Source: copyright Dan Reynolds Photography / Getty Father Posts Daugther’s Bullying Punishment To Facebook Children need to be taught lessons. In this age of social media, many parents have taken their forms to punishment to the net to embarrass their children into behaving. Many of those punishments have been egregious and cruel, but this one seems to be reasonable. That said, someone will always find a way to be faux outraged… According to 13ABC , Ohio dad Matt Cox was sick and tired of his 10-year-old daughter being suspended from school for bullying her classmates, so he decided he was going to put an end to it. Cox forced his daugther to walk 5 miles to school in 36-degree weather over her 3-day suspension and uploaded his recording to Facebook. Many parents applauded Cox for teaching his daughter a lesson, other, more sensitive types were big mad: Something is wrong in the home if this is how you try to teach your child how to be a good person. Punishments may make a kid stop doing the behavior, but it doesn’t change their heart. You need to sit down and figure out why she is bullying, spend some TIME, instead of just punishing. Add to that, putting it on social media so you can get some attention? yuck. Do YOU have a problem with this kind of punishment?

Source: BRENDAN SMIALOWSKI/AFP / Getty The Internet had a field day with the photos and footage from former President George Bush ‘s funeral . First, let’s discuss the orange elephants in the room that are Donald Trump and his wife Melania . It was all good and Presidentially friendly until the current Chief Of Staff and the oblivious FLOTUS walked in. Bill and Hilary Clinton didn’t even shake the Trump’s hands when they greeted everyone. You could cut the tension in that cathedral with a knife. Literally, the entire first row’s face turned sour when controversial couple walked in. But they couldn’t be too rude because, according to reports, the Bush family promised Trump that he wouldn’t be criticized in the eulogies if he attended the funeral. A source told The Washington Post that the late President Bush “wouldn’t want anyone there to feel uncomfortable, including the incumbent president”. FOX News Anchor Chris Wallace says it’s the wildest thing he’s ever seen, telling reporters , “I have to say I was struck when President Trump and Melania Trump came to the front row that it was as if a chill had descended on that front row,” Wallace said. “You had seen a lot of chatty talk between the Clintons and the Obamas, the Carters. But when Donald Trump sat down, the greeting that he was given by Barack Obama and Michelle Obama was about as cool as it could have been. It seemed like they exchanged hello, good morning,” he added. “That was it, and at that point they all stopped talking to each other.” He added, “ There are some ill feelings among some of the people in the front row, and I have to say that where you usually have a president’s club, and even people that ran against and maybe one beat the other, that doesn’t seem to have been extended to President Trump when you see them sitting in that front row.” Chiiiile. But enough about the funeral drama. The most talked about part of the entire service was when George W. Bush, who is mourning the loss of his father, made his way to the front row just to give Michelle Obama a piece of candy. Source: BRENDAN SMIALOWSKI/AFP / Getty Of course, he also greeted his fellow former POTUS’, but clearly that’s not the only reason he went up there. Remember he did the same thing at John McCain’s funeral too. Back in October, the former FLOTUS told NBC about her relationship with Dubya, “President Bush and I are forever seat mates because of protocol; that’s how we sit at all the official functions. So he is my partner in crime at every major thing where all the formers gather. I love him to death,” she said of the former president. “He’s a wonderful man. He’s a funny man.” “I didn’t realize at the time that anybody noticed what we were doing… He is my partner in crime at every major thing where all the formers gather… I love him to death.” @MichelleObama talks about George W. 90 Day Fiance fans took notice when Danielle Mullins Jbali started begging them for cash . They wondered why a reality star would have to crowdfund $5,000. Aren't they normally loaded? Not so much when it comes to 90 Day Fiance , unfortunately. As we previously reported and as RadarOnline has confirmed, most of the stars are only paid a little. And it turns out that some of the people you see appear on the TLC series aren't paid at all for their trouble. If you've wondered why these stars create GoFundMe accounts, charge for videos, or work minimum wage jobs — this is why. 1. Danielle Mullins is asking fans for cash She needs to raise $5,000, she says, or risk losing the trailer that is currently her home. 2. Danielle has a lot of fans; it could work Despite her controversial role on the show — where some saw her and Mohamed Jbali as a pair of villains who deserve each other — she could raise the funds. 