Prince Harry Praises Meghan Markle’s Post-Baby Body: She Looks Great!

It’s been five months since Meghan Markle welcomed her first child . Of course, to look at the Duchess of Sussex, you would never know that she only recently became a mom. On Tuesday, Meghan attended the WellChild Awards in London with Prince Harry at her side. The couple were guests at the ceremony last year, as well, but this was their first time attending as parents. One of the evening’s honorees was 10-year-old Emmie Narayn-Nicholas, who won an award for her Emmie’s Kitchen initiative. As seems to be the case with most people who cross paths with Meghan and Harry, Emmie and her family were thoroughly smitten by the Sussexes. And her mother, Eve, witnessed a heartwarming exchange that speaks volumes about the supportive nature of the royal couple’s marriage: “They were very lovely,” Eve told Hello! magazine. “When she sat down I said, ‘Oh, you look amazing and you’ve just had a baby.’ [Harry] looked at her and went, ‘See, I told you!’ in a way that we would,” she continued. “It did feel like they were very down to earth.” As if that weren’t enough to confirm that Harry and Meg are the embodiment of #CouplesGoals, Harry later gave a speech that moved many in the audience to tears: “Last year, when my wife and I attended, we knew we were expecting our first child — no one else did at the time, but we did — and I remember…” he began, trailing off after becoming overwhelmed with emotion. “I remember squeezing Meghan’s hand so tight during the awards, both of us thinking what it would be like to be parents one day,” Harry went on. “And more so, what it would be like to do everything we could to protect and help our child should they be born with immediate challenges or become unwell over time.” “And now, as parents, being here and speaking to all of you pulls at my heartstrings in a way I could have never understood until I had a child of my own,” the Duke of Sussex concluded. Yeah, it’s great that Meghan is married to a guy who alleviates her insecurities by lavishing her with compliments. But it’s even better that both of them are the type of people who happily devote their time to addressing the concerns of ill children and their families, as well as making them feel that their struggles are being honored by those in power. This Is Us Recap: Time Jump, Jump, Jump Around

Just when you think you know everything about absolutely everyone on This Is Us, it turns out… … you do not. This simple, yet surprising, message was at the heart This Is Us Season 4 Episode 4, an installment titled “Flip a Coin” that taught viewers about  Kevin and The Manny , Randall and Beth in college during a parental visit, baby Jack and music and a whole lot more. Let’s start with KATE , shall we? In the past, fans saw a teenage version of this character still struggling with a purpose after her brothers went off and she remained home. When she finally turned off Buffy the Vampire Slayer (good taste in TV shows!), Kate ventured to the record store and bought some new CDs — and also got a job! In the present, tensions between Kate and Toby continued to fester, which had been a theme of the previous  two episodes . They took young Jack to a music class, which didn’t turn out well because he kept getting scared by the instruments and singing. After going back and forth each other, the couple took their son to the beach. While he was frightened by the class, viewers do  at least know he goes on to have quite a bit of success in music — and, as Kate noted, music is something he can do even without his sight. What about RANDALL and BETH ? The first question:  Do these two owe everything to Rebecca? In the past, she visited Randall at college and got the sense that he longed for Beth… which, granted, was rather obvious. She proceded to take matters into her own hands by getting up and asking if they could join Beth and her mother for lunch. Such aggression paid off, notably, when Randall gave Beth a slice of lemon without her even asking. On their one and only date (at the time), Beth ordered a Coke with lemon. At lunch at school, she didn’t have a lemon for her drink. Rebecca ended up bonding with Beth’s mom over their shared widow status, as Carol inspired Rebecca to start getting her life back in order following Jack’s death. Time jump back to the present — and Carol visited for Beth’s dance studio opening. Once there, Carol said she didn’t like Randall for Beth at first… but only because she didn’t really see the strength he needed to be a proper partner for her daughter. Randall and Beth also met Malik and discovered he has a daughter. Watch This Is Us Season 4 Episode 4 Online We’ll end with KEVIN . Alternating between the present — where Kevin found out The Manny was canceled 00 and the pilot shoot for this same, This Is Us revealed quite a bit about the character. Almost more than we had ever learned before. In the present, Kevin attempted to distract Cassidy and Nicky when their planned Alcoholics Anonymous meeting was incorrectly scheduled. How so? By talking about shopping for a new RV. While out and about, Kevin and Cassidy discussed her possible divorce, his experience with The Manny and Nicky revealed the origins of his trailer. Prior to the war, you see, there was Sally, someone Jack asked out on a shy Nicky’s behalf. They planned to trek across this great nation after he returned from war — but eventually he simply stopped writing to her. After all that transpired in Vietnam, Nicky said he was “pretty broken.” Therefore, one day he figured he would just go for it, using his savings on the trailer and heading to Sally’s house unannounced. She wasn’t home, though. So, he drove off and, well that was it. He said he realized it wasn’t meant to be. In a parallel moment, past Kevin revealed his doubts about The Manny pilot to Kate and said he really wished it didn’t make it to series so he could go off, stop acting and just have a family somewhere. That was all he truly wanted. However, he then had a moment at the conclusion of the pilot filming where he connected with his baby costar and the “stupid character” on a show with a “stupid premise” wasn’t a joke anymore. He made a baby laugh and it changed his life. After relaying that story to Cassidy, Kevin did indeed buy an RV…for himself. And he moved in next to Nicky.

