At this point, if you follow Teen Mom gossip even the tiniest little bit, you're familiar with Catelynn Lowell's recent mental health woes. She's struggled with anxiety for several years, and things got worse when she gave birth to her daughter Nova three years ago. She had a particularly bad case of postpartum depression that she's still dealing with, she suffers from panic attacks, and she just revealed that she was also recently diagnosed with PTSD . Last fall, she and Tyler learned they were expecting another child, but then she had a miscarriage, and it affected both of them deeply. It was so hard on Catelynn that she began having suicidal thoughts, and so made the decision to check herself into a treatment center to get a handle on things. She spent several weeks there, and a few weeks after completing her treatment, she went back for another round because she still didn't feel well. Right now, she's been home for nearly a month, and it seems like she's doing well. But as always, Teen Mom OG is a bit behind real life, so we're just now seeing the beginning of Cate's stay in rehab. And as we see in this sneak peek for the upcoming episode, she definitely dealt with some rough issues there. In the clip, Catelynn receives a visit from Tyler, Nova, and Maci Bookout, which is really nice to see — we knew they were close, but not close enough for Maci to fly across the country to see her! Catelynn gives out some hugs, and then they all sit down for a little chat. After Cate asks Maci about her flight and remarks about Taylor staying home with all three kids, Maci asks her what she's been doing during her treatment. “Tons of therapy,” she answers, “and group therapy, trauma classes. It's been really good though, honestly.” We can believe her — it does look like she's feeling better already. “So what was going on?” Maci asks next. “Anything happen, just life?” “Well, no, really,” Catelynn tells her. “Me and Tyler actually got pregnant and I had a miscarriage.” Here's where it gets extra rough, because as we learned earlier in the season, Maci and Taylor had a miscarriage recently as well. She tells Catelynn that, and it's really just a very sad moment. Cate tells her that she's sorry, and Maci says that they haven't told anyone about it yet. “I think it's another one of those things that makes it … it doesn't make the pain easier, it just makes the experience easier, to talk about it,” Maci says. “It doesn't help anybody to pretend that it didn't happen, or that that baby didn't exist.” Tyler, who's been looking so sad during the entire conversation, adds “it may not have been a fully developed baby in the womb, but it was in our hearts.” Watch the full scene in the video below, but be warned — it really is pretty intense:
Let's be honest: the Sister Wives crew has been kind of a mess for a long, long time now. And we're not even talking their usual polygamy drama mess — for a good few years now, Meri has had and has introduced some serious problems in the Brown family. Even though Meri's been friendly with Kody's fourth wife, Robyn, it does seem like she's dealt with some jealousy issues, and those only got worse when Kody legally divorced her to marry Robyn. The divorce made sense — the family did it that way so that Kody could have rights over the three children Robyn had with her ex-husband — but Meri still took it very personally. Around the same time as the divorce, Meri began talking to a man online, and they quickly became very close. One could even say she had an emotional affair with him, and she may have gone even further if the man hadn't turned out to be a catfish . Yep, the man she'd been falling for was actually a woman, and the whole thing really and truly broke her. That's all happened a few years ago at this point, but as we've been seeing on the current season of Sister Wives, it's still causing plenty of issues in the family. One of those issues is that Kody is pretty much over Meri entirely. In this sneak peek for their upcoming tell-all episode, the Sister Wives crew sit down to go over some issues they've had, and one particular comment Kody made is brought up. Andrea Canning, the woman interviewing the family, asks about the scene in which he tells a reporter that Meri says she's his wife, but they don't “co-habitate.” Kody and his man-bun explain that they made that comment because they were feeling “a little snarky — not towards Meri, but towards this law.” Feelings about laws aside, Meri says that she was “mixed” by his statement because “part of me was like 'wait, we don't need to share every little bit of information about our lives,' but at the same time, it's time to start being real and honest.” Robyn, dear sweet Robyn, cuts in with “Kody sometimes says stuff he shouldn't say.” Truer words, right? Andrea says that it was difficult to hear Kody and Meri talk about feeling like a divorced couple , but Meri laughs and says “Well technically, we are!” And she's right, of course, but the bitterness in her voice is a bit extreme. Andrea soldiers on and adds that Kody also said he didn't want to be intimate with Meri, and he admits that he still feels that way, even today. Meri asks if she feels the same way or if she does want to be intimate, and she replies that she simply wants “more of a relationship with him than we're having right now.” Kody begins to say that they don't know how to fix things, but Meri cuts him off pointedly by saying that the solution is to have “two parties wanting to work toward it.” So … yikes. At this point, it's really hard to understand why they're even still together. Meri has obviously been unhappy for a very long time , enough to start talking to who she thought was another man, and now that Kody is understandably upset about that, she's desperate to make things work. It doesn't make sense, it's silly for both of them to waste their time like this — even in the very first season, they were having problems. If Kody doesn't even want to be intimate with her anymore … it really sounds like this Sister Wives ship has already sailed. Fly free, Meri.
