Judge Denies YouTube Founder’s Motion To Dismiss Lawsuit If these two are suing over someone leaking the proposal video, we can only imagine what will happen if someone leaks the wedding footage. Someone might lose a leg. According to Radar Online: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are one step closer to a multi-million-dollar pay day. RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that a judge has denied YouTube founder Chad Hurley‘s last-ditch attempt to get the couple’s lawsuit against him dismissed before going to trial. Kardashian and West are suing Hurley for leaking a video of their engagement on his website, Mixbit, allegedly in violation of a contract he signed at the event. Hurley had filed a motion to strike the suit under California’s anti-SLAPP statutes, but according to court documents filed on March 18 and obtained by Radar, Judge Ruth Kwan denied that request, as well as his request for attorney’s fees. The motion to strike the suit was ultimately denied on the grounds that Hurley “benefitted from” posting West and Kardashian’s engagement video, “at [Kanye and Kim’s] expense,” the documents state. The couple have argued that Hurley’s leak endangered their previously established agreements to exclusively license footage of the event, and to air it on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. According to US Weekly: Her marriage may be over, but the pain from it isn’t. Khloe Kardashian opened up about her divorce from Lamar Odom during a radio interview with Australia’s 2Day FM “Breakfast With the Stars” on Tuesday, March 17. The reality star filed for divorce from the athlete back in December 2013, but admitted that it’s been a process ever since. “It’s definitely not anything I’m through,” the 29-year-old said. “I’m going through it, but I’m not through it.” She also has had to relive it. On March 9, the mid-season finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians shared the time her family members staged an intervention to speak with her about her unraveling marriage to Odom, 34. (As exclusively reported on March 15, Odom has quit the Spanish basketball team Laboral Kutxa and has moved back to the states after suffering an injury.) “It’s really hard to watch yourself on TV. It’s definitely different in that the world has to watch, too,” Kardashian explained on the radio show. “It’s definitely not the easiest thing to do, but it’s what my life is.” Luckily for her, however, she’s had a supportive team behind her for years. “I have the same friends that I’ve had for 15 years. I think also, just by having each other, as soon as one of us gets a big head, we shoot the other one down,” she said of living in the public eye. “That’s the beauty about having brothers and sisters. I just don’t believe the hype.” It’s easy to get lost in this. It’s easy to get lost in all the hype and to have all these ‘yes men’ around you,” she continued. “But because we’re all doing it together, it’s a really rare scenario. Most families aren’t all in the public eye as we are. It works as a blessing. It works in our favor.” Khloe will find a baller boo to smash her cakes to smithereens in no time. WENN

According to People: In words and song, Robin Thicke is still trying to woo back wife Paula Patton. The soulful crooner’s latest plea was at his Atlantic City concert at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa on Sunday night. As Thicke interacted with the crowd in the middle of his show, a fan yelled, “I love Paula!” “I do too,” Thicke responded before belting out Al Green’s quintessential take me back song, “Let’s Stay Together.” Thicke first paid tribute to the actress at his show in Washington D.C., on Thursday. “I want everybody here to know that I’m trying to get my girl back,” he said before singing “Lost Without U,” his 2007 hit single that Patton inspired. Patton has yet to publicly acknowledge his emotional cry to stay together. Meanwhile, she was all smiles at the Independent Spirit Awards on Saturday night – and looked radiant at Vanity Fair’s Annual Oscar party on Sunday night. The couple has been married since 2005 and met while in high school. They are parents to son, Julian, 3½. Robin’s tears might be a day late and a dollar short where  Paula is concerned. Poor thang.
