He lasted one more movie than Megan Fox did, Shia LaBeouf made it clear today: he’s finished with the Transformers franchise. “I’m not coming back to do another one. I don’t think [director Michael Bay] will either,” the actor told MTV News. “It’s still a hot property, I think, especially coming out of the third one. So I imagine they’ll reboot it at some point with someone else.” But should they? LaBeouf does claim Dark of the Moon is the “best movie” yet, in terms of “action and geography.” But critics slammed the sequel and many consider the franchise to be the epitome of mindless, summer trash. Things continue to improve for Sean Kingston. The popular singer won’t be facing a lawsuit as the result of his jet skiing accident last weekend, and now various sources confirm that his condition is getting better every day. The artist, who has been the subject of encouraging, wish-filled Tweets from stars such as Rihanna and Justin Bieber , was initially treated in the trauma ward and remains in critical condition. But in an interview with The Los Angeles Times , the actress’ former co-star says it was actually a hesitation to ooze sex appