Teresa Giudice Hasn’t Had Sex in Well Over Two Years

In the eyes of Teresa Giudice and her loved ones, Joe Giudice has been screwed over by the American justice system. This is their takeaway after a judge sentenced that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star must actually be deported back to his native country of Italy after he gets released from prison in 2019. But while Teresa and her four kids think their loved one has gotten the shaft as a result of this decision, Giudice admitted something to Andy Cohen this week. She hasn't gotten Joe's shaft in well over two years. By which we mean the following: Teresa has not had sexual intercourse in a very, very, VERY long time. “There have always been rumors that you and Joe were going to get divorced, and now he’s been away and my poor girl has not had sex in a long time ‘cause there’s no conjugal visits,” Cohen said while chatting with Giudice on Watch What Happens Live. “Two years and seven months. I’m counting,” Teresa said in response. Such a dry spell would appear to spell doom for a marriage, although Teresa swears she isn't gonna split from Joe . Instead, this lack of boning can be more connected to a simple lack of time Teresa and Joe have had together. Not because they are working long hours or anything like that… … but because Teresa was in jail for 11 months and then, as soon as she was freed, Joe was placed behind bars to begin his prison sentence for bankruptcy and other types of financial fraud. Both husband and wife pleaded guilty to these charges in 2014. As a result, they haven't exactly had time to much hanky or panky in the years since. In October, a judge ordered Joe to be deported to his native Italy after his release from prison. He plans to appeal the ruling. Will Teresa be by his side throughout the process? Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Finalize Divorce After 3-YEAR Separation!

Well, it’s never pleasant when a couple gets divorced, but in this case, the news might be cause for celebration. After three years of ups, downs, rehabs, relapses, marriage counseling, and accusations of nanny-banging, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have finalized their divorce . Radar Online is reporting today that a judgment in Affleck and Garner’s court case was entered in Los Angeles Superior Court today. Which means that for the first time since 2005, Ben and Jen are both legally single. The emphasis here is on “legally.”  Garner is dating businessman John Miller these days, and Ben may or may not still be involved with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton. Not only does the selection of current partners speak volumes about the difference in personalities and priorities that likely contributed to the couple’s decision to split it also serves as a reminder of how long it’s been since these two parted ways. When Ben and Jen separated, Obama was in office and Batman was most recently portrayed on screen by Christian Bale. Hell, Affleck had a whole long-term relationship with Lindsay Shookus — complete with marriage rumors — between his relationships with Garner and Sexton. Affleck has been to rehab at least twice in the time since he parted ways with Garner. We say this not to shame the guy, but to point out that it has been a really long time since he moved out of the home he once shared with Garner. To be fair, the process didn’t take so long simply due to indecisiveness on Ben and Jen’s parts (though there was certainly some of that.) In fact, it had a bit to do with Affleck’s multiple rehab stints and Garner’s desire to do right by her kids. Sources close to the former couple say Jen wanted to work out an amicable custody arrangement before finalizing the divorce but couldn’t bring herself to trust Affleck alone with the kids until he got serious about getting sober. At some point in the past few months, he was apparently able to convince her that all is well, as Affleck filed divorce papers while still in rehab And so ends one of the great love stories of the 21st Century. Matt Brown Checks Out of Rehab, Vows to Remain Sober

Back in September, Alaskan Bush People star Matt Brown checked himself into rehab after a family intervention. Now there is some very promising news that is sure to please the entire Brown family. Matt is out of rehab! RadarOnline reports that Matt Brown is freshly out of rehab, which he had entered to get a handle on his drinking. “Matt voluntarily checked himself out of rehab in late October,” reveals an insider close to the Brown family. “And,” the source shares. “He is continuing outpatient treatment at a nearby facility.” That is very good to know — sometimes, a relapse right after leaving rehab is a risk. Outpatient treatments can help provide continued support. “He is doing really good right now,” the insider says. “And,” the source elaborates. “He is committed to his sobriety.” “His family is very proud of him,” the insider adds. That is no surprise. Sobriety can be difficult to achieve. The Brown family loves and supports Matt and they know how difficult it can be to overcome a substance abuse issue. There’s more to leaving rehab than the support of your family — though that, of course, is important. “Matt has been attending recovery meetings,” the source says. The insider says that Matt has used these peer groups “and has been working with a sober coach.” We previously reported that Matt would hire a sober coach , even when he was still in rehab. A sobriety coach can provide one-on-one assistance that a support group often cannot. The source says that Matt is doing all of this “as well as going to therapy and counseling to battle his addictions.” It’s great that Matt is recovering and is on a path to avoid a relapse. The reason that he (once again) struggled with alcohol abuse was, as is usually the case, self-medication. It was explained that he started drinking as a “way to deal with his mother Ami’s cancer diagnosis.” There were times last year when everyone — including the Brown family — believed that Ami would die from lung cancer. The odds were stacked against her, but she defied all expectations. But the stress of her cancer battle — and the health scares that followed — exacted a toll on her loved ones, including Matt. As we previously reported, Matt Brown was feeling “ready to leave” after only a few weeks of rehab. “Matt thinks that he is ready to leave after 30 days and everyone is urging him to stay in,” a worried source revealed at the time. “He says that he is almost ready and can handle this on his own now,” that insider added. According to reports, he wisely remained until he had completed his 30-day stint. He was also sure to line up all of these safeguards so that he could continue to maintain his health. This was Matt’s second time having to fight an uphill battle to regain his sobriety. The first time was in 2016. At that time, he became more withdrawn and realized that his behavior and drinking were caught in a downward spiral. Fortunately, Matt has a very supportive family — and the resources to afford first-rate care and counseling to tackle this issue head-on. Niece of Tamera Mowry & Adam Housley Killed In Thousand Oaks Shooting

