It was a night of splits on Vanderpump Rules this week. Lala Kent split with Randall Emmett and then parted ways with her sobriety; Tom Sandoval nearly split with Lisa Vanderpump over an argument that apparently involved fairy dust … and then there was Kristen Doute and her bizarre relationship with Brian Carter. As you probably already know, Kristen let her freak flag fly in a major way while she and the rest of the ladies were in Solvang last week. As far as we can tell, there’s a glowing orb buried somewhere in West Hollywood that serves as the source of Kristen’s sanity, and the farther she travels from it, the more psychotic she becomes. Really, she probably just pops a whole bunch of benzos to deal with her travel anxiety, then proceeds to binge drink because this is Vanderpump Rules , and the resulting cocktail gives us Crazy Kristen. Anyway, last week, there were not one but two men driving Loony Doute up the wall, even though they were hundreds of miles from Dutch Wine Country. One was James Kennedy, who continues to enjoy rent-free amenities between Kristen’s ears. The other was a bit more surprising, as Kristen railed against her longtime boyfriend, Brian Carter. From the sound of her tirade in Solvang, it seemed that she intended to dump his semi-employed ass the moment she got home. And when she confronted him (at Kristina’s barbecue, for some reason), Carter didn’t help his situation by insisting — sigh — that the couple’s therapist is “usually on [his] side.” So surely, by now, Kristen and Brian must have gone their separate ways, right? Well, not so fast. Back in November, Doute rushed to Carter’s defense right around the time the two of them took a trip to Australia together. “He and I definitely have a little bit of a bumpy season,” Kristen told Daily Mail Australia at the time. “This is what I signed up for, and we have to be honest. We’re not perfect … It’s really hard to watch things back and I think we’re both a little nervous.” Add to that the fact that just last week Carter gushed about Kristen on her birthday, and it seems that breakup wasn’t such a sure thing after all. “Tonight’s episode was heavy. I want to reiterate that @stassi was only repeating what I had told her,” Kristen tweeted on Monday night. “I love her & all of my girls for wanting the best for me. Carter is a really wonderful man and people go through things. Please just be kind because man, we’re all human.” There’s a deep irony in someone who’s repeatedly reveled in kicking others while they’re down exhorting her followers to “be kind,” but that’s Crazy Kristen for ya! Back in July of 2018, Demi Lovato suffered an overdose that nearly claimed her life. In the months since, Lovato checked into rehab and committed herself to the hard work of sobriety. Demi left rehab back in November, and though her loved ones were initially optimistic, in recent weeks there have been concerns about the singer’s mental state. For starters, Demi is dating Henri Levy , a fashion designer whom she met during her time in treatment. People who are new to recovery are generally discouraged from entering new romantic relationships. And they’re discouraged from dating fellow recovering addicts. Levy recently celebrated six months of sobriety, but there are concerns that if either he or Demi fall off the wagon, they’ll take the other one with them. On top of that Demi recently quit Twitter after receiving some backlash for an ill-advised joke, and there are concerns that she’s grappling with depression and anxiety. According to a new report from Radar Online, Demi has been withdrawing from her usual social circles, and loved ones are concerned about the implications of that decision. “Like she did after her overdose, she has fired everyone around her very recently and got rid of new friends in a drastic measure to save herself and sobriety,” says one insider. “She has her own apartment in the San Fernando Valley now,” the source adds. “She is definitely out of her house. The apartment is her very own and she is alone.” Normally, a 26-year-old woman moving into her own apartment would not be cause for concern, but Demi’s inner circle fears she’s falling into a familiar pattern. “Demi is living alone which can be a bad thing because she can’t be alone and she becomes co-dependent,” says the informant. Friends fear that Lovato has created a situation in which Levy is her sole means of support: “When people heard she was dating Henri, they were shocked. No one knew,” says one supporter. It was such a surprise especially so quick after nearly dying and then trying to be sober when you aren’t supposed to date anyone,” the friend adds. “It just has shown everyone that she simply can’t be alone. It’s like she doesn’t know how.” Obviously, we have no way of knowing for sure if Levy is a negative force in Lovato’s life. But it’s not hard to see why fans might be concerned that his influence seems to be growing as Demi’s world continues to shrink. Despite reports saying that R. Kelly did not have the money to get out of jail, the Associated Press has reported that the singer couldn’t afford the bail, he should be out by tonight. R. Kelly posted bail on Monday afternoon and was released from the Chicago jail where he spent the weekend, officials said. BREAKING: R&B singer R. Kelly free on bail after spending weekend in Chicago jail on sexual abuse charges. https://t.co/v8rC3yQBOB — The Associated Press (@AP) February 25, 2019 The 52-year-old R&B singer was booked at the Cook County jail on Saturday and was unable to come up with $100,000 bail to be released.A bond court judge on Saturday set bail at $1 million, requiring the bump and grind singer to pay 10 percent. Among the conditions of release is that Kelly have no contact with females younger than 18. During a hearing earlier Monday, Kelly’s lawyer pleaded not guilty on his behalf to all 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse that he faces. Prosecutors allege that he sexually abused four women, including three who were minors at the time. Kelly has denied the allegations. This is a developing story; please check back for updates. Source: Scott Olson / Getty Attorney Michael Avenatti is prepping to turn over a second R.Kelly sex tape to Cook County prosecutors Monday. According to TMZ , the 55-minute VHS video is much more shocking than the first sex tape that Avenatti procured in April 2018 . The 45-minute long VHS recording was uncovered after multiple clients came to him alleging Kelly had sexually assaulted minors. He claims the video clearly shows Kelly engaging in multiple sex acts with a girl. Related: R. After that, he urinates on her. CNN says the girl is seen on tape referring to her body parts as “14 years old.” Now, in regards to this second tape Avenatti is preparing to turn over to prosecutors, sources say R.Kelly is seen on camera having sex with the same 14-year-old girl seen in the aforementioned video. Sources tell TMZ , R. Kelly is seen choking the girl while having anal intercourse. There’s also a part where he takes some sort of lotion and “sprays” it all over her face. A source close to the former NBA player told Us Weekly , “Lamar has always cared about Khloé, he still has love for her and he hates that she’s been hurt again. He has a lot of regret over how he acted in their marriage. And he feels awful that she is going through more pain. He wants to reach out to her and give her his love and support.” Lamar pretty much had the same sentiments when Tristan Thompson was caught cheating on Khloe the first time, back in April 2018, but he never reached out to her. He even boasted about his ex-wife’s parenting skills when she gave birth to her and Thompson’s daughter, True, last year. Precious Harris, the older sister of rapper and VH1 reality show star T.I., died on Friday of injuries she sustained in a car accident several days prior. She was 66 years old. According to TMZ and other outlets, Harris was involved in an awful wreck in Atlanta last week — and the news of her tragic passing was shared yesterday by her daughter. This is what she wrote as confirmation: “From my best friend on earth to My beautiful angel in heaven. “I love you so much. I’m so heartbroken but the way you looked so @ peace this past week has confirmed that you are resting… no more asthma attacks… damn but baby I am going to miss you.” Harris has reportedly been on life support ever since the crash. She never regained consciousness. T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris, are devastated by Precious’s passing, numerous insider say. The family, whose lfe has been chronicled on the series T.I. of T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle, is extremely close. Harris leaves behind three children: Kayama Chapman, Avis Chapman-Reese and Kareem “Plug” Chapman. The latter went on to memorialize his mother in his own touching tribute, writing on Instagram: “I got to spend 38 amazing years with this Angel but today my Mom made her transition to be with the Lord. “Cherish your time yall as my mom @preciousharris1913 did! She danced, she loved and most importantly she LIVED. “Im gone miss the s— out of this woman! Pray for our family, myself @kamayadaplug@troubleman31 @the.leading.man.” T.I. himself has not yet spoken on this tragedy, but the rapper (born Clifford Joseph Harris Jr.) shared a photo that appeared to show Harris standing in front of a life-size image of the star just days before her death. It seems to have been his way of acknowledging her time was near. “I Love You Sis,” T.I. wrote, adding a red heart emoji. “We can’t thank you enough. #MyBiggestFan.” The Harris family chose to halt production last week for season 2 of “Friends & Family Hustle” after learning of the 66-year-old’s car crash. T.I. was reportedly waiting for his sister to pull through to continue filming. T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, meanwhile, was a legacy show for VH1, airing for six seasons and becoming the first VH1 series to hit the 100-episode milestone. The program concluded after Tameka Harris filed for divorce . She and T.I. later reconciled, and the new stage in their relationship is at the heart of the current show. On Friday, the organization released a statement saying, “Lisa Borders informed members of TIME’S UP leadership that sexual assault allegations had been made against her son in a private forum. We agreed that it was the right decision for all parties involved. Gellert told the LA Times that Bowden “touched her genitalia, kissed her neck and brushed his erect but clothed penis against her body during the session.” However, Bowden denies the claims as says that Gellert texted him after the healing massage, calling it “gentle and authentic and loving”. Borders was only President of the organization for four short months before deciding to step down.
