Kenneth Lonergan has finally finished Margaret , his long, long, long delayed follow-up to You Can Count on Me , which stars Anna Paquin as a flirtatious teen who may or may not have caused a fatal bus accident. Allison Janney, Matt Damon, Mark Ruffalo and Matthew Broderick (who reportedly fronted Lonergan $1 million to finish the project) co-star. Robert Downey Jr. and Wife: Expecting First Child!

The headline above says it all, but the exciting news is worth repeating: Robert Downey Jr. and wife Susan Downey are expecting their first child together! The couple wed in 2005, while the Oscar nominee has a 17-year old son from his first marriage to Deborah Falconer. The baby is due in early 2012. Correction: after watching the new trailer for the Richard Gere-led thriller, everything seems known about The Double . Our Idiot Brother Review: We All Have One …

Our Idiot Brother is your typical dysfunctional family film, but one that also doubles as a heartwarming comedy. For the most part, Paul Rudd helps pull it off. As Ned, the only boy in a family full of sisters (Elizabeth Banks, Zooey Deschanel and Emily Mortimer), Rudd Shines and the supporting cast is top notch. The film’s shortfall, though, is that it lacks real resonance. Our Idiot Brother never quite delivers the emotional or comedic punch you expect – and want – it to. Here’s typical movie I probably should have written if I knew how to write about some 30 year olds who are losing their summer house and decide to throw a Labor Day orgy….decent idea for a movie, even though the trailer looks pretty dump…. I have a group of friends who are into the whole orgy thing, I haven’t been to one, but it is a total lifestyle. Everytime they leave the house, they are recruiting. When they are on Facebook, they are recruiting.