Kanye West Slut-Shames Kim Kardashian: Stop Dressing Like a Thot!

Last month, we learned that Kanye West had banned North West from wearing makeup , even though her family's brand is built on beauty products. It turns out that his sudden new priorities extend to his wife, too. As you can see in this video, Kanye tried to ban Kim from wearing her planned outfit to the Met Gala because it was “too sexy.” Ugh. On this week's Keeping Up With The Kardashians , Kanye tells Kim at the last minute that her Met Gala outfit is hurting his Man Feelings(TM). “A corset is like a form of underwear,” Kanye asserts while speaking to Kim about his misgivings. Yes and no. Bras were first invented by a woman to replace the corset, but these days, corsets are often worn on their own. “It’s hot,” Kanye acknowledges, but proceeds to frame this as some sort of bad thing. He complains: “It’s, like, it’s hot for who though?” It's for whom , though avoiding speaking like Cookie Monster is the least of Kanye's problems. See, Kim has been working on her Thierry Mugler corset for about a year. Kanye and his “dragon energy” could huff and puff all they liked, but she's not changing her outfit. And she's mad that he even asked. “So the night before the Met,” Kim lays out. “You are going to come in here and say you are not into a corset vibe?” “You give me really bad anxiety,” she accuses him. “What are you talking about?” As with most normal thoughts and feelings, Kanye just didn't seem to understand. “Why is that giving you anxiety to say that?” Kanye asks. “Because you knew last night I was having really bad anxiety,” Kim replies, her annoyance palpable. “And I don’t need any more negative energy,” she continues. “For you to now say that you aren’t into me wearing a tight dress.” Kanye then tries to complain about how sexy his wife is. We're pretty sure that he knew who she was when he married her. “You are my wife,” Kanye states pointlessly. “And it affects me when pictures are too sexy.” That sounds like his problem. We can't imagine whine it should change Kim's behavior. “You built me up to be this like sexy person, and confidence, and all this stuff,” Kim points out. “And just because you are on a journey and you’re on your transformation,” she continues. “Doesn’t mean that I am in the same spot with you.” Very well said. See, Kanye has decided that he's now in a place, spiritually, where his wife's family's brand of being hot and tantalizing isn't for him. He says that, during his time as a rapper, he delighted in all of these unclothed women. Now, he's decided that these aren't for him — and even claims that seeing these women was impacting his soul, somehow. It's fine for him to believe that or to avoid looking at porn or whatever. But banning North from wearing makeup and trying to discourage his wife from living her fashion dreams is not fine. That's not about him anymore. Don't make your spiritual journey somebody's else's business, dude.