Hmmm… is it too late for Justin Bieber to tell Bill Hader he's sorry? The former Saturday Night Live cast member was a guest on Watch What Happens Live on Thursday, in promotion of his upcoming HBO series, when the topic turned to Hader's least favorite SNL host of all-time. And the comedian didn't hesitate in giving a response: Bieber. The answer was undoubtedly Bieber, Hader said. “He was in a bad place,” Hader said, thinking back to Bieber's much darker days and adding: “Maybe he’s in a better place, but back then … It was rough.” The artist served as host and musical guest on a February 2013 episode. At the time, he was in the middle of a world tour at the time, having just released his third studio album, Believe, in June 2012… and drinking a lot, partying often and generally acting like a dick. Hader told Bill Simmons on his podcast last week that Bieber yelled at some SNL staff members who were simply trying to do a wardrobe change for him, while showing up with a giant entourage. He said similar things to Howard Stern back in May of 2013. “Justin Bieber showed up with like 20 guys and every time – backstage is a very small constructed place – he had a guy holding a slice of pizza, a guy holding a Diet Coke,” Hader told Stern, adding: “You were trying to fight around all these people to get dressed.” Once again, Hader did try to be diplomatic about Bieber's terrible behavior and attitude. “Everyone’s usually on great behavior. Everyone’s very excited. Most times it’s 100 percent and that’s why I think Bieber was the only one, in my experience. “He just seemed, like, exhausted or at the end of a rope. He was just so huge.” It was a tough time for the star, who is sort of going through another one now as he tries to win back over Selena Gomez . On the flip side, Hader also told Stern a few years ago: “I had nice chats with [Bieber] when he was doing the scenes… he was a nice guy. Babes They shared a lot of photos from their time in Hawaii on Instagram, and it was the captions they wrote about each other that really got people wondering what was going on between them. 3. Besties, OR MORE? For example, in every photo that Kailyn shared of Leah, or of herself with Leah, she referred to her as a “babe.” 4. Hmmm … And yes, there are some women who refer to their female friends as “babe,” that’s definitely true, but “babe” is also a common term of endearment for people in relationships, is it not?! The life of O.J. Simpson has taken another strange turn today. Simpson’s former best friend and longtime confidante Tom Scotto has passed away at the age of 56. To understand just how bizarre Simpson and Scotto’s relationship was, we need only to look at the last few months of both men’s lives. In October of 2017 Simpson was released from prison on robbery charges. At the time of his release, Scotto offered to allow Simpson to move into his palatial home in Naples, Florida. Scotto publicly rescinded the offer shortly thereafter, alleging that he recently learned Simpson had slept with his then-wife in 2007. Shortly after that, Scotto was hospitalized due to complications from pneumonia. Just nine days ago, Scotto spoke with Radar Online and informed the outlet that his health was on the upswing. He claimed was soon to be moved out of the intensive care unit with the eventual goal of returning home. Two days later, however, Scotto signed a “do not resuscitate” order after his health took yet another turn for the worse. Today, family and friends were shocked by the new that Scotto had passed away. “Tom Scotto died of the broken heart because O.J. slept with the man’s wife!” a source close both Scotto and Simpson tells Radar. “O.J. only cares about himself but with Scotto’s death, he’s going to feel like sh-t!” “It’s desperately sad Tom and O.J. didn’t settle their differences before he died, but now everyone’s worried what O.J. might do. He can behave all crazy and has an awful temper,” says a second source. The tipster included a chilling (thought likely apocryphal) account of Scotto’s final moments: “Scotto’s last words were ‘O.J. took everything away from me and I don’t want to live anymore,'” the insider alleges. Obviously there’s no way to confirm that particular claim, but in his final interview – just days before his death – Scotto made his contempt for Simpson abundantly clear: “After everything I did for O.J., that was complete betrayal,” Scotto said of the allegation that Simpson slept with his ex-wife. “I was a brother to him.” View Slideshow: O.J.