Last night, Americans watched in horror as the death toll climbed following reports of a mass shooting at a bar in Thousand Oaks, California . Today, the numbers are in, and once again, a nation is left reeling in the wake of a tragic scene that’s become all too familiar in recent years. 13 lives were lost last night, including the shooter’s, and for the 307th time this year, the families of American mass shooting victims are grieving for their loved ones. Among the mourning are actress Tamera Mowry and her husband, former Fox News reporter Adam Housley. Tamera and Adam’s niece Alaina Housley was among those killed when Ian David Long opened fire during college night at the Borderline bar. She was just 18 years old. “Our hearts are broken,” the couple said in a statement released by their publicist this afternoon. “We just learned that our niece Alaina was one of the victims of last night’s shooting at Borderline bar in Thousand Oaks.” This morning, Mowry revealed that her niece was missing following the shooting. Alaina’s iPhone revealed her location as inside the bar at the time of the attack. On Twitter, Mowry contacted Alaina’s roommate who had also been in the club, but escaped unharmed. “This is her aunt Tamera Mowry Housley. Can you please DM me your information?” the actress wrote. The roommate confirmed that the other girls living in her dorm suite had returned home safely, but Alaina’s whereabouts remained unknown. Adam Housley canvassed the area in search of his niece, but was not permitted inside the nearest hospital due to a police lockdown. “Please pray if you believe….pray,” he tweeted. “My niece. A beautiful soul. … Staying positive and praying and hoping and wishing there was more I could do.” Speaking with a local newspaper, Housley made a grim prediction that sadly turned out to be accurate: “My gut is saying she’s inside the bar, dead,” he told the paper. “I’m hoping I’m wrong.” Our thoughts go out Alaina’s family and all those who lost loved ones in Wednesday night’s shooting.

Taylor Swift: Mocked by Pundits, Comedians for Failed Political Endorsement

Taylor Swift shocked most of the free world several weeks ago when she came out of the woods and threw her support behind a pair of Democratic political candidates in Tennessee. In a heartfelt and lengthy Instagram post, the singer endorsed Jim Cooper for House of Representatives in her native state and Phil Bredesen for Senate. How did her preferred nominees do? Well… Cooper defeated Jody Bell by a whopping 35 points in what was clearly a not very competitive race. But Bredesen failed to help Democrats gain a majority over Republicans in the Senate. He lost by about 14 points to Marsha Blackburn. Oh well, right? You can’t win ’em all and the important thing is that Swift used her platform for something she believes in, prompting an enormous surge in voter registration by doing so . Nope, sorry. That wasn’t the important thing according to at least one Conservative pundit out there. Fox News host Laura Ingraham took to Twitter after Bredsen’s failed bid to rub his loss in the face of the pop star, something totally normal and mature for her to do. “Hey @taylorswift13, haters gonna hate. #shakeitoff,” Ingraham wrote following the election results. Ingraham has a history of going after young singer, as she previously labeled Ariana Grande as spoiled and entitled . In this case, however, she wasn’t the only famous person to cite Swift’s endorsement in her summary of the midterm elections. Stephen Colbert also poked fun at the Tennessee Senator outcome during his live episode of The Late Show. “I guess Tay-Tay didn’t have that much sway-sway, and Blackburn’s support for the Trump administray-stray eventually outweighed-weigh the president’s support for higher teacher pay-pay at the end of the day-day,” he joked. He poorly joked, we should add. After failing to offer her support for Hillary Clinton in 2016, and after remaining silent for years on basically all social issues, Swift took social media followers by surprise exactly one month ago. “In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now,” she wrote at the outset of her unexpected endorsement at the time. She continued: “I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country. I believe in the fight for LGBTQ rights, and that any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender is WRONG. “I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent.” What issues did Taylor have with eventual winner Blackburn? “She voted against equal pay for women. She voted against the Reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act, which attempts to protect women from domestic violence, stalking, and date rape. “She believes businesses have a right to refuse service to gay couples. She also believes they should not have the right to marry. “These are not MY Tennessee values.” In the end, Swift’s message earned her mockery from Donald Trump and a few others out there. But we hope she was not dismayed from getting more involved in the future. She has a very powerful voice. It would be a shame if she chose not to use it. Christmas Abbott, Big Brother Alum, Arrested for Attack on Baby Daddy’s Alleged Side Piece

