Dr. Conrad Murray Documentary Airs in UK; Pretty Much Everyone Bashes Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson is not exactly portrayed glowingly in the new documentary centered on Dr. Conrad Murray. No wonder there is outrage among his family and fans. The controversial film debuted in the UK last night, just three days after Murray was found guilty of manslaughter in the death of Jackson. One major revelation: Emphatically, the doctor states that AEG Live CEO Randy Phillips told him before the This Is It tour Michael Jackson “does not have a f**king cent” to his name. Murray claims Phillips pulled him aside after a meeting about the London concerts and angrily said : “What’s this bullshit all about? Listen this guy is next to skid row.” “He’s going to be homeless. Nine security guards? Why does he need that? I’m paying for that s**t. I’m paying for the toilet paper he wipes his f**king ass with.” Or so Murray says in the documentary. Phillips took the stand during the manslaughter trial and, under oath, denied that conversation with Murray ever happened. “Michael Jackson and the Doctor: A Fatal Friendship” also reveals the strategy meetings between Dr. Murray and his two attorneys, Ed Chernoff and J. Michael Flanagan. During one session, Flanagan’s wife, Susan, offers this insight: “Explain to me a 50-year-old man who sleeps with a baby doll and has pictures of basically infants to 2-year-old children looking at him every night.” Chernoff says, “I think that the media made him appear weirder than he is.” Flanagan: “You gotta be kidding me, he can’t be any weirder than he is.” In the documetary, Murray claims Michael Jackson “always had a chamber that was exclusively his. The bedroom that he slept in … I had to persuade him, eventually to have it cleaned. Because … one, he peed the bed.” “It did not smell good. It was mildew, and I had to get it clean.” “Who would ever believe that a man his age would still be wetting his bed?” Murray added, noting that it wasn’t due to medication, but purely psychological. The documentary airs in the states, Friday night on MSNBC. Despite the objections of La Toya Jackson and MJ’s estate, the network will air it as planned.

The X Factor features a pair of very young, very talented contestants in Rachel Crow and Drew Ryniewicz. Jessica Simpson: Pregnant, Betrayed By Eric Johnson!

Is Jessica Simpson in for more heartbreak and humiliation? The 31-year-old pregnant, engaged celebrity should be basking in the glow of impending motherhood these days … but is there already trouble on the horizon? According to OK! (yeah, we know, we know), fiance Eric Johnson, who previously agreed to a prenuptial agreement, is now backing out and insisting on an equal share in her fortune, putting the couple’s wedding plans on hold . “Eric’s completely changed his mind,” an insider says . “He started dragging his feet, refusing to sign the prenup they’d drawn up; now he’s laying this whole guilt-trip on her about how he believes in true love and she should, too.” “A lot of people feel she’s been totally betrayed.” Delaying the wedding while the down-home traditional Jessica Simpson is pregnant , the insider adds, seems especially callous given her Christian roots. “Eric knows how important it was to her to be married before the baby,” says the source. “She wanted to rush the wedding so that her child wouldn’t be born out of wedlock, and she wouldn’t walk down the aisle with a massive bump.” “He’s basically used that as a bargaining chip.” That’s cold, Eric Johnson. Shrewd, but cold.

Josh Krajcik Needs a Little Help from His Friends

You don’t often see an X Factor contestant compared to both chicken soup and the world’s most famous vampire. But those were both descriptions bestowed on Josh Krajcik last night, following a strong rendition of “With A Little Help From My Friends.” What engendered such responses, the former from Paula and the latter from Simon? “The X-Factor” Episode Recap! Who Are You Voting For?

Originally posted here:

Last night was another AMAZING episode of “The X-Factor”. Now I will admit, I was a little skeptical over this show at first because I thought, “do we REALLY need another version of ‘American Idol’?” But as this season has progressed, I’ve seen so many break out artists that truly deserve to be recognized, and after last night, my feelings were definitely confirmed once again. Of course everyone on the show has crazy talent that could put some artists (that shall remain nameless) who are in the game already to shame, but there were a few superstars that I couldn’t stop thinking about when I woke up this morning, and felt they deserved some shine! Rachel Crow is one of them. Not only can this girl sing, but she can sang!! She’s only 13 years old and her stage presence and vocals on last night’s episode got her a comparison to a young Michael Jackson when he was with the Jackson 5! Now I don’t know about you, but being compared musically to Michael Jackson has to be the biggest honor, especially when you’re only 13 years old. I’m just sayin’. Melanie Amaro was another one of my favorites. Not only is she gorgeous, but she had enough talent to be eliminated and then brought back to the competition because “big brother” Simon realized he made a mistake and brought her back. She chose to sing a ballad last night that showed her vocal range and ability to sing a wide range of music. Go girl! Marcus Canty also stood out in my mind. His energy last night was on 10! L.A Reid even compared him to Bobby Brown! He’s only 20 years old but his stage presence was mind-blowing and I’m sure that we’ll be seeing more of Marcus in the near future! Of course there were more contestants that performed last night but these were my top three. Voting closes tonight as someone will get eliminated on tonight’s episode! Will you be watching? Will Drew Ryniewicz Advance on The X Factor?

Drew Ryniewicz adores Justin Bieber . But will Simon Cowell express equal affection for this 14-year old X Factor contestant? The Arizona native sang her heart out for her group’s mentor last night, covering a song by Roxette that came out before she as born. Simon seemed impressed by the vocals, but concerned over Drew’s age. Is she too young to advance? Watch the audition now and sound off: Should Ryniewicz make it to the next round? Tora Woloshin Sings for X Factor Satisfaction

On last night’s visit to the home of Simon Cowell, X Factor hopeful Tora Woloshin covered a Rolling Stones classic. But it wasn’t entirely accurate: this 21-year old most definitely can get satisfaction, and it’s all in the hands of the British judge who sat back and seemed unsure what to do with someone who looks and sounds like Woloshin. Will she advance? How did she compare to other contestants in her all-girl group, Drew Ryniewicz and Caitlin Koch ? Watch and see for yourself: Tora Woloshin – Can’t Get No Satisfaction

Watch the Cast of Glee Perform Live(-ish) For Simon Cowell

The cast of Glee has performed live for the most influential humans in the world like Oprah and the president , so it made sense that Fox flew their singing cash cows to the U.K. to perform “Don’t Stop Believin'” for Dannii Minogue during The X Factor ‘s live semi-finals results show. Well, not really, but those Glee kids had a Christmas album to promote. So watch, dear Gleek s, as Cory Monteith does not even try to convincingly lip sync to back-up vocals, and Simon Cowell does not even try to look pleased when Amber Riley belts the highest Journey notes in his face.