Felicity Huffman Begins 14-Day Prison Sentence

From Desperate Housewife to Anxious Inmate! Last month, actress Felicity Huffman was sentenced to 14 days in prison for her involvement in the now-infamous college admissions bribery scandal. Today, the 56-year-old actress turned herself over to authorities to begin her two-week sting behind bars. In a way, the sentence is the sort of compromise that satisfies no one. Prosecutors initially pushed for a much harsher sentence of four months for Huffman. Her lawyers were able to whittle that recommendation down to one month, and in the end, the judge in her case dealt out a shockingly light slap-on-the-wrist sentence of just four months. The decision left Huffman in tears in the courtroom, but also led to widespread outrage among the many who (rightly) believe Huffman was a beneficiary of white privilege. In short, she’ll suffer the indignity of spending two weeks in a county-orange jumpsuit, but the consensus will remain that she got away with it and never paid her debt to society. Huffman’s sentence is a very short one — but in all likelihood, her reputation and career prospects are irreparably ruined. Huffman will serve her time in a detention center just outside of San Francisco — and her team is already spinning this into a case of her bravely facing her punishment. You know, the punishment she desperately tried to wriggle out of. “Ms. Huffman is prepared to serve the term of imprisonment Judge Talwani ordered as one part of the punishment she imposed for Ms. Huffman’s actions,” Huffman’s representative said in a prepared statement released today, “She will begin serving the remainder of the sentence Judge Talwani imposed — one year of supervised release, with conditions including 250 hours of community service — when she is released.” Huffman was convicted of paying a fraudulent proctor to help her daughter cheat on the SATs, thus ensuring admission to the college of her choice. Fifty other parents were ensnared in the FBI’s Operation Varsity Blues sting operation, but along with fellow actress Lori Loughlin, Felicity became one of the two faces of the college admissions bribery scandal. Unlike Huffman, Loughlin did not accept a plea deal, and is now gearing up to fight the charges against her in criminal court. She stands accused of doling out $500,000 in bribes in order to ensure her two daughters’ admission to USC. At this point, it seems highly unlikely that Loughlin will avoid prison time. “I don’t think I’d be giving away any state secrets by saying we would probably ask for a higher sentence for her than we did for Felicity Huffman,” U.S. Attorney Andrew Lelling of the District of Massachusetts told NBC News today. Leah Messer to Young Moms: THIS Is How You Deal With Baby Daddy Drama!

If there's anyone who understands the complications that can arise from raising children with someone you're no longer in a relationship with, it's Leah Messer. Leah has three kids and two baby daddies. That's not a terribly uncommon set of circumstances, particularly in the context of the Teen Mom franchise. But unlike some of her co-stars, Leah has been to hell and back with her exes, yet has always managed to make amicable co-parenting her top priority. So perhaps there's no better candidate to offer advice to the stars of the latest Teen Mom spinoff, Young and Pregnant . In a video posted to MTV's YouTube page this week, Leah offers some words of wisdom to the network's newest stars. “When dealing with baby daddies,” she tells the camera, “communication is key.” “Both parents deserve to be in the child’s life,” Leah adds. “That is the most important of all,” she concludes. Sound advice, to be sure. Of course, given the show's difficulty with building an audience, the cast might prefer that Messer offer advice about how to attract viewers. But that's a conversation for another time. If you're a longtime Teen Mom 2 viewer, then you know that Leah has endured a whole lot of ups and downs in her love life over the years. These days, Messer is hooking up with Jeremy Calvert , the father of her youngest daughter. But it looks as though the former couple has stopped just short of a formal reconciliation. Leah and Jeremy slept together while in New York for this year's reunion show, and insiders say Messer would love to give their romance another chance. Unfortunately for her, it seems Jeremy is more hesitant. Leah tells friends she's keeping all of this from her kids so as not to create confusion. But on last week's TM2, Messer's daughters stole her phone and found out all about Jeremy. Maybe someone should make a video for Leah with advice on how to lock your phone!

