Teresa Giudice Scores MAJOR Payday For Pre-Prison interview; Bravo Paid Her HOW MUCH?!

Even though Teresa Giudice is headed to prison soon, that doesn’t mean the troubled Housewife has any plans to let up in her relentless hustling. Along with her husband Joe, Teresa sat down for an interview with Bravo recently to speak publicly about her crimes and punishment for the first time since her sentencing. Teresa Giudice Reacts to Prison Sentence The interview will air in its entirety tonight, but regardless of whether or not it turns out to be the ratings bonanza that Bravo is banking on, it’s already proven to be a hugely lucrative 30 minutes for the Giudices. The couple was reportedly paid $325,000 for offering Bravo honcho Andy Cohen first crack at an interview. The network initially offered $275,000 for Teresa alone, but threw in an extra 50 grand in order for Joe to join her. Of course, the Giudices have been ordered to pay $414,000 in restitution, which means that all of the money they make from the interview will go to directly the victims of their various financial scams. It’s still a pretty sweet deal for Joe and Teresa, as they’re now well on their to settling their debt just days after being sentenced. Teresa has been ordered to report to prison on January 5 in order to begin serving her 15-month sentence. Joe Giudice has been sentenced to 41 months , and will begin his serving his time after his wife is released. Teresa Giudice on Possible Prison Sentence: Too Terrifying to Think About!

Teresa Giudice pled guilty to fraud back in March and is likely to face prison time. Teresa’s sentencing was delayed just last month following the death of her father-in-law, and along with her husband Joe, the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star will now have to wait until September to find out her fate. The troubled mother of four opened up about her upcoming court date in a recent interview and not surprisingly, she says she’s overcome with fear about the possibility of being locked up. “No one can ever prepare themselves to go to prison,” Teresa tells In Touch. “How could I ever prepare myself to be away from my kids? It’s too terrifying for me to even think about.” After copping to charges of tax evasion and defrauding the federal government, Teresa could end up serving 27 months behind bars. Joe Giudice was convicted of five federal fraud charges and could be sentenced to up to 46 months. “What does not kill you makes you stronger,” Teresa says of the ordeal. “I am here 100% for my poor honey, and he for me.” Despite the many difficulties endured by her family, Teresa has allowed herself (and her children) to be filmed for the upcoming season of her Bravo reality hit. Teresa Giudice: Bankruptcy Papers Reveal Lavish Lifestyle

Joe and Teresa Giudice are headed to jail  but first they have to get their financial affairs in order…by screwing over their creditors to the tune of $13 million! So how did the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple rack up such massive debt? By living like royalty despite the fact that they haven’t had a dime to their names for years. Court documents reveal that the Giudices live in a $1.7 million house with a Maserati, an Escalade and a Ford 350 in the garage. Oh, that garage also houses toys such as a Sea Doo boat, Kawasaki quad and 2 go-carts. As you may have guessed, Teresa and Joe have yet to make a single payment on most of those items and acquired them by lying to lenders – a practice that resulted in the couple’s recent fraud convictions. The strangest part of this story (aside from the fact that lenders actually believed the Giudices were worth that much) is that Teresa and Joe apparently listed their two dogs as being worth $600 each. Not surprisingly, the court disagreed and ruled that the aging pets of a couple future jailbirds are worth exactly jack squat.  The couple’s debt has mostly been absolved as a result of their bankruptcy and no date has been set for Joe and Teresa to begin serving their sentences for fraud.

Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga: The Feud is Over!

It was entertaining while it lasted, but Radar Online has now confirmed: the rivalry between Melissa Gorga and Teresa Giudice is over. The sister-in-laws – who have gone at each other hard for many seasons on The Real Housewives of New Jersey – enjoyed a holiday dinner together over the weekend, with Gorga posting a photo of the event on Twitter and writing that the meal “makes me smile.” “You will NOT see any Teresa and Melissa fights this season on RHONJ. Those feuds are over,” an insider tells Radar. Signs of tension easing between Gorga and Giudice were there in August when the former said she has Teresa’s back , with Teresa and her husband facing 50 years in prison for fraud and other financial charges. Just a month prior to that, however, Gorga went off on Giudice for not defending her against cheating allegations. Still, this Radar source teases the next season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey and says viewers shouldn’t expect more Melissa/Teresa fireworks. “The drama is going to come with clashes with the new ladies and not with these two families anymore,” according to this report. “They’ve put that all behind them. Joe Giudice Spotted with Mystery Date: Who is She?!?

