Amber Portwood has spoken out for the first time since her arrest for domestic assault on July 5. Like, truly for the first time, we mean. Yes, the troubled Teen Mom OG star has shared the occasional cryptic social media post . But she hasn't directly addressed what went down between her and Andrew Glennon (and their young son, James) during an incident that led to her being charged with THREE felonies. Most specifically, she hasn't directly addressed the accusation that she attacked Glennon and James with a machete… … until now. As part of a Teen Mom reunion special that aired on September 3, Amber spoke to Dr. Drew Pinsky about this arrest and this allegation. Here is what she said: 1. Let’s Go Over the Arrest Again, Shall We? Glennon texted 911 early on the morning of July 5 and told the operator that he thought Portwood really might kill him or little James, who was around 14 months old at the time. 2. Portwood Was Then Arrested The reality TV star was subsequently charged with domestic battery, criminal recklessness committed with a deadly weapon and domestic battery committed in the presence of a child less than 16 years old, per court documents obtained various outlets. 3. What Did She Do? This is the main question, right? Amber has admitted to throwing a shoe at Glennon, but told the police that it barely grazed him. 4. Did She Threaten Suicide? Yes, Glennon has said. He told authorities that Amber actually swallowed a number of Klonopin pills, only to later throw them back up. 5. Amber Has Denied This Claim Not personally. We haven’t heard her say it. But sources have indicated that Portwood denies the suicide/pill allegation. 6. Okay. Now Let’s Discuss the Machete. When Rebecca Crews learned that her husband Terry Crews had been unfaithful, she didn’t find out in some salacious manner. Her story begins the way that many stories of this nature begin: with women’s intuition. “I didn’t have pictures. I didn’t have some skeezer calling me,” the mother of five shared. “It was purely this internal knowledge that we were disconnected.” During season three of OWN’s “Black Love” series, the former reality stars get extremely vulnerable with viewers as they discuss Terry’s addiction to pornography and adulterous affair — something the actor broke down and confessed to his wife after two decades of marriage. Can we start again?’” a teary-eyed Terry recalls in one episode. “But she said don’t come home.” It was a difficult decision that led to a trial separation, but it was one of the best decision’s Rebecca has ever made. “I wasn’t having no parts of reconciliation until my husband came home from rehab,” Rebecca told MadameNoire. Though he was in recovery for addiction to pornography, Rebecca believes that her husband also struggled with another form of addiction. “There is an addiction to the thrill of doing something that is forbidden. Some people are insecure and they want other people to desire them,” she said. “They have this validation issue and there was some of that with my spouse.” When Terry returned from rehab, he was like a different person — much to the astonishment of his wife of twenty-two years. “He was very humble, broken, apologetic,” said Rebecca, “He really had the desire to try and be a better person. He just blew me away with his sincere, religious attempts to prove to me that he was a better person and was going to stay a better person, that he was going to fight this demon with everything in him.” Though the former cosmetologist admits that it took her years to fully trust her husband again, his fervent dedication to the process of getting well eventually won her over. “That’s all that you can ask of somebody is that they choose to get better for themselves. You are then the beneficiary of that,” the Michigan native shared. “There’s no remedy for a guy who doesn’t want to change — except to exit. That can be hard to believe when they are really showing you, ‘We don’t matter enough for me to be different.” While her story had a happy ending, the Michigan native cautioned women against leaving their partners simply to get a reaction out of them. “You have to mean it. It’s not like ‘Oh, I’m going to pretend I’m throwing him out and I’ll see if it acts right after that.’ No, you’ve got to be ready to go alone,” Rebecca advised. “For some reason, I had hit that breaking point and the breaking point for me was 22 years in. I had no idea that my husband would turn his life around, but I had to make the choice that was best for me. And I say that I lucked out because he turned out to be one of the better ones because he shifted his perspective.” Terry’s stint in rehab did not just breathe new life to his dying marriage, it freed him from the shackles of emotional bondage otherwise known as being a Black man in America. “No one tells a little Black boy he can just fall apart and cry,” said Rebecca. “I never saw that man cry. I lost a baby. 6 month pregnant and he didn’t cry. He didn’t cry and I was like, ‘There’s something wrong with you.’” The recovery process, however, caused the floodgates to open. “While he was going through recovery, he cried almost every day,” the former reality television personality shared. “Many men are out of touch with their emotions. They’re not even wondering ‘Why am I doing this?’ That’s something my husband said that he had as an awakening during rehab that he had been kind of walking through life relatively asleep at the wheel, just allowing himself to be pushed and pulled by circumstances and impulsive behavior and never questioning why. As those things began to manifest through the therapy, he cried. He cried all the time.” It’s never easy being the partner of an addict and Rebecca believes that in some ways, she unknowingly enabled Terry in his addiction. “There’s a degree of blindness to the fact that you’re dealing with an addiction. You’re just asking yourself, ‘Why do they act like that? Why do they act like that?’” she shared. “There was a time when Terry was — and I believe this was a reflection of his addiction — he would be irresponsible with our money. I struggled all the time when I had to make calls to one of our creditors, basically pleading for time because he had done something dumb with the money.” She went on: “I remember thinking, stupidly, at the time, that I wasn’t enabling and that I was just keeping things cool so that I didn’t end up getting put out. But looking back, I wish I had let him suffer the consequences of that decision. But because we were all riding on that boat, I think that unwittingly, I was responsible for letting it continue because I didn’t see an alternative other than packing my kids and getting out.” Hindsight, of course, is 20/20 and knowing what she now knows, Rebecca advises anyone dealing with an addicted loved one to allow them to face the music sooner rather than later. “With an addict, I just have to say, the sooner you can put your foot down with them, the sooner you can have peace. And that’s one of the hardest things for us as loving spouses to do is to put that foot and don’t move it,” she said. “Do not tolerate behavior that puts you at ease for the moment but then leaves you in the lurch in the long run.” She adds that this doesn’t mean that you immediately move to divorce; however, things will not change until difficult decisions are made. “If you’re not going to be present, then maybe you should go. If you’re not going to be responsible, we can’t be together. And that doesn’t mean that you go file your papers. Bachelor in Paradise ? More like One Less Bachelor in Paradise After One of the Show’s Most Popular Suitors Stunned Fans by Walking Away Last Night. This revamped version of the ABC program’s title sums up the shocking turn of events that we just witnessed. Just a few days ago, John Paul Jones and Derek Peth squared off at Krystal Nielson and Chris Randone’s televised wedding, with The Betchlor podcast host recounting the conversation to Haley Ferguson on Monday night’s episode. It all came as a surprise to Haley — who had gone on a date with Jones after arriving in Paradise and then accepted his rose — that he had strong feelings Tayshia. I did not know that at all,” Haley told Derek, adding in an on-camera interview: “It’s so random this Tayshia thing… I don’t know anything about the fact that he was into Tayshia. I’m honestly pissed.” Haley therefore figured she would confront Jones after hearing secondhand about his relationship with Tayshia. She wanted verification. We did hit it off. From there, JPJ’s night only grew worse when Derek asked him to speak again in the hopes that he could “seek some understanding as to where all this started.” However, Jones continued to insist that Derek wasn’t the “right guy for Tayshia.” “You don’t get to decide that,” Peth shot back. “She gets to decide that, not you.” “She already decided that,” Jones retorted. Tayshia watched this all go down and was anything but pleased about it. “This is so unnecessary,” she said. “It’s exhausting and it’s very frustrating for me. I’ve been contemplating breaking it off with both of them because I’m done and I’m over it.” Haley could relate. She also felt exasperated with the show and the set-up and ready to give up on love altogether. Thankfully, the next day brought a pair of new arrivals: Matt Donald and Luke Stone from Hannah Brown‘s very recent season of The Bachelorette . However, both Matt and Luke ended up taking out Sydney Lotuaco and Kristina Schulman, respectively. With this double date underway, Tayshia went and talked to Jones once more. Jones continued to break down, while Tayshia said in an on-camera chat that she still felt “torn” between the two men. That is, until she made another decision and broke things off with Derek. She explained that the timing was simply off and it had nothing to do with Jones, but Derek felt “self-loathing” and “sadness,” he said, believing there was no one else for him in Mexico besides Tayshia. “I just want to find somebody,” he told viewers. “Like, how many years do I have to wait for that to happen?” This was no act, either. Derek promptly called everyone together and dropped his bombshell: This is really hard to talk to a group of people who I’ve really grown so close to. Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Fetty Wap Loses Big In Las Vegas At The Valet The old saying goes, “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”…but it seems like the exact opposite is true when it comes to celebrities. That’s exactly the situation Fetty Wap is in the middle of right now. According to reports from TMZ , the rapper-turned-entrepreneur had an unlucky run in with the law while out in Vegas. The New Jersey native was arrested on Sunday at the Mirage after he and one of the valets got into an argument. Things ended up getting physical and Fetty allegedly punched the valet at least three times. To make the situation even more embarrassing for the public figure, Fetty was held by a fellow citizen under ‘citizens arrest’ until police arrived. Once in custody, his official cause for arrest cites “three counts of misdemeanor battery”–one for each of the punches he supposedly landed. This is the second violence-related brush with the law in less than 90 days for Fetty Wap. Back in June, the rapper was accused of assaulting a woman he met at a video shoot in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed that they are investigating this event, but no charges are being issued at this time. As for this latest Las Vegas event, Fetty Wap was only in custody for a few hours before he was released, though he’s bound to have a date with the judge sooner than later.

He would rather get drunk and high on drugs than look after his children. He’s the worst. 5. Kevin Hart makes a living by telling jokes. But there’s nothing funny about what happened to the comedian early on the morning of Sunday, September 1. According to multiple news outlets, Hart was involved in a major car crash several hours ago, suffering “major back injuries,” per TMZ insiders, after his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda veered off Mulholland Highway, rolled over and landed in a ditch in Malibu. Details are still coming in, but here is what we can confirm at the moment: The star’s close friend, Jared Black, was behind the wheel of Hart’s vehicle when he reportedly lost control and the car went off the road and into a ditch, as explained above. From there, the car slammed through a wooden fence and the roof was crushed on impact. Black and another passenger, Rebecca Broxterman, who was not injured, were originally trapped inside. A police report obtained by Us Weekly states that Hart “left the scene to his nearby residence to get medical attention,” seemingly aware that his friends were okay. It’s unclear how he could have been confidence of this, though. The accident was so severe that firemen had to saw the roof off the car in order to free Black and Broxterman; the latter of whom is engaged to the former and who also works as a personal trainer to Hart’s wife, Eniko Hart. In footage obtained by TMZ , Hart’s car can be seen in a gully with the roof totally torn off. The website also writes that Black had to be airlifted to a local hospital, UCLA Medical Center. Hours prior to the near-fatal crash, the Jumanji actor shared an Instagram Story of himself in the blue car, screeching his tires. The man taking the video jokingly tells him to “cool out” because he was making too much noise. UPDATE : After being picked up by a member of his security team and driven to his house, Hart was later treated at the hospital for his own injuries. He is believed to be just fine at the moment, however. Police later determined that Black was not “under the influence of alcohol at the time of the collision.” This car was a gift Hart bought himself for his birthday in July, writing to his 78 million Instagram followers at the time: “I added some more muscle to the family for my 40th…. Welcome home ‘Menace’ #MuscleCarLover.” Kevin and Eniko got married in 2016. They share 21-month-old son Kenzo and have remined together despite Hart having admitted he’s been unfaithful to his wife. The Get Hard star is also father of son Kendrix, 11, and daughter, Heaven, 14, from his marriage to Torrei Hart.