‘While Black’ Podcast Captures The Essence Of Being Black In America

I n 2014 the senseless murder of Mike Brown shook the nation. It was that tragic incident where many people, including While Black podcast creator Vince , came to the realization that the string of fatal police-related shootings happening throughout the country were far from being isolated situations and the ugly truths about racism in America were being brought to the forefront. While watching news coverage of the unrest that was unraveling in Ferguson following the 18-year-old’s death, alongside some of his white colleagues at work, Vince couldn’t help but notice how disconnected they were. The detachment and disregard left him feeling unsettled, forgotten, and invisible. He couldn’t wrap his mind around the fact that one could be so detached from an incident that impacted the entire country. He also was appalled by what he says were inaccurate narratives surrounding Brown and what took place that were being perpetuated by the media. It was in this moment where he realized he needed to become a voice for his community and utilize his platform to enlighten folks on what it’s like to be Black in America. After years of using his social media platforms as an avenue to inform and ignite crucial conversations about social and political issues as they relate to the Black community, in 2018 Vince decided to launch the podcast While Black . The name stemmed from the James Baldwin quote “To be a Negro in this country and to be relatively conscious is to be in a rage almost all the time.” He also pulled his inspiration from gems dropped by the late rapper Tupac Shakur about racial and economic inequality in America. “I have an obligation to reach across this color isle and begin to inform white America of what it is to be Black in America. My social channels have a diverse audience and I understood the influence of my reach. I turned my social media feed and my platform into a social justice lightning rod,” Vince told NewsOne. Going beyond the mission of giving individuals insight into the complexities of being Black in America, he also wanted to use the platform to close the knowledge and education gaps within the Black community. “I’m trying to create a platform that can use entertainment and fun to educate us on things that we truly need to be educated on. Whether it is correcting misconceptions, whether it is providing awareness, or whether it is providing additional education or inspiration. I find topics where I feel like there could be gaps within the African American community and I try to fill them.” Cognizant of the fact that the Black experience in America isn’t monolithic, Vince and his cohost Art feature a wide spectrum of guests who are experts in different spaces. From rappers to doctors and wealth building to parenting, the podcast covers a large range of topics. Source: While Black Podcast He says some of the most memorable guests that have been featured on the podcast include musician Okorie “OkCello” Johnson and Black activist Kimoni Sadiq . “Every episode will be with someone who has expertise or credibility in a space. Whether you agree with them or not, it’s thought-provoking, based on reality and provides you with something to chew on.” For Vince, While Black is all about educating and empowering the Black community to take control of their narratives. He also hopes that the moves he’s made with the podcast inspires other Black creators to break into the world of podcasting and often uses his platform to highlight other African American podcasters. Representation is needed in the podcast space. Although more Black podcasts are being created, research shows that hosts are predominately white and male. He says increasing the representation of Black podcast listeners and creators starts with “reminding and reassuring individuals that their perspectives add value to conversations.” As far as what’s on the horizon for the podcast, While Black is partnering with Apple which has one of the world’s largest platforms for podcast discovery and listenership. When asked about what he loves about being Black, Vince replied “We are a culture of people who are constantly evolving. We continue to push into areas and things that most of the world would say we have no business doing. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Takes Daughter to Disneyland, Manages Not to Get Arrested

