Jenelle Evans: Out of Rehab! Dumped By Gary Head!

Jenelle Evans got out of rehab last Friday. That’s the good news. The bad? Drama involving her ex(es) is once again off the hook. Upon leaving rehab, the Teen Mom 2 star got her phone back and immediately jumped on Twitter … to find out from Gary Head that she was single again. Suffice it to say, the newly-sober Jenelle Evans was pissssssssed . Also needless to say, this played out in a public, online forum. She proceeded to kick Gary Head – her one-time fiance and recently-rekindled boyfriend – out of apartment that she was paying for, and claimed their dog. Not someone you want on your bad side, Jenelle. Head, apparently, is back with his ex. Good times. The only bright spot for Gary is that she also used Twitter to publicly air grievances with her estranged and short-lived husband Courtland Rogers . In an odd exchange, the often combative duo admitted that they still loved each other, but they also made serious mistakes in their relationship. They are not back together … yet. Give it a day? Here’s hoping this doesn’t impact her recovery. Speaking of: Can Jenelle stay clean? VOTE!   Yes. This time will be the charm. No. Too weak. Too many enablers. View Poll »

Carly Rae Jepsen Cancels Boy Scout Concert Appearance in Support of Gay Rights

Carly Rae Jepsen has taken a stand in favor of gay right. By canceling a concert appearance organized by the Boy Scouts of America. The Canadian crooner – who is currently opening for Justin Bieber in London – had been booked to perform at the National Scout Jamboree in Mount Hope, West Virginia in July. But she announced via Twitter this morning that she was backing out of the gig and made the reason why as clear as can be: “As an artist who believes in equality for all people, I will not be participating in the Boy Scouts of America Jamboree this summer,” Jepsen wrote. “I always have and will continue to support the LGBT community on a global level … and stay informed on the ever changing landscape in the ongoing battle for gay rights in this country and across the globe.” Train has also canceled its appearance at the show, but has said it will gladly reverse this decision if the Boy Scouts of America reverses its policy on not allowing gays to enlist.

Girl Freaks Out on the Train of the Day

This is hardly a story…..but I liked watching the video of some girl in the UK who was threatening and hitting dudes on the train…. The video may be going viral….with tens of thousands of likes on Facebook…..but apparently it was uploaded two years ago…at least that’s what you’d think based on how she’s dress….and the unfortunate thing is that I prefer my woman losing their shit in a far more naked way….You know stripping down, smearing period blood on her face like she’s some kind of warrior and going shoving her tits in random people’s faces while inserting their umbrellas inside her… The angry UK trash version…up on some Jersey Shore shit…but far more nobel in her accent…even if she sounds like she’s from the gutter….is kinda just annoying….but I’ll post it anyway…

Lindsay Lohan "Desperate" to Fire New Attorney She Just Hired

Lindsay Lohan is desperately trying to hire a new defense attorney, despite having fired Shawn Holley and replaced him with Mark Heller just weeks ago. The actress reportedly ” despises ” Heller, prompting her to hunt for another replacement. Finding one may prove a difficult task for her, however. “Lindsay has been on the phone calling criminal defense attorneys in Los Angeles trying to hire someone new to represent her,” a source revealed. “She called four other top DUI attorneys, and every one turned her down … one even had his assistant call Lindsay back and say he wasn’t interested.” Lindsay Lohan fired Shawn Holley , her longtime lawyer, earlier this month and was represented by Heller on Wednesday; her next court date is in March. The 26-year-old faces charges of lying to police following her summer car crash in L.A., as well as the probation violation this may have triggered. “Lindsay is absolutely stunned that this is happening to her,” the source said about the train wreck being turned down repeatedly by top lawyers. “The [legal community has] a tremendous amount of respect for Shawn Holley, and they know that Lindsay owes her hundreds of thousands of dollars.” “Therefore they want nothing to do with her.” Some of the lawyers view representing LiLo as more trouble than its worth, the source said, and believe she will regret firing Holley for a long, long time. Even Judge Stephanie Sautner seemed to suggest as much, asking her if she really wanted to drop Holley in favor of Heller at this stage of the game. Lindsay said: “Yes, for today.” Sautner told her this action was not just for Wednesday but going forward. Lindsay tersely replied, “yes, going forward.” Somewhat ironically, it’s Heller’s love for publicity and media that is “highly irritating” to Lindsay, the source told celebrity gossip site Radar Online . “[Holley’s] rule was to just lay it all out in court, and leave it at that,” the source said. “Mark had a press conference after he met with prosecutors in the case.” Heller previously had his law license suspended five years for misconduct; even Michael Lohan has spoken out forcefully against Heller representing Lindsay. It seems to be quite unclear why he was even hired, but so be it now. Sautner set a pretrial hearing for March 1; Lindsay is not required to be in court if her counsel appears. The trial date is set for March 18. Expect fireworks. LiLo: Will she go to jail in 2013?   Yes. Her luck is running out and she’s going crazy! No! She always finds a way to get out of it! Hi my name is Andréanne and on Friday November 23rd 2012 I got…

