Ready for another shocking story out of China? This one does not involve a husband suing his estranged wife for giving him an ugly child . Nor does it have anything to do with a man attempting a vaginal exorcism with his penis . Instead, it centers on a very extreme reaction to a very common situation. Man Jumps to Death During Girlfriend’s Shopping Spree According to Chinese television station CCTV, a 38-year old named Tao Hsiao was arguing with his girlfriend over the weekend inside a mall in Jiangsu province. Onlookers overheard him telling the unnamed companion that she had already bought enough, with one witness saying: “He told her she already had enough shoes, more shoes that she could wear in a lifetime and it was pointless buying any more.” But the girlfriend simply shouted back, accusing her man of ” spoiling Christmas ” and a “heated argument” ensued. The man then proceeded to have the final (ever) say by throwing his shopping bags on the floor and jumping over a balcony, plummeting seven stories to his death. “His body was removed fairly quickly,” said a mall spokesman. “This is a tragic incident, but this time of year can be very stressful for many people.”
