Congratulations! K. Michelle Being Honored By FAMU K. Michelle’s alma mater is honoring her in a big way. The reality star turned restaurant owner will be celebrated by Florida A&M University with a “Distinguished Alumni Award.” The “Distinguished Alumni Award” is the highest award presented by the school’s National Alumni Association. K will receive an award for her “notable and documentable contributions to FAMU” and for her success in her field. Texas Cop Assaults Hispanic 8th Grade Girl A Texas officer was caught on tape striking a 14-year-old girl in the face multiple times before putting her in cuffs outside a San Antonio Quinceanera party. The girl on the video was taken into juvenile detention on a criminal charge of assaulting a public servant and was released back to her parents on Monday. According to My San Antonio , the girl’s lawyer explained that the girl is an honor-roll student at her middle school with no history of violence on her record, and it’s plain as day that she did NOT assault the officer. House said one officer can be seen in the video “clear as day” striking the girl. The cop in question arrested the girl for assaulting an officer, but the video does not appear to depict the young girl raising her hands to him at all before catching two or three fists from the grown man to her face. SMH!!! Texas is really becoming a hotbed for this shady cop activity . Sadly, incidents like this one aren’t even shocking anymore. 14-Year-Old May Have to Register As Sex Offender First of all…why are these kids having sex SO YOUNG?? A Texas seventh grader has been charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor after engaging in intercourse with his 12-year-old girlfriend. In Texas, this is a first-degree felony that could easily land him on the sex offender registry for the rest of his life. According to NYDN , whereas the age of consent in the state of Texas is 17. This means that while a high school junior can legally sex with a seventh grader…once a 7th grader and a 6th grader get it on, charges come into play. The provision has left the child in position to face the consequences well into adulthood, with essentially a stigma as a child molester following him well into adulthood. Granted, kids these ages need to keep their pants ON to begin with. But that aside, and children being inclined to explore…is this punishment really fair?? Getty

Chipotle Employee Caught Spying On Peeing Patrons A sick, 18-year-old restaurant assistant manager was arrested after he allegedly installed a restroom hidden camera in a Missouri City, Texas Chipotle. Joanny Castillo is charged with invasive visual recording, which is a felony. This dude thought he could get away with recording women and girls, with out consequence.The camera was found by an employee inside the restroom at the restaurant located at 6245 Highway 6. They immediately called Missouri City police and fired Castillo. He posted a $20,000 bond last week. An initial investigation suggests that the camera had been in place for a period of ‘less than a week’ in February, Chipotle said. The report says Castillo turned himself in a few weeks after the incident. Castillo wasn’t charged for several weeks because police were working to identify the victim– whatever that means.
