Who did Momma Timberlake catch Justin knockin’ boots with?!?! Whom did Justin Timberlake’s mom catch him in bed with when he was “too young,” as he revealed in a recent interview? Could it have been former girlfriends Britney Spears or Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas? Speculation has spread like wildfire since the “Friends With Benefits” star told Elle, “I was caught . . . My mom wasn’t cool about it. I was too young to be in bed with a girl.” Timberlake dated Spears when they were 18, but they met on the set of “The Mickey Mouse Club” when they were just 12. Fergie dated Timberlake prior to his relationship with Spears, when he was 16 and she was 23. His rep declined to comment. So wait, not only were you smashin’ a broad at too young a age, but you were doin’ it at your MOM’S house?!? Justin, Justin, Justin… At least you didn’t have to wait until you were rich and famous to start choppin’ down backs like some of these fools in Hollyweird!! When we spoke to Olivia a couple of weeks ago, she mentioned a new addition to the “Love & Hip-Hop” cast. Today, we know who she is and it actually makes a lot of sense when you think of the rest of the cast. Do you know who’s BM is going to be cashing in those reality checks next? Juelz Santana’s girlfriend Kimbella, who is also the mother of his 10-month-old son, will be the newest cast member to join VH1′s top rated reality show “Love & Hip Hop” a source told AllHipHop.com. Juelz met the model and mother of two on the social networking site Twitter and the two have been inseparable ever since. Kimbella, who is currently on the cover of Black Men Magazine’s June issue along with Keyshia Dior and Charm Killings, will be branching out to expand her career into acting and music. Kimbella discussed her career in a previous interview with AllHipHop.com, conducted prior to her being cast in the reality show. “I’m trying to transition into acting and singing,” Kimbella told AllHipHop.com. “I’m launching my pop career and as we speak I’m recording in the studio. My sound is definitely not Beyonce, but more of a Fergie, Rihanna type sound.” Oh boy. At least these two seem to have a pretty drama free relationship. Race Matters: 18 Year-Old Black Teenager Faces 8 Years In Prison For High School Prank In Indiana

Soooo Casey Anthony is “not-guilty”, but this kid is facing 8 years?!? When 18-year-old Tyell Morton put a blow-up sex doll in a bathroom stall on the last day of school, he didn’t expect school officials to call a bomb squad or that he’d be facing up to eight years in prison and a possible felony record. The senior prank gone awry has raised questions of race, prosecutorial zeal and the post-Columbine mindset in a small Indiana town and around the country, The Indianapolis Star reported in its Tuesday editions. Legal experts question the appropriateness of the charges against Morton, and law professor Jonathan Turley at George Washington University posed a wider question about Morton’s case on his legal blog. “The question is what type of society we are creating when our children have to fear that a prank (could) lead them to jail for almost a decade. What type of citizens are we creating who fear the arbitrary use of criminal charges by their government?” There seems to be a overwhelming sense that the charges that Tyell are facing are completely off base. “I know there has been plenty of pranks done at that school,” said Morton’s mother, Cammie Morton. “I went to that school. When I heard what they was charging him for, my heart just dropped.” “Their reaction is understandable, but use the school disciplinary process,” he said. “Don’t try to label the kid a felon for the rest of his life.”- Joel Schumm, Indiana University School of Law professor Then there is the a**hole prosecutor, Philip J. Caviness “I’m pretty comfortable with the charges that we’ve filed,” Give this kid a fine and some community service. Stop with the grandstanding and trumped up charges. Source