According to official police reports, it was not a very merry Tuesday afternoon for former Big Brother contestant Christmas Abbott. TMZ and Us Weekly both confirm that the 36-year old reality star turned herself into Tampa authorities yesterday, at which time she was booked for felony criminal mischief. For what rather incredible and violent reason? Scroll down to find out! Based on records obtained by TMZ, Abbott drove to a local Florida gym back in August in order to confront her baby daddy’s alleged side piece. Cops say that Abbott then flew into a complete rage, asking all kinds of questions of this unnamed woman prior to throwing a cup of coffee in her direction. But that wasn’t all. Christmas then rammed into the alleged victim’s car in the parking lot with her own. Abbott was eight months pregnant with her first child at the time, a boy who would be born a few weeks later and named Loyal. The boy’s father is Benjamin Bunn, a fellow fitness enthusiast who is no longer with the Big Brother Season 19 third-place finisher. TMZ quotes this same police report in stating that Abbott called the other woman a “pathetic home-wrecking little slut,” among other insults. She believed at the time of the confrontation that the woman was sleeping with Bunn, even though Bunn told Us Weekly last month that he and Abbott ended their romance last December. “Unfortunately, I had very little contact with Christmas in the last few months of her pregnancy,” Bunn told this tabloid, adding in October: “However, prior to that, we spent almost every day with each other for six to seven months straight. I went to every doctor’s appointment, accompanied her for travel, moved furniture and did all the things that two caring adults do with and for each other… “I was finally able to reach her a few days before [her] due date. I found out she was being induced through Instagram, and shortly thereafter received an email.” But back to Abbott’s arrest: The responding officer on the scene says Abbott kept yelling at her man’s mistress while the officer tried to calm her down. Cops declined to process her because she was so far along, although her vehicle was seized and the sides agrees that Abbott could turn herself in at a later date. And this is what she did on Tuesday. As previously mentioned, Abbott came in third place during season 19 of Big Brother. addition to her stint on the CBS reality show, Christmas is well-known for being a series CrossFit competitor – and she was actually the first female NASCAR pit crew member. How cool and random, right?!? Hours after her arrest, meanwhile, Abbott shared a video of son Loyal Atticus sleeping on her chest. “How could I ever get enough of that sweet smile,” she wrote along with it. “I literally can stare and watch him all day long just to watch him & maybe see a lil laugh or giggle. He simply lights up my heart & makes me so fulfilled!”

Felon Voting Rights Restoration In Florida Is A Big Win For Blacks As The Political Wave Ebbed

T here was a big win for African-Americans on Election Day even as tight election races appeared to minimized the anticipated Black wave. SEE ALSO: Here’s What Happened In Alabama When Voting Rights Were Restored To Ex-Felons Florida voters approved Amendment 4, which automatically restores voting rights for people who served their time in prison for felony convictions. “The passage of Amendment 4 tonight in Florida is a victory for democracy. An estimated 1.4 million people will now have a second chance and be able to exercise their right to vote, having paid their debt to society by completing their sentences. We applaud the people of Florida for making the right choice tonight,” People For the American Way said.   Florida, which banned more felons from voting than any other state, was  blocking 21.5 percent of African Americans from casting ballots , achieving the goals of felony disenfranchisement laws that were  historically intended to reduce Black voting power . BREAKING: Amendment 4 in Florida has just PASSED! YES! YES! YES! 1.4 million former felons who had been banned from voting for life will all now be granted back their voting rights. One of the most important of our lifetime. — Shaun King (@shaunking) November 7, 2018 Looking ahead to the 2020 elections, there’s plenty of reason for Republicans to stay awake at night worrying about the potential political impact of Amendment 4. With voting rights restored, an estimated 258,060 felons would likely register as Democrats and just 46,920 would join the Republican Party, according to a study  reported by the Sentencing Project . In the purple state, where presidential elections and statewide races are usually razor thin, this could swing elections in favor of Democrats. President Donald Trump   won just 1.3 percent more votes  than  Hillary Clinton  in 2016. Florida was one of a handful of states that does not automatically restore voting rights after its citizens finish serving their time in prison. Approximately 6.1 million felons across the country have lost their right to vote, according to the  Sentencing Project .