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been mired in a mistable relationship for about a year and a half now. Which makes the following update on the Jersey Shore star’s situation all the more ironic: He just took his daughter to The Happiest Place on Earth. A day after an order of protection against the troubled MTV personality was lifted, Ronnie took little Ariana to Disneyland, an insider has confirmed to Us Weekly and other outlets. In fact, the 33-year old himself shared a video to his Instagram Story on yesterday that showed him kissing his 18-month-old child as they goofed around together, poking their tongues out on a ride. You know what they say, right? It’s all fun and games until someone holds a knife to someone’s girlfriend and then gets arrested for kidnapping someone’s daughter . This is what Ronnie stands accused of doing. Early on the morning of October 4, Ronnie got into an altercation with violent girlfriend Jen Harley. According to the official police report, Harley grabbed Ariana and ran out of the home the couple had been renting in Los Angeles. However, Harley alleges, Ronnie chased after her… threatened her with a knife… picked up Ariana and took her back inside the residence. The police were then forced to break down the front door after Ronnie refused to open it — and were then forced to taze the Jersey Shore cast member due to his out of control behavior. YIKES, right? In a statement following the alleged incident, the reality star’s attorney, Scott E. Leemon, said the following: “The reporting of the alleged incident relating to Ronnie Magro yesterday is based upon pure speculation and innuendo. “We are currently conducting our own investigation and will have no further comment until that has been concluded.” Still, authorities granted Harley an order of protection against Ronnie. He wasn’t allowed near Jen or Ariana until a hearing this past Friday, at which time the order expired and was not renewed. For his part, Ronnie claims Jen was the one who was wasted and that he feared she might harm their daughter. He says that he was simply acting like a protective father by stealing Ariana away from her mom on the night in question. Neither Harley nor Magro has directly commented on the confrontation. But both have now been arrested in conjunction with alleged violence against the other, with Jen having dragged Ronnie down the street by her car last summer and then hurled an ashtray at his head this past New Year’s Eve. They seem to bring out the worst in each othere. Incredibly, this most recent incident came just hours after the pair — who have had a very tumultuous relationship since they started dating in 2017 — attended the launch party for his Verge CBD line in West Hollywood. “Honestly, even though everyone thinks we’re toxic, she really does balance me out,” he said at the time… which, again, was hours prior to his arrest. Added Ronnie at this time: “She really does keep me level because with her I have her and the baby, which is a family, which is what I want at the end of the day.” Thankfully, the couple has since broken up. Teresa Giudice Wants You to Pray for Her Awful Husband

Joe Giudice has left on a jet plane. And, really, truly… he has no idea when he’ll be back again. If ever. As previously reported, the admitted criminal — who pleaded guilty in 2016 to multiple counts of financial fraud and recently completed his stint on prison — has finally been released from Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody. But only under one condition: That he return to his native country of Italy. As loyal fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey likely know by now, the veteran reality star was ordered out of the country by a judge in late 2018. Despite moving to the United States when he was a child, Joe never became an American citizen and then he committed a federal crime — so there you go. That’s how the system works; one must then be deported. Joe is waiting for his latest appeal of the ruling to be heard, and there’s still a chance the deportation decree gets overruled. But it’s a small chance — and Joe must reside in Italy while his case makes its way through the system. “He is en route to Italy right now. He spoke to [wife] Teresa and [daughter] Gia from the plane and he is extremely happy to be released, more than words can describe,” Joe’s attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., said in a statement on Friday. Shortly afterward, Teresa published a ridiculous photo on Instagram: Yes, this is a picture of the Statue of Liberty shielding her eyes… presumably because it’s SUCH a grave injustice that a mega-wealthy white person who confessed to breaking the law is being sent back to his first-world home country. Please, someone go break out a bunch of violins. Teresa captioned the picture with a string of the praying hands emoji. “We are still fighting and it is his desire to return home to the United States to be reunited with his family,” Leonard’s statement continued. Joe and Teresa are parents to four daughters (Gia, 18, Gabriella, 15, Milania, 14, and Audriana, 10) and it’s absolutely terrible that they won’t have their dad around for the foreseeable future. But he still sucks as a human being. Gia, meanwhile, shared a photo of herself FaceTiming with her father after his release on Friday, October 11. “One of the happiest moments of my life!” she captioned the Snapchat post on Saturday, October 12. “Love you so much daddy, so happy your [sic] free! See you so soon.” It’s pretty evident by this image that Joe has lost a lot of weight, which is not stunning for someone who spent several months behind bars. Take a look at the photo in question here: As for his future with Teresa? It’s a bleak one. By all accounts, Teresa will be ending her marriage regardless of what happens with Joe going forward. “I’m not doing a long distance relationship. I’m not doing it,” Teresa told Andy Cohen in March . “I want somebody with me every day.” “I know exactly what happens — I’m sure he’ll be with other women. It happens,” Teresa added at the time, looking ahead to a future of her in America and Joe abroad and concluding: “You do the long-distance thing, it’s not going to work. I’d be like, ‘Bye bye.’”
