Indeed, Hudgens and Zac Efron shocked all of Hollywood yesterday when news of their split went public. All sources indicate the break-up is amicable, but send Vanessa an extra birthday wish or two today if you can. Hudgens does have a reason to smile. Lindsay Lohan, You Are Cleared For Take Off

Lindsay Lohan has got herself a passport so she can now fly back to the US from Cannes. The 23-year-old was recently stuck in France after claiming her passport had been stolen. Lohan was reportedly ‘distraught’ at the news as it meant she could not make her court appearance in LA, which could have seen her arrested when she finally returned to the US. However, Lohan’s mum Dina is believed to have confirmed to TMZ that she has a new passport now and will be flying out of France on May 21. She will not make her court date but it is thought she will turn up to court on May 24.

Susan Boyle is leaving her native Scotland and moving to London after security was breached by an intruder at her home in West Lothian. A source said: “She has now agreed to move to a place in the city, where she’ll stay when busy working.