This week, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills finally cast a black woman , making some long overdue history. But when the cast list was released, one name was conspicuously absent. Camille Grammer was nowhere to be seen. Now Camille is telling her fans that they can lay the blame for her firing at one person’s feet: Kyle Richards. A lot of fans are happy to see Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke join the show, even if it’s just to shake things up. Sutton’s casting is extra good news for Lisa Rinna, as the two women are BFFs. And, again, it’s nothing short of shameful that RHOB had not previously cast a black woman. Now, a lot of fans had been ready to see Camille leave the show after the Reunion special . But actually seeing her name left off of the cast list came as a shock. “Wait, where are you?” one fan on Twitter demanded of Camille when her name was conspicuously absent. “I wasn’t asked back,” Camille revealed. “It’s fine.” “I did my time on the show,” she added, as if it were some sort of prison sentence instead of a coveted and well-paying gig. “And,” Camille characterized. “It’s Kyle’s show.” If you think that she’s not explicitly laying the blame at Kyle’s feet yet, know that she’s just getting started. “It was up to Kyle,” Camille claimed. She insisted: “I’m really fine.” “After the reunion,” Camille says. “I didn’t want to come back.” She reports: “It was an awful experience.” That may be true (especially the part about being miserable), but it also sounds like a way to save face. “Well you’ll be missed,” one fan assured her. “Seems like a bit of a slap in the face to you tbh after being an amazing ‘friend-of’ for two seasons,” the follower opined. The comment concluded: “Think they should remember who the OGs are.” “I agree, but they don’t,” Camille replied. “It’s a tough business,” the former Housewife characterized. “They eat you up and spit you out.” Hardcore fans of Camille Grammer — and yes, they exist — were not willing to accept that answer. They may not have the power to force Bravo to hire her back, but she told them exactly whom to blame. Tyler Baltierra has had his ups and downs, getting praised and dad-shamed from one day to the next. This time, a follower came forward with a comment — that Tyler is very in touch with his feminine side. Tyler agrees 100%, and his response should be read by men (especially dads) all across the globe. “You seem to be very comfortable with your feminine side,” one of Tyler’s followers recently commented. Tyler replied: “It has never bothered me.” He recalled: “I was always told as a kid that I was ‘too feminine.'” That is, of course, both an absurd and a hateful thing to say to a child. Fortunately, Tyler overcame those criticisms without letting them warp his perspective. “But I was raised in a household as the only boy,” Tyler explained. “With my single mother and my older sister.” This was absolutely to his benefit. “I think I was blessed to be raised without the idea that I have to trade my sensitive emotions for masculinity,” he reflected. Tyler affirmed: “I was raised by a very strong FEMININE woman.” “And,” he concluded. “I am not ashamed of it at all!” Tyler left the comment, but that wasn’t the end of it. Realizing how important the point that he had made was, he took a screenshot. He then uploaded the image to his Instagram Stories, highlighting the text so that it could not be missed. It’s a lesson that he wants to impart upon his fans and followers. Not all of the baby daddies of Teen Mom are people who should be giving out life advice, but Tyler has a good head on his shoulders. It’s not clear if the commenter to whom Tyler responded was trying to give a compliment or to be shady. To be clear, their words were complimentary. Some people, however, would take those words as an insult. Those people have no business around children. Notice how Tyler didn’t accuse the commenter of levying criticism and also didn’t take it as a compliment. He simply replied to the statement at face value, which is a good tactic when you don’t know the original poster’s intentions. Tyler has faced “criticisms” before over the way that he styles himself and takes care of his body. Rumors that he may be bisexual have circulated for years. Tyler has done a reasonably good job of swatting rumors that he is bi or gay without overdoing it and coming across as homophobic. For the record, taking care of your health and caring about your appearance are not based upon gender and sexuality. Those are just things that people can do or not do for themselves. And if Tyler sets off some people’s “gaydar” … it really doesn’t matter. Only he gets to define his sexuality. The fact of the matter is that Tyler is a father of daughters, and his connection to his feminine side makes him a better dad. He can play with his daughters without being self-conscious or haunted by pernicious ideas that toxic masculinity implanted in his mind. Nova is already benefitting from that. Vaeda will do the same.
