated that piece! Authorities at the Federal Corrections Institute in Danbury, Connecticut, “recently confiscated the cellphone of a female inmate,” according to an insider. “She had smuggled it in,” they said, though they would not disclose how. What investigators found on the illicit device was … well, a documentation of what life is like in prison for Teresa Giudice, for whatever that’s worth. Those pics could’ve been worth a lot – Teresa’s family got paid a pretty nice sum for the first, authorized pic – but prison guards intervened in the nick of time. Says the source of the phone, which was found in an undisclosed manner: “She had candid photos of Teresa all around the prison. Doing yoga, exercising and more. The woman was trying to get the photos out to sell them.” It’s unclear if the inmate in question had her cell tossed, but she clearly should’ve hidden the phone in a hallowed-out Bible a la The Shawshank Redemption . It’s also unclear if said inmate is now in the hole, also a la Shawshank . In the meantime, while talk of a Joe Giudice reality show surfaces (as well as cheating allegations surrounding her crooked hubby), Teresa carries on. Her expected release in February 2016 is now less than 10 months away, and she may even get out sooner than that if she stays out of trouble. Last August, we asked a question about the Full House cast : Where are they now? In incredible news, we now know where they will be: NETFLIX! According to TV Line sources, the streaming giant is ever so close to ordering 13 episodes of Fuller House , a revival of the classic sitcom that will bring back star Candace Cameron Bure as D.J. and Andrea Barber as her best friend, Kimmy. Other Full House alums – such as John Stamos, Bob Saget and Dave Coulier – are being considered for guest appearances, while Stamos will serve as a producer. If it comes to fruition, the project is will be helmed by the original show’s creator, Jeff Franklin. Full House concluded its eight-season run on ABC in 1995. Cast members have remained tight, however, with Stamos, Saget and Coulier reuniting for a Super Bowl commercial last year. The drama that occurs on any episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey can’t hold a candle to the real life drama of Joe and Teresa Giudice. The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars have faced countless legal issues in recent months, resulting in prison time for both Joe and Teresa. This time, Joe found himself in the hot seat again for using a fake driver’s license, and he pleaded guilty in a New Jersey courtroom this afternoon. Even though he admitted he is guilty, he asked for sympathy from the judge because he is “a real man” for confessing to the crime. Tom Murro, an eyewitness, states, “Joe snuck into the Passaic County New Jersey courthouse back door for today’s fictitious license sentencing wearing a green shirt, sunglasses, suit, flanked on both sides by bodyguards.” Murro adds: “This is the first time I’ve ever seen him wear a suit to this courtroom, he usually wears jeans and a blazer.” Joe is expected to begin his 41-month prison sentence upon wife Teresa Giudice ‘s release from federal prison next year. Until then, Joe is sentenced to house arrest, where he is taking care of his four daughters. Giudice must have cabin fever. He asked the judge for permission to “move his vehicles around in the driveway.” The judge denied his request. Ultimately, the judge slammed Joe Giudice with a $10,000 fine. His lawyer tried to argue the Giudice is “destitute” and couldn’t pay the fine. But consistent with the transparency of the Giudices’ financial history, that might not be true. Giudice was recently compensated $75,000 for photos and an interview in a weekly tabloid and on celebrity news show Extra. Because of that hefty pay check, the judge refused to lower the fine. In July 2013, Joe and Teresa were charged with fraud in a 39-count indictment. Their legal issues were the subject of speculation and chatter both on the reality show and in the media.