Hi my name is Andréanne and on Friday November 23 rd  2012 I got to meet my idol, Justin Drew Bieber. This is how it happened: On Thursday November 22nd my cousin (@ montrealbieber ) won 6 meet and greets from  BieberFever. Yes, she entered three times and it isn’t fair but she ended up giving them away so it is fair in a way. She called my house and asked me if I wanted to come with her to meet Justin. At this point I couldn’t even breathe, I was crying so much! I asked my mom and she said it was all up to my dad so she called him and when she hung up, she stared at me and smiled. Seriously I can’t even explain how much I was crying . I was on the phone with my best friend  @rauhlsack and we were crying together. She also came to meet him with me. The next morning I took the train to Ottawa to meet Justin. When we got to the venue we started getting nervous because we were scared that we wouldn’t be able to get the meet & greet wristbands if we didn’t have tickets for the concert. But we ended up getting them anyways. THANK GOD. We were lining up to meet him and I seriously couldn’t feel my legs. I couldn’t believe I was finally meeting him. It was sinking in that I was meeting my idol. Finally it was our turn and I was the first one that walked in. I walked in AND THERE HE WAS. JUSTIN DREW BIEBER. He was so perfect I couldn’t believe it. I seriously felt like I was in a dream. I went beside him and realized that I was in my cousin’s spot (we planned out where we were going to be standing for the picture lol) so I walked in front of him and said sorry. Then I went beside him on the other side and he put his hand on my waist! I was wearing a crop top so his hand was touching my skin! I also passed out okay, I’m not even lying.  Then they took the picture and I tried to hug him but the bodyguard pushed me so I couldn’t, but he tried to hug me, like he’s so perfect.  Then we went outside and my cousin had made a sign that said “We need 4 tickets to see our Buzz Lightyear.” We stood outside for about an hour and then my cousin and her mom decided they’d go see if there was still tickets at the box office. They came back with 5 tickets in section 311, which aren’t really good but I didn’t care! Since the tickets were kind of bad we decided we’d stay outside with our sign incase someone would give us better tickets. We ended up getting 7 extra tickets from random people that couldn’t go to the show or had an extra one. In total we had 12 TICKETS. Out of them all, two of the tickets we got were in section 119 so my cousin and her friend took those. I didn’t really mind because I was going to see him on December 1st with floor seats. We ended up giving all the extra tickets to girls that didn’t have tickets at all either. They were so happy it was the cutest thing , like it was seriously the best feeling in the world to see how happy they were that they were going to see Justin too! We also ended up being in the newspaper, it was so cool. The concert was amazing and it was the best day of my life. I still can’t believe it actually happened. If you haven’t met him yet don’t give up! You will end up meeting him one day. I never thought I would meet him and I did SO NEVER GIVE UP! -@torontobeliebbs Read the original post: Hi my name is Andréanne and on Friday November 23rd 2012 I got…

Chit-Chatter: Hollyweird Man-Banger Shemar Moore Says Alicia Keys Gave Him A ‘Ho Sit Down’ When He Asked Her Out On A Date