The Palin replacement, Michele Bachmann, is just ratchet. Her and those Republicans will incite hate and promote racial tension to win the 2012 election. But, uh, good luck with that. “Everything I ever needed to know I learned,” says Minnesota Congresswoman and Republican Presidential hopeful Michele Bachmann. With her first words, she lets you know she grew up here. Michele Bachmann is out to impress Iowans, but really has her eye on Tea Partiers. “One thing I know growing up in Iowa we as a family never spent more money than what we took in. I call that Econ 101.” In the blazing hot sun, more than 200 people gathered to hear Bachmann preach about out of control government spending and our country’s growing debt ceiling. They’re words Iowans in the crowd echoed. Michelle Bachmann wants the job to lead it there. She’s eager to align herself with the Tea Party and says Democrats, as well as President Obama should fear for their job. “They want you to think that the Tea Party made up of toothless hillbillies coming down out of hills wearing red, white and blue but the fact is they should be afraid of Tea Party,” says Bachmann. Over the past three weeks, the Tea Party Bus Tour signed up more than 1,000 Iowans for their grassroots campaign. “A Tea Party candidate advocating for Tea Party principals will win Iowa and they will move on,” says Ryan Rhodes of the Iowa Tea Party Revolution. Rhodes says Bachmann’s drawn bigger crowds than any other candidate; a sign of her strength. “I think it will be very hard to beat Bachmann in Iowa.” Hmm, “toothless hillbillies” … who said that? Conjugal Visit Gone Wrong: Wife Tries To Smuggle Convict Husband Out Of Jail By Stuffing Him In A Suitcase

Did they really think they could pull this off? An inmate who tried to hide in a suitcase to escape jail was sent packing back to his cell, Mexican authorities said. The man, aided by his 19-year-old common law wife, was busted as she tried to wheel him out of a prison in Chetumal in the Caribbean state of Quintana Roo, police said. Juan Ramirez Tijerina’s bungled prison break followed his conjugal visit with Maria del Mar Arjona. Tijerina is serving a 20-year stretch for illegal weapons possession stemming from a conviction in 2007. Police said Arjona looked nervous as she struggled to pull the suitcase, which also looked to be unusually heavy. When officers stopped her and opened the case, they found Tijerina curled up in the fetal position. Arjona now faces prison time for her role in the attempted escape, authorities said. Silly girl! Now she’s going to prison too! Give it up to the horny toads … they get an ‘A’ for effort. Comedy! Source

Jesus Take The Wheel: Brooklyn Teen Beaten To Death By 10 Gang Members

Enough is enough with this foolishness. A Brooklyn teen died from his injuries last night nearly two weeks after he was chased down by a mob of 10 young men who punched, stomped and bashed him with a bicycle, police said. Johnny Santiago, 17, was beaten on an East New York streetcorner in what police sources described as a gang feud. The June 6 attack left him brain dead. He passed away at Brookdale University Hospital yesterday, police said. Santiago lived in East New York. He had gang ties and a short rap sheet of collars for serious crimes – robbery and weapons possession, the sources said. His family could not be reached Friday night. Police got a 911 call about 10:30 p.m. on June 6 for an assault in progress near the corner of Van Siclen and Wortman Aves. It is an area notorious for gang activity, the sources said. Detectives are investigating Santiago’s death, but the motive for the vicious gang beatdown was not revealed last night. The cause of Santiago’s death has yet to be determined. There have been no arrests. How does the police department know that this young man was beaten by 10 men, specifically, but have made no arrests? Either way another life has been lost to nonsense. You Can’t Be Serious: Mother Gets Felony Charge For Spanking Her Own Child

Damn! What has the world come to? A felony … for spanking your child? Everyone has their own method of disciplining their children but is a simple spanking abuse? “You don’t spank children today,” said Judge Jose Longoria. “In the old days, maybe we got spanked, but there was a different quarrel. You don’t spank children.” Rosalina Gonzales had pleaded guilty to a felony charge of injury to a child for what prosecutors had described as a “pretty simple, straightforward spanking case.” They noted she didn’t use a belt or leave any bruises, just some red marks. As part of the plea deal, Gonzales will serve five years probation, during which time she’ll have to take parenting classes, follow CPS guidelines, and make a $50 payment to the Children’s Advocacy Center. She was arrested back in December after the child’s paternal grandmother noticed red marks on the child’s rear end. The grandmother took the girl, who was two years-old at the time, to the hospital to be checked out. Gonzales who doesn’t have custody of the child or her other two children, is trying to get them back, but until CPS feels she is ready the kids are living with their paternal grandmother. Hmm, wonder if the kids were taken as a result of the “spanking.” Guess it’s “time-out” for unruly little tikes now. Source
