TMZ reports that the Justin Bieber egging case has officially been sent over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney and the police are recommending he be charged with a felony. The cops subsequently executed a search warrant of Bieber’s property, hoping to find some kind of evidence that would link him to the crime. They failed to find anything new inside his home, although they did arrest Lil Za there for drug possession. Still, authorities apparently believe there is enough to drop the hammer of justice down on the rule-breaking singer. “I went to the D.A.’s Office today with the paperwork, and I want a felony,” Lt.