A. Keys pumped the breaks on “Malcolm?!?” Shemar Moore Says Alicia Keys Rejected Him When He Asked Her On A Date Before R&B songstress Alicia Keys went from mistress to main thing and went public with her love for her former ruff riding rapper/producer hubby Swizz Beatz, there was a mile-long line of guys thirstin’ after her soul-singing cakes. Hollyweird man-candy Shemar Moore recently revealed that he was one of those guys. While introducing Mrs. Thickums before she hit the stage to  scream for her life  perform during last night’s 2013 People’s Choice Awards, Shemar recalled a time when he asked her out on a date when they first met 10 years ago…..and got shut all the way down. “I was hosting Soul Train… I asked her out on a date and she looked me dead in the eye and she said this: ‘Look here, son, I respect your flirt game but my man situation is handled.’ “What are you supposed to say to that, because I had nothing at all. But I’m not mad, I will always be a fan.” Awww, poor thang. Wonder what made A.Keys decide not to take him up on his offer…

R.I.P.: 12 Stars We Lost in 2012

A look back at this epic year in celebrity news would not be complete without reflecting upon some of the brightest stars who said goodbye to us in 2012. Here are 12 of the most notable pop culture figures – from singers to actors to authors and even historical figures – who passed away this year: Donna Summer – Last Dance 12. Donna Summer , disco’s queen, became synonymous with an entire genre of music with hits like “Love to Love You Baby” and “Last Dance.” 11. Ray Bradbury was an author ahead of even his sci-fi time. 10. Jenni Rivera . The popular Mexican singer-actress was taken from us – and her family – far, far too soon this month in a tragic plane crash. 9. Larry Hagman . Dallas star was the original TV villain. 8. Mitchell Guist . The Swamp People star attracted an enormous following thanks to his reality show, and the reaction to his passing was immense. 7. Nora Ephron ‘s screenplays – When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle – have been often imitated but never duplicated in modern cinema. Phyllis Diller Standup 6. Phyllis Diller hilariously made herself the butt of her own jokes, but more importantly shattered the glass ceiling of comedy over a decades-long career. 5. Don Cornelius ‘ Soul Train didn’t just provide great music, it empowered a black audience and informed a white audience in a vast cultural experience. 4. Steve Sabol may not be a household name, but the NFL Films founder forever changed the way we watch the most popular sport in America. 3. Neil Armstrong & Sally Ride , the first man on the moon and first woman in space, were both pioneers outside of our atmosphere and inspirations on Earth. 2. Dick Clark may not have invented popular music, the American teenager or New Year’s Eve, but he left an indelible mark on all of the above. Whitney Houston National Anthem: The Best Ever 1. Whitney Houston ‘s final years were not what millions of fans would have hoped for, but her legacy and the power of her voice never diminished. These are just a dozen of the memorable figures we bid farewell to, of course. Share the names and memories of these and others you will miss below!

Race Matters: Woman Charged For Committing NYC Subway Hate Crime Killing Because She “Hates Hindus And Muslims”

SMH. According to ABC News: A woman who allegedly told New York City police she pushed a man onto the subway tracks because she hated Hindus and Muslims has been charged with murder as a hate crime. Erica Menendez, 31, allegedly told police that she “pushed a Muslim off the train tracks because I hate Hindus and Muslims ever since 2001 when they put down the twin towers I’ve been beating them up.” Menendez was taken into custody this morning after a two-day search, and when detectives were interviewing her she allegedly made the statements implicating herself in Thursday night’s subway-platform death. “The defendant is accused of committing what is every subway commuter’s worst nightmare — being suddenly and senselessly pushed into the path of an oncoming train,” Queen District Attorney Richard A. Brown said. “The victim was allegedly shoved from behind and had no chance to defend himself. Beyond that, the hateful remarks allegedly made by the defendant and which precipitated the defendant’s actions can never be tolerated by a civilized society.” Menendez was due to be arraigned this evening. She could face 25 years to life in prison if convicted of the second degree murder charge. On Thursday night, a woman shoved a man from a subway platform at Queens Boulevard, and the man was crushed beneath an oncoming train. Police had searched the area for her after the incident. The victim was Sunando Sen, identified by several media outlets as a graphic designer and Indian immigrant who opened a print shop, Amsterdam Copy, on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Sen was struck by the No. 7 train after the unidentified woman allegedly pushed him from the northbound platform at 40th Street and Queens Boulevard at 8:04 p.m. on Thursday. Witnesses told police they had seen the woman mubling to herself, pacing along the platform. She gave Sen little time to react, witnesses said. “Witnesses said she was walking back and forth on the platform, talking to herself, before taking a seat alone on a wooden bench near the north end of the platform. When the train pulled into the station, the suspect rose from the bench and pushed the man, who was standing with his back to her, onto the tracks into the path of the train,” NYPD Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne said earlier today. “The victim appeared not to notice her, according to witnesses.” Wow. What’s with people and these subway killings these days ?!