3. But why does she need the money? She says that it’s because she’s in negotiations with the landlord of her trailer park over past due rent, and that she may need to pay to have her home moved elsewhere if she’s evicted. 4. She promises that she hasn’t misspent her 90 Day Fiance funds “I bought my home, bought appliances, did some repairs to the home, paid for a STNA class, put a down payment on a newer car . It was not spent foolishly. I have not received a tv show check in a year,” Danielle wrote on social media. 5. So how much did she have to begin with? We don’t know — but she wasn’t raking in the dough in the way that Real Housewives or even Honey Boo-Boo’s family does. 6. Remember David and Annie? There was a creepy episode of 90 Day Fiance when David’s friend asked Annie for a “massage.” There’s more context but it only makes it worse. The fallout from that revealed a lot about how 90 Day Fiance operates. View Slideshow
When the world first learned that Josh Duggar molested five young girls and his parents helped him to cover up his crimes, it was widely assumed that everyone involved would fade into obscurity, never to be seen again. Instead, Jim Bob and Michelle quickly rebuilt their media empire, while Josh started filing lawsuits. Josh lashed out in many different directions after being exposed as a dangerous pervert, but he was particularly angry at the police department of Springdale, Arkansas. Josh felt the cops had violated his rights by releasing info involving his criminal record to reporters from Life & Style . The judge in his civil trial disagreed in hilarious fashion. The thing is, Josh’s lawsuit didn’t make any sense, and judges are usually pretty quick to pick up on that sort of thing. Josh claimed that the police broke the law by releasing the records of a minor, even though he was 27 at the time. He argued that he has the right to expect privacy — and later in the very same lawsuit, he claimed that the release of his records had damaged his ability to make money as a celebrity. Like we said, the judge wasn’t crazy about Josh’s interpretation of the law or, ya know, the fundamental laws of logic. “Josh Duggar notes that he has a ‘certain level of celebrity’ and that he engaged in public life,” the judge wrote in his ruling. “Yet he claims that by appearing in a popular reality television series, being a leader in national, political, and civic organizations, and engaging in public speaking, he somehow was conducting himself in a manner consistent with an expectation of privacy.” Today, the same judge laid another smackdown, and issued a public ruling declaring that the period of time in which Josh could have appealed the initial ruling has passed: “The time afforded by the Arkansas Rules of Civil Procedure for the Plaintiff to respond has passed and Plaintiff has made no responsive filing,” the dismissal documents read. “It is therefore, considered, ordered and adjudged, that this matter shall be dismissed with prejudice as to the re-filing of any claim, counterclaim, or filed herein.” So that’s it. Some hero cops exposed Josh Duggar for the child molester that he is, and they will not be punished for it. Looks like there’s occasionally some justice in this world, after all. Source: VH1 / VH1 Solo Lucci Says Alexis Skyy Has Dodged Giving Him A DNA Test As usual, some online DRAMA popped off after last night’s episode of Love & Hip Hop NY aired. This time, it all stemmed from Alexis Skyy’s back and forth with Fetty Wap , and his apparent refusal to acknowledge her baby girl Alaiyah as his own. During the episode, Alexis claimed that the main reason that Fetty was reluctant to claim his child is that her ex-boyfriend and fellow LHHH castmate Solo Lucci has been running around claiming the baby could be his. We had a chance to chat with Solo Lucci recently and asked him directly if he believed he is the f ather of baby Alaiyah . Here’s what he exclusively told us about it. Are you Alexis Skyy’s real baby father? Don’t nobody know but her and God. I’ve reached out to her multiple times about taking a test, but she was so adamant to me that it wasn’t mine. She told me over and over that it wasn’t. At this point, I figure she knows. It’s her body. I don’t really know what’s happened since then, I‘ve