Teresa Giudice is facing decades in prison and a very hefty fine as the result of federal fraud charges . So this is the last thing the reality star needs: cameras have caught husband Joe Giudice having coffee at a diner in New Jersey… with someone who decidely NOT his wife! As recounted by Radar Online, the rendezvous took went down about 30 minutes from the home in which the Giudices reside, with Joe’s mystery date wearing a large hat and sunglasses; i.e. clearly trying to hide her face. An onlooker snapped the above photo and confirmed to Radar that the female in question was “DEFINITELY not Teresa,” adding: “She was completely disguising herself with a hat and huge sunglasses that she wouldn’t take off inside. They were sitting over coffee and occasionally Joe would reach over and touch her hand while talking. They were there for a while.” Scandalous! This isn’t the first time rumors of Joe cheating on Teresa have come up. In June of 2012, sources alleged he actually stepped on his wife with the couple’s nanny . Teresa, though, called the story “fake” and said her husband was simply “meeting to talk business,” defending the woman as someone she and her “family [have known] since she was in high school.” In 2011, meanwhile, Joe was accused of sleeping with a random woman at Fridays .

Teresa Giudice Hires Crisis Manager; Will It Help?

Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe appeared in federal court yesterday, holding hands on the way inside and pleading not guilty to a pair of new fraud charges . Now, facing the possibility of decades behind bars, The Real Housewives of New Jersey star has hired Wendy Feldman of Custodial Coaching. She describes herself to Us Weekly as a “legal coach and crisis manager,” which are both jobs that apparently exist. Feldman herself spent nearly a year-and-half in prison for securities fraud and has advised other famous clients (such as Lindsay Lohan) during their trials and tribulations. Considering the numerous charges against Giudice, is Feldman on board to prepare this reality star for a long jail sentence? “I have not been hired to prepare either Teresa or Joe Guidice for prison,” Feldman tells Us. “In fact, most of my work is well-known as crisis management oriented. In addition, I am known as director of alternative sentencing at Cliffside Malibu where Ms. Lohan recently was. However, I am acting as the legal coach and crisis manager only for Teresa Giudice.” Teresa Giudice Facing New Fraud Charges Teresa and Joe Giudice were indicted Monday on two new counts of fraud, bringing the total number up to 41. Said Teresa’s attorney in a statement: “As she did with respect to the allegations contained in the original indictment, Teresa intends to plead ‘not guilty’ to the allegations in the new indictment. “She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out.”

This is so sad. Husband, Wife And Their Babies Found Dead These poor parents and precious babies! Some people are just pure evil. According to KSWO: A husband and wife and their infant twin sons, a week away from celebrating their first birthdays, were found dead at their home on Monday after police were asked to check on them. Authorities released few details about the deaths, but a relative said the couple had experienced marital problems. Arlington police Chief Frederick Ryan said police weren’t looking for any suspects and there was no reason for the public to be alarmed, but he didn’t elaborate. “We’re quite certain that the community is safe and people can go out and go about their business this evening,” he said. An officer found the bodies in the two-family home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Arlington, just northwest of Boston, around noon. Authorities did not say how long they had been there. “This is obviously a very troubling, very tragic situation,” Middlesex County District Attorney Marian Ryan said. Ryan identified the dead as Scott Jones and his wife, Mei Kum Jones, both 43, and their sons, Colt and Cameron, who would’ve turned a year old on Nov. 26. Prayers go out to their families. Joe And Teresa Giudice Hit With More Charges Teresa talked about being strong for her children on “Watch What Happens Live,” but she needs to be strong to avoid becoming someone’s baldhead beyotch in jail. According to NY Daily News: Two stars of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” are facing additional federal fraud charges. Giuseppe “Joe” Giudice, 43, and Teresa Giudice, 41, were each indicted Monday on one count of bank fraud and one count of loan application fraud. Authorities allege the couple prepared a mortgage loan application stating that Teresa Giudice worked as a real estate agent and made $15,000 a month. In reality, authorities said, she was not employed. Monday’s charges are in addition to a 39-count indictment handed down in July, charging the couple with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Joe Giudice also allegedly failed to file tax returns from 2004 to 2008. The north Jersey residents, parents to four young daughters and known on the show for their lavish lifestyle and massive home, pleaded not guilty in July and are scheduled to be arraigned on the new charges Wednesday. Henry Klingeman, a lawyer for Teresa Giudice, said she plans to plead not guilty to the new charges. “She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014,” Klingeman said in a statement. “Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out.” Miles Feinstein, a lawyer for Joe Giudice, said his client plans to also plead not guilty. “Our position is that it’s really piling on,” Feinstein said. They need Iyanla Vanzant and Oliva Pope to fix this.