‘Amour’ Is A Masterpiece For Brave Audiences

Amour is a true rarity, and for lovers of cinema it is one of the year’s high notes, though it’s most certainly no easy ride. Austria’s Best Foreign-language contender in the Oscars race, the feature by director Michael Haneke is a true masterpiece dealing with a topic most would rather ignore. The feature, which will be released by Sony Pictures Classics this weekend Stateside, most certainly is in the running for more than one Oscar nomination or at least it should be. Amour deservedly won the Palme d’Or in Cannes in May where it debuted and was even picked by the Los Angeles Film Critics Association as their Best Film of 2012. That is some feat for a film that centers on an elderly Parisian couple who are suddenly faced with illness and life’s sunset, beating out Hollywood’s big contenders. [ Related: LA Film Critics Name ‘Amour’ Best Picture, Boost ‘The Master,’ Jazz Up Oscar Race ] [ Editor’s Note: Movieline covered comments by ‘Amour’ director Michael Haneke and its terrific actors Jean-Louis Trintignant and Emmanuelle Riva at the Cannes Film Festival in May and is re-published here timed to the film’s opening Friday December 21. ] Haneke is certainly no stranger to awards in Cannes. He won the top prize just in 2009 for The White Ribbon as well as Best Director in 2005 for Caché (Hidden) and the Grand Prize of the Jury for The Piano Teacher back in 2001. Actors Jean-Louis Trintignant ( The Conformist ) and Emmanuelle Riva ( Priest ) sublimely portray the couple whose lives suddenly change after Riva’s character, Anne, suffers an attack. She is left in a slowly deteriorating state of dementia and her husband takes on the burden of caring for her while their daughter, played by Isabella Huppert, feels shut out. Mostly a theater actor in recent years, Trintignant was persuaded by Haneke to once again take to the screen for his first film since 1998’s Those Who Love Me Can Take the Train by Patrice Chéreau. “I didn’t want to act in films; I prefer the theater. But Haneke offered me this great opportunity,” he said — then clarified, “But I won’t do it again.” Trintignant, who was an early target of the paparazzi here back in the late ’50s because of rumors he was having an affair with Brigitte Bardot, his co-star in …And God Created Woman , added, “It’s a great joy to work with Michael Haneke. I’ve never met such a demanding director. He knows the cinema through and through.” Haneke will probably never be accused of being overly forthcoming when discussing his films. The heavy subject matter in Amour quite frankly will not appeal to everyone, but it’s already being called a masterpiece. He did acknowledge, however, that the material is challenging. “I never write a film to show something. Once you reach a given age, you have to contend with the suffering of someone you love,” Haneke said. “It’s inevitable – in my family as well.” In telling this story of slow loss, Haneke made great effort to avoid heavy emotion, which might have been an easy method of audience seduction. With that backdrop, Riva said she became familiar with Anne as she played her on set for over two months. She also noted that she almost doesn’t think of the person she sees on screen as herself. “Michael said to me, ‘Don’t be overly sentimental when playing Anne,’ and then it really clicked into place for me,” she said. “When I watch the film I get the feeling I’m seeing someone else. Obviously it’s not a universe steeped in beauty. I raced to the set every morning. I was in a hurry to get back to the set to act.” Added Haneke: “Within a dialog you have to find the right emotions. It’s like an opera in that sense.”

