Justin Bieber likes funny girls. The teen singing sensation – who has been romantically linked with Selena Gomez – has female fans all around the world but in order to catch his attention any potential girlfriends must have a good sense of humor, as well as pretty eyes and a good smile. He said: “I like girls with nice, pretty eyes and a nice smile. I like girls that are funny because I like to laugh and joke around.” While Justin is grateful for all the attention, he admits sometimes it gets too much and he is left fearing for the safety of himself, his entourage and his fans. He explained: “At a concert in New York last year they expected 1,000 girls and 10,000 showed up, so the security wasn’t ready for it. It was a security hazard for the kids ‘cos they were pushing up against the glass, so it was really bad. The worst time, though, was definitely in New Zealand where my mom got trampled.” Last April, the 16-year-old star’s mother, Patti Mallette, was knocked over by fans – who also stole his hat – when they mobbed him at an airport. At the time, Justin tweeted about the incident, saying: “Finally got to New Zealand last night. The airport was crazy. Not happy that someone stole my hat and knocked down my mama. Come on people.”

Justin Bieber to be immortalized in Wax for Madame Tussauds

Justin Bieber gets a  new feather in his cap . After become pop sensation of the nation,  Justin Bieber is now getting his own wax statue . Yes!! the 16-year-old singing sensation, Justin Bieber is going to be immortalized in  Wax . The twice Grammy nominated singer and  2011 Brit Awards winner will be honored with his own waxwork at Madame Tussauds New York this March. The good news doesn’t end here. He will be honored with not one, not two but three different wax figures . WOW!! “To be immortalized in wax alongside some of my idols — Michael Jackson, Prince, Beyonce and my mentor, Usher — is incredibly exciting and very cool,” Bieber said about the honor. Not only this, another Justin figure will also be unveiled at  Madame Tussauds Amsterdam and London on the same day. He is the latest star to be honored with a wax figure and will be joining the major music stars from  L ady Gaga to Madonna, Jimi Hendrix to Michael Jackson. For Justin Bieber’s wax statue, hundreds of precise measurements were taken by the sculptors in a sitting with Justin late last year. Justin Bieber wax work then took four months to complete at a cost over $242,000. Liz Edwards, Madame Tussauds’ PR manager, said:  “Justin Bieber is truly a worldwide sensation. We have been absolutely inundated with requests from young fans from around the world to see him at Madame Tussauds. We’re sure his fans will be just as delighted as we are that Justin will be joining the A-list here in March.” As of recent news about Justin,  Justin Bieber got new haircut and plans on donating the hair to a charity auction. Lady Gaga, Robert Pattinson, Kim Kardashian and, of course, Justin Bieber, are among the few whose every move is cause for Twitter trends and celebrations. Case in point, Bieber’s haircut . A photo of the 16-year-old’s newly shorn locks appeared on TMZ on Monday, along with news that the clippings will be given to charity to raise money for various causes, including animal rights. Naturally, Bieber’s famously fluffy hair swoop has been the subject of innumerable news stories and tweets, so when MTV News checked in with his “Never Say Never” director Jon Chu on Tuesday (February 22), we had to bring up the very popular subject of Biebs’ new haircut. Chu’s only complaint was that Bieber didn’t let him know about the momentous occasion. “I would have brought a 3-D camera there,” said Chu, who recently announced the release of a special “Director’s Fan Cut” of the film . “I would have shot it for [‘Never Say Never’] 3.0.” Chu went on to say that he won’t miss the shaggy flip and heartily approves of Bieber’s shorter ‘do. “Two thumbs-up for the haircut, for sure. He’s wanted it for a long time,” Chu told us. “I’m just happy for him because he’s been holding on. He’s like, ‘I need to get the haircut, I want to get rid of it!’ But he has his hair flip which he can’t get rid of, but now it’s R.I.P. hair flip.” We then pointed out that “R.I.P. hair flip” sounded like a perfect Bieber-related Twitter trending topic, and Chu informed us that we were way behind. “It is a Twitter trending topic!” he said with a chuckle. “At least it was yesterday, last night.” What do you think of Justin Bieber’s new hair? Justin Bieber and Kanye West worked together on a remix of his track “Runaway Love”, which will be included on Justin’s new LP Never Say Never – The Remixes , but the 16-year-old pop star insists the creative process was made harder due to Kanye’s reluctance to speak on any telephone. Bieber said: “It’s funny, because he doesn’t even use a phone, he just sends email. It’s so crazy. I’m like, ‘How can you not use a phone?'” Despite his aversion to telephone chats, Justin insists it was great working with Kanye because he was such a talented and “nice” guy to be around. He added to MTV News: “He reproduced the Runaway … joint, and I’m really excited. It was amazing. He’s such a cool guy, and he’s just really laid back and just nice, and at the end of the day, he’s just a nice person.” Meanwhile, Justin’s manager Scooter Braun has revealed the 16-year-old music sensation has been working with Kanye, 33, on several tracks which could make his next studio LP. Scooter said: “Justin is working on new music. He and Kanye had a call the other day about a song they’re trying to work on together – Kanye wants to produce a bunch of new songs for the new album.”

Justin Bieber Premieres "Never Say Never" in NYC

Closing out another night on the red carpet, Justin Bieber was the center of attention at the New York City premiere of “Never Say Never” on Wednesday night (February 2). Held at Regal E-Walk 13, the 16-year-old phenom was decked out in an all-black ensemble with a purple bowtie and matching shades as he greeted fellow attendees including Russell ‘Russy’ Simmons, Daniel ‘Diggy’ Simmons, Lynsey Mickolas, L.A. Reid and director Jon M. Chu. With the film set to hit theaters on February 11th, Mr Chu was recently asked by MTV News if he received any ribbing from his friends when he signed on to spearhead Bieber’s movie project. To this, the “Step Up 3D” director replied, “There’s always people [giving me flak], whether it’s the ‘Step Up’ movies, dance movies or the Justin Bieber movie. People will make fun of you, but now they truly have the fever, for sure. Since [I signed on], he’s won four American Music Awards, including Artist of the Year, he’s nominated for two Grammys he’s on the cover of Vanity Fair, and I think they’ve fallen for him as well.” Describing the picture as inspirational, Chu said, “Especially for this generation of kids, [it’s important to show] that they could make it on their own without a big corporation. I thought it was an exciting way to tell it: through his music.”