been trying to get to the bottom of it. I think kids need their fathers, so I still do plan to take a DNA test. I tried to go take one, flew in, but when I got there she had left town for an appearance or something. So I’ll just have to try to find a time to go back and handle it. If Alaiya is indeed yours, do you plan to help take care of her? Absolutely! If she’s mine I’ll definitely step up and be a father. And since last night’s episode aired, he’s had a few additional choice words for Alexis and her claims that the only thing keeping Fetty from fathering his daughter is the fact that Lucci is “clout chasing” by claiming her baby could be his: Welp, check out what Alexis has to say about all of this after the jump… Vh1/YouTube
When she’s not shredding critics of her post-baby body , Twitter Queen Chrissy Teigen is busy being a parent. She recently shared a medical treatment that her infant son, Miles, is undergoing. Mom-shaming trolls crawled out of the woodwork to give her a hard time. Take a look at how she perfectly responded: On Monday, Chrissy Teigen dropped something of a bombshell about her young son, Miles, whom she shares with John Legend. “Baby miles getting fitted for a little helmet today for his adorable slightly misshapen head,” Chrissy tweeted. “So if you see pictures,” she wrote. “Don’t feel bad for him because he’s just fixing his flat.” Celebrities are always under a microscope — also, Chrissy shares a lot on social media. Fans would have noticed sooner or later. “And honestly,” Chrissy said. “He’s probably gonna be even cuter with it somehow.” “GUYS,” Chrissy wrote in all caps. “My baby bug got his head-shaping helmet today!” she announced. “Please don’t feel bad for him if you see photos,” she reminded her followers. (More realistically, she was telling her fans who had missed the first memo) “Be is a happy bug and we’re just fixing his flat,” she repeated. Chrissy then joked: “I have been told it’s too late for my head.” Baby skulls are not fully formed at birth. It takes months for the different plates — think of them almost like tectonic plates — to fully merge. In the mean time, there is cartilage in addition to bone, which makes the baby’s head malleable. Useful for childbirth, but if a baby keeps sleeping in one certain way, it can alter the baby’s skull shape as an adult. Chrissy and John are taking very responsible steps towards safely and painlessly helping their baby boy grow up with a symmetrical skull. Unfortunately, some people came out of the woodwork to mom-shame Chrissy for giving Miles a helmet. They jumped to all kinds of conclusions — and Chrissy didn’t stand for it. “Good morning trolls!” Chrissy announced on Tuesday. “Just a friendly reminder that you do not indeed know absolutely everything,” she wrote. This, for many of them, must have been new information. “Miles has been seeing a physiotherapist,” Chrissy clarified. “We didn’t just go straight to helmet.” Chrissy makes it clear that they tried other, less visible approaches to protect the shape of Miles’ skull. “We tried muscle work,” Chrissy shared. “And will continue.” Some of the trolls had bombarded her with insistence that having a 100% preventable lopsided skull is totally fine, actually . “Also your flat headed kid turned out fine,” Chrissy summarized in her post. “Yes yes yes I agree.” In other words, she’s not saying that trolls needed to do anything differently than what they did. More to the point, she wishes that mom-shamers would just shut up and go away. She also joked that other mom-shamers, who gave her a hard time about dancing with Luna, were right, that she could have “torn off” Luna’s arms. Chrissy explains why she said anything on the subject in the first place. “Just didn’t want you guys to see pictures and wonder,” she shared. “Not promoting anything,” she wrote. “Just sharing our story!” So it is not a product endorsement nor an incident of her telling people how to care for their lumpy-skulled babies. “Thank you,” Chrissy told the trolls. “Back to your bridge now.” That’s a hurtful stereotype. Some trolls live in bogs and others live in sewers. It’s 2018, Chrissy. Chrissy has been hounded by mom-shamers since she was pregnant with Luna. Seriously — people tweeted at her, insisting that she not eat cereal with artificial colors while pregnant. (Somehow, Luna did not pop out rainbow-colored, but she’s still pretty cute) There are genuinely terrible parents on this planet. Chrissy Teigen is not one of them. And yet some people continue to hound her and demand that she parent differently. Perhaps it is because she is known to engage on social media and they know that she’ll