My name is Alana and on December 1 st , 2012 I met THE Justin Drew Bieber. I never thought in a million years my dream of meeting him would come true. The night before the December 1 st Believe Tour show in Toronto my mom told me she had won me M&G’s a while back but wanted to surprise me the night before the show and watch me go insane. I started jumping around/pacing from one side of my house to the other, I was going absolutely BALLISTIC. That night I barely slept … all I was thinking about was meeting Justin and how perfect it would be. I eventually fell asleep (after an hour and a half of trying to get to sleep). I set my alarm for reaaaaaal early so I could prepare myself to the best of my ability. I wore a black shirt, ripped jeans with black patterned leggings underneath and Uggs. I wasn’t going to wear my Uggs but Justin recently told us that he now approves of them so I just had to! At 11:15 a.m. I drove to my friend’s house to pick her up and bring her to the train station with me. We met up with 2 more of our friends on the train and fangirled the entire way to Toronto. When we got to Toronto I had to go to my friend’s apartment to drop my bag off. We hung out at her house for about an hour and a half before she started to get ready while I was fixing myself up. (P.S. I felt nauseous that entire day because of the thought of meeting him). At around 2:30 p.m., my friend and I went to the Rogers Centre and we saw a ton of girls lined up looking at the tour buses ; they were screaming and going crazy like every other belieber there! After walking around the venue overly excited we went to Will Call to pick up my wristband than walked over to Gate 8 where I got in line for my M&G. As we just got into line inside the arena, all of a sudden Justin and Drake came on stage and started sound-checking. They sound checked “Right Here” first, then “The Motto”. All of us in line started singing along and fangirling like crazy. In line we met Dan Kanter, Bruce and Diane; they were all SO nice, especially Bruce! While in line, a man came around and told us our picture had to be in a group of 6 so we planned it and we made our own group. We waited in line for an hour and a half before the M&G finally began! At this point I was having heart failure I’m pretty sure, and I was about to pass out. My stomach was in knots and I was freaking out. Then out of nowhere we turn the corner and we see the black curtains where Justin was standing behind. Automatically I started shaking and as we got closer we said hi to Kenny & Scooter. Then the group in front of us went in, and as they opened the curtain I could see Justin’s head. This lady said to us, “Ok where is your group of six” and we said, “Right here” but nobody followed us in so the picture was just me, one other girl (@bieberskittles), and her mom snuck in the picture as well. Justin was wearing red Adidas pants, a white t-shirt, a black snapback with a giant ‘K’ on the front and red shoes. The picture was taken then immediately somebody started pulling me away. I stopped and pulled myself back and asked Justin for a hug (which I got) and I said “Justin, I love you so much!” and he replied, “I love you too” and WINKED. Then they really yanked me and as I got out of the M&G I literally started screaming and jumping then fell to the floor in tears. I calmed down and Fredo filmed our reactions . We told him we loved him also and that Justin is AMAZING. He said, “Thanks girls” and we kept going. The entire time walking away I was full of mixed emotions. Happy, excited, shocked… EVERYTHING YOU COULD IMAGINE. My life literally changed in the 15 seconds I had with him. He was absolutely perfect and flawless and amazing. After the M&G I ran to my gate for the actual show and met my friend inside. We got food quick then headed down to our seats. We had section A5, row 12, seats 1&2 on the floor which we were in for a total of 30 mins LOL. The second The Wanted came on, everyone rushed to the barricades. We left our seats and took over the closer ones right beside the catwalk. Within minutes of The Wanted’s performance we squeezed through to the front and for the entirety of the show we were FRONT ROW. Justin was literally 2 feet in front of me for the entire show. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in my life… the day was absolutely PERFECT, I couldn’t have asked for more. NEVER SAY NEVER because YOU WILL meet him, I promise you. Thanks for reading! -@alanakellyMD Follow this link: My name is Alana and on December 1st, 2012 I met THE Justin Drew…
