At the New York premiere of the documentary on Tuesday, the new mother said she wanted to share her altered perspective on life. “Knowing that at this point in my life, this age is so wonderful because I see everything differently and I hope that I can share that with other people,” she said. The HBO film shows footage of a sonogram, Beyonce’s growing bump and grainy video of herself posing nude as she neared her due date. The arrival last year of Blue Ivy Carter gained worldwide media attention and prompted Beyonce to share more with her fans, launching a Tumblr page with snapshots of her family life. Her miscarriage had been kept secret from the public until Jay-Z referred to it in his song “Glory,” that he released following the birth of Blue Ivy. In the documentary, Beyonce touched on the topic briefly, saying, “It was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through.” “My life is a journey. … I had to go through my miscarriage, I believe I had to go through owning my company and managing myself … ultimately your independence comes from knowing who you are and you being happy with yourself,” she said. “Life is But a Dream” also gives a peek into the Grammy-winner’s four-year marriage to Jay-Z, showing the couple singing Coldplay’s “Yellow” to each other. “This baby has made me love him more than I ever thought I could love another human being,” she says. Look, I like shoes as much as the next girl. And there are certain angles to this exploration of the ladies’ shoe that could be fascinating enough. (Why is a stiletto so sexy? Because it elongates your silhouette and can double as a murder weapon, perhaps? Discuss.) But this chick caressing the curve of her pump, these ladies drooling over their shoe caverns, Fergie Ferg insisting that shoes tell the world who you are… I can’t even. Clearly, Conrad Murray knew that his trial wasn’t going to end in his favor… According to TMZ reports : Dr. Conrad Murray might have seen his eventual conviction for manslaughter coming — because he ripped his co-counsel Michael Flanagan for screwing up a key cross-examination … and was so angry he told his own mother to shut up! It all went down during the trial while Murray was discussing the moment prosecution expert Dr. Alan Steinberg corrected Flanagan — in open court — about whether Conrad “infused” Propofol for Michael Jackson. Murray goes off … “I take offense when my damn attorney is not prepared for that man.” The rant was taped for the documentary “Michael Jackson and the Doctor: A Fatal Friendship” which aired last night on MSNBC. Murray added, “Flanagan gotta wake up. He needs a lot of coffee and some pit bull, or Red Bull after lunch” — and that was just his warmup. Prince Harry just relocated to tiny Gila Bend, Ariz. for two months of Apache helicopter training, and the town’s mayor has issued a stern warning to the party boy. Ron Henry is concerned that the fun-loving redhead royal, 27, who had his share of adventures in California, will get wild during his stay in the Grand Canyon State. “There are probably some fathers here in Gila Bend who would go to extremes to protect their daughters,” Henry told the Daily Mail of the sleepy town of 1,700. “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and we have some very pretty girls here,” Mayor Henry admitted , adding of the hard-partying, playboy Prince of Wales: “Some of the dads won’t take too kindly to a Prince fornicating and drinking the night away. It is a very small, quiet town with a lot of good Christian people.” Yes, he really used the term fornicating. The town’s executive added: “This isn’t a party town.