probably see it. Most bullies, at the end of the day, just want to feel like they made an impression. It makes them feel important or powerful. It's been about a week since Ryan Edwards got out of rehab , and the former Teen Mom OG star has been keeping a low profile during that time. Jael Strauss, the America’s Next Top Model contestant who revealed just two months ago that she had breast cancer , died Tuesday morning around 11 a.m. She was under hospice care at the time. And she was 34 years old. Insiders close to Strauss tell TMZ that her condition took a turn for the worse on Monday night, following several days during which Strauss was unconscious. Her family has been allowing visitors to see Jael, however, up until the final few hours of her life. It was clear at that point that the Season 8 hopeful did not have much time remaining. Strauss chose to stop chemotherapy around Halloween and went into hospice on Thanksgiving, writing on Facebook: “First night in hospice. So many things I never knew about life. Or death. So many things.” It was only a month or so before this transition that Strauss wrote a lengthy and emotional message to fans about her Stage IV breast cancer. Likely aware at the time that the diagnosis was fatal, she said: “It has aggressively spread throughout my body and is incurable.” “With treatment it may prolong my life longer than the ‘few months’ doctors said I could make it. I don’t want to die.” “I need another one of those miracles that I got back in 2013.” With this statement, Strauss was referring to a past battling the devastating affects of crystal meth addiction. This was something difficult and personal, and which she addressed publicly in an appearance on Dr. Phil in 2012. In August, just two months before the breast cancer diagnosis, Strauss celebrated five years of sobriety. This is what she wrote on Instagram in tribute to herself, her situation and all those who helped her along the way: I know a few things to be true: Miracles are real, Recovery is possible for everyone no matter how far gone you think you are, We are never too broken to be put back together. Service work feels better than the greatest high. Sobriety makes you weirder not normal and I’d be dead if it weren’t for all the love and forgiveness I’ve been showered with by my friends and family. View Slideshow: The Most Shocking Reality Star Deaths: Gone, But Not Forgotten A GoFundMe was opened for Strauss about a month ago that has thus far raised more than $18,000 to fund her treatment. SAid Jael’s family and friends to TMZ in a statement: “The one blessing was that we were able to show her how loved she was before she passed. She brought so much light to people.” As mentioned above, Strauss competed on the eighth season of America’s Next Top Model in 2007 and finished sixth in the competition. May Jael Strauss rest in peace.
Source: UWG Ford Brings Ultimate Homecoming Experience To SCC Ford was back at it again with the power moves–this time, at tiny HBCU Southwestern Christian College in Terrell, Texas where they threw the Ultimate Homecoming Takeover day party with a Gospel Explosion concert featuring Grammy-winning collective The Walls Group, award-winning food trucks, karaoke stations and photo ops with Jasmine Guy, Kadeem Hardison, Cree Summer and Darryl Bell who took pics with literally everyone on campus. We had the honor and pleasure of chatting it up with the lively, hilarious and ICONIC cast of culturally legendary ’90s sitcom “A Different World” about everything and more just moments before they, along with Ford’s Multicultural Communications Manager Dee Guerrero, presented a big ‘ole check for $100,000 to Southwestern Christian College Chairman of the Board Dr. Dansby. Now, if you’re wondering how a small school like Southwestern Christian College beat out bigger HBCU titans, well, they showed up and showed out for a 2017 nationwide online competition and WON. If that sounds like an amazing story, it absolutely is, and made the day even more special for a school with a smidge over 100 students. Source: UWG Excited students and alumni were also treated to a panel discussion with the cast on the importance of HBCUs and the role the show had on an entire generation. Whew chil-lay, Ford went all out and even offered gift cards to test drive the F-150 XLT/Limited trucks in partnership with Drive 4 Ur Community which donates $20 for each test drive or ride to the Tom Joyner Foundation to help support HBCUs. Ford’s Ultimate Homecoming Takeover serves as an important initiative that spotlights Ford’s undying commitment to higher education, HBCUs and the growth of African American students.
