Movie Theater Hires Fake Gunman According to Fox 4 A Missouri movie theater is in trouble with police for a promotion that could have had tragic consequences. During the opening of “Iron Man 3″, the Goodrich Capital 8 had an actor walk into a theater with full tactical gear, carrying a fake gun. Several moviegoers were scared, thinking it was a real shooter, and called 911. “Everything was in place, it’s the opening night of a superhero movie, it’s somebody walking in all-dark clothes, everything pointed to bad things about to happen,” Jefferson City Police Capt. Doug Shoemaker told the area’s FOX affiliate. “There’s really no good that can come of this.” Shoemaker added that with a recent mass shooting at a Aurora, Colo. movie theater, this stunt was ill-advised. The manager of the theater says this was planned months in advance, and only a few customers were upset. He added that the safety and security of his customers is his top priority. Shoemaker countered that if an off-duty police officer had been in the theater, the actor would likely have been confronted, and could have been killed. Friday afternoon, the theater posted the following statement on Facebook: “We apologize and are sympathetic to those who felt they were in harm’s way with our character promotion for Iron Man 3. This was not a publicity stunt. We have worked with the Cosplacon group on many movies to dress up and help entertain our customers. We have had many complaints about the members dressed specifically as S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives carrying fake guns. We didn’t clearly tell our customers and some people didn’t realize it was for entertainment purposes only. We apologize that police were called to come out to our theater. We have a wonderful working relationship with the Jefferson City Police Department. Going forward we will take the necessary steps to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Security and safety for our customers is our number one priority.” We just don’t understand with children shooting themselves and mass shootings, why this theater thought this would be a cool promotional event. Kenya Moore Calls Phaedra Parks A Liar According to Kenya’s Bravo blog We have seen the extreme lows of how far Phaedra is willing to stoop by what she did to NeNe, me, and Angela Stanton (the woman who claims that Phaedra was involved in insurance fraud) and anyone else who dares to cross her. She even went as far as to recruit my ex as a client and advised him to exploit himself by lying about the status of our relationship in staged radio interviews. The nuances of her statements give it away… “They called him”. How would she know that had she not been directly communication with him? Phaedra will never be the smartest woman in the room if I’m also present. She’s obsessed with trying to hurt me but she will continue to lose that battle in perpetuity. With her alleged illegal dealings and random and ridiculous business ventures, she is not only a proven liar, an embarrassment to her family, as well as the laughing stock of the law industry. Her vicious gratuitous retaliatory actions are never warranted, including Angela Stanton’s testimony. Are we all wrong? Judge for yourself. With that said, I wish Apollo all the best. Phaedra, girl a lot of people are coming for your neck. We’re not saying what they say is true, but…..it don’t look good. Bravo

Get It Over With Already: Kimmy Cakes and Kris “Humpback” Humphries To Settle Soon

Tsk Tsk. Kris “Humpback” Humphries is still holding on for that doe. Can you say “thirsty.” Time to let it go buddy. Move on. Kim Kardashian Divorce To End Soon According to TMZ Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries could settle their never-ending divorce case soon … TMZ has learned. The fleeting lovebirds are both ordered to appear in court soon for a settlement conference. The big hang-up is that Kris has been fighting for an annulment based on alleged fraud, and Kim has steadfastly refused to go down that road. She wants a clean, simple divorce. Sources close to Kris say there are various factors that are softening his position, including: There’s an ironclad prenup, if the case goes to trial Kris will get NO money from Kim (although as we previously reported Kris has demanded $7 mil from her — good luck with that). After all the depositions and legal docs flying back and forth, no evidence has surfaced showing Kim defrauded Kris — and that goes to the heart of his claim. Kris is about to get nailed with monetary sanctions for being a no-show at the last hearing and, in the process, he’s pissed off the judge who would be presiding over the divorce trial. If the case goes to trial and Kris loses, he could be in the hole for as much as a million bucks in attorney’s fees. Sources tell us each side has already racked up $300k in lawyer’s fees, and they’ll spend another $200k if the case goes to trial. We broke the story, if the case goes to trial and Kim wins, she’ll ask the judge to make Kris pay HER lawyer’s fees. Our sources say it’s by no means a done deal that the case is going to settle tomorrow, but as one source put it, “Kris is opening his eyes a little bit, and what he sees doesn’t look good.” Do you think Kris will get the mula?
