Antonio Armstrong And Wife Dawn Killed By Their Teenage Son Extremely tragic story coming out of Houston this evening. Former NFL player and Texas A&M football star Antonio Armstrong, and his wife of over 20 years Dawn, were each shot dead in their bedroom by their own 16-year-old son, while the entire family was home. Via NYDN : Former NFL player Antonio Armstrong and his wife were fatally shot by their teenage son in the family’s Houston home early Friday, police said. Armstrong’s wife, Dawn, was pronounced dead in their bedroom after their 16-year-old son dialed 911 around 1:30 a.m., police sources told KTRK-TV. Antonio Armstrong was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but multiple local media outlets reported that he had died later in the day. Investigators who searched the southwest Houston home found a gun still smoking with a note next to it reading, “I’ve been watching you,” the TV station reported. Police arrested the 16-year-old boy. Sources close to the investigation said he was likely to be charged as an adult. All three of the couple’s children — including a 20-year-old son and a teenage daughter — were in the Palmetto St. home at the time of the shooting. All were unharmed, Houston police homicide investigator Jimmy Dodson told the Houston Chronicle. SMH. What the hell would drive their son to do something so heinous to his own parents like this?? Court documents reveal that Odom agrees with Khloe Kardashian’s citing of “irreconcilable difference” as the reason for the breakdown of their marriage. It’s also been revealed that Odom requested that a judge “deny spousal support” to Kardashian. Taken from surveillance cameras of the District Courts Building in Weatherford, Texas, it features a number of shackled inmates who break out of their basement holding cell. But not for the reason you might think. The clip depicts eight men walking over to a guard who has seemingly keeled over and is unconscious; it appears as if he's suffered a heart attack. Out of concern and panic, the prisoners bang on doors and shout to get the attention of anyone they can. Deputies in the court located above the cell heard the commotion and nose on June 23 and quickly ran downstairs because they thought a fight had broken out, according to ABC affiliate WFAA. They were understandably shocked to see the scene in front of them instead. ”We were worried they were going to come with guns drawn on us,” one of the inmates, Nick Kelton, told the network. One of the inmates was found reaching for the guard’s radio, which was right next to his gun, but the deputies put everything together and realized the noble intentions taking place in that moment. The prisoners were subsequently ushered back into the cell and one of the deputies administered CPR to his colleague. Paramedics soon arrived and the guard – who is employed by a private contractor at the nearby Parker County jail – regained a pulse. Pretty cool, huh? Kelton, an admitted methamphetamine addict, said it “never crossed my mind not to help, whether he’s got a gun or a badge.” He concluded: “If he falls down, I’m gonna help him.”

Texas mom Brynn Huffman was feeling pretty good about herself when she went out to run some errands the other day wearing a flowy white top and mid-thigh denim shorts. Huffman admitted it took a bit of courage to don the shorts. “My legs, while tan from swimming and muscular from dancing, are (1) not where I would like them to be and (2) are not up traditional beauty standards (read: Photoshopped) because cellulite,” she wrote in a Facebook post that has gone viral. Sounds like the thoughts of a great number of American woman, amiright? Unfortunately for Huffman and humanity as a whole, some jerk in line at the UPS store thought it appropriate to confirm the mom’s worst fears by making a snarky comment about her attire. Huffman says that after a pleasant exchange with the woman in front of her, she turned to the patron behind her and smiled. In exchange for the grin, the woman started with a compliment, as if trying to negate the unspeakable rudeness that would follow. “‘Your hair really is amazing.’ ::cocks head to side:: ‘You should probably rethink the shorts though,'” Huffman wrote of the woman’s response. And the most incredible part? The shamer wore a shirt that read “COEXIST.” Huffman said her face immediately turned red – not with embarrassment, but with rage. She then hurled back a zinger that couldn’t have been more perfect. “You should probably rethink your shirt.” Ooh, ya burnt! Yet even after the epic comeback, Huffman said the insult still made her want to go home and change her clothes, and that made her even more angry. Texas Woman Blames Spike Chic-Fil-A Drink For Fatal Crash And Crime Spree This sound like some s#!t that was supposed to happen in Florida , not Georgia… Via NYDailyNews A Texas woman who went on a fatal crime spree in the Atlanta area is using the defense that a spiked Chick-Fil-A drink made her snap. Kristie Nesby, 43, is charged with murder and a slew of other crimes after she carjacked multiple vehicles and fatally struck 71-year-old pedestrian Luci Turner in a bizarre May rampage. Nesby appeared in court this week and told a judge as she was led out of the courtroom that a spiked fast food beverage accounted for her actions. “I went to Chick-Fil-A, I told someone, someone put something in my drink,” she said to the judge while court officers escorted her out of her hearing, according to an NBC affiliate. So what exactly did this lady do? Welp… The day of mayhem started on May 11 outside of Atlanta when Nesby robbed a dry cleaning business. When she fled the scene, Nesby careened her car off the roadway onto the sidewalk where she struck the elderly pedestrian who was on her way to work. Turner later died of her injuries. Nesby then carjacked a woman at gunpoint but quickly abandoned that car, CBS reported. The crazed woman then stole another car that she crashed into a fence and fled on foot. 12-Year-Old Black Girl’s Classmates Drag Her By Makeshift Noose Bullying has become a bigger and bigger problem in schools across the nation, even costing some students their lives in the long run. One family has sued a local school system not only because their daughter was being bullied, but also because the school seemed to turn a blind eye as she was physically attacked repeatedly due to the color of her skin — to the point of a near lynching. Via TheDailyBeast : The family of a black sixth grader in Texas is suing her school after white students allegedly wrapped a rope around her neck and pulled her to the ground. The $3-million lawsuit accuses Live Oak Classical School in Waco of negligence, gross negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lead attorney on the case is Levi McCathern, who represents the Dallas Cowboys. According to the lawsuit, KP’s mother chose Live Oak—a largely white private school with a pricey tuition rate—and applied for scholarship grants so that her daughter could attend an institution with a “better education” and a “wholesome learning environment.” In the next year though, the lawsuit claims KP encountered bullying at the school that was not disciplined. An email from KP’s mom in the lawsuit from November alleges that a boy repeatedly pushed and shoved her 12-year-old daughter. But things went far beyond pushing and shoving one day in April when the class took a field trip offsite. The boys that taunted KP took things up a notch when faced with a park swing… But the main complaint against the school comes from an April field trip to Germer Ranch in Blanco County, Texas. KP and several other children were said to have come across a swing with long rope was attached so children could pull it, the lawsuit states. The lawsuit states KP was standing to the side of the swing when three white males, including one who allegedly bullied her in the past, pulled the rope back and wrapped it around her neck. The boys then violently jerked KP to the ground, the family claims, leaving abrasions on her neck. Jeremy Counseller, a board member for the school, told the Dallas Morning News that “Live Oak takes the safety of its students seriously and is saddened that one of its family suffered an unfortunate accident and injury.” Counseller described what happened as “accident.” HOW are injuries of this caliber an “accident?” This looks deliberate and extremely racially driven, if you ask us. Sounds like the school did little to protect this little Black girl from her tormenters…so hopefully the family gets every dime they are asking for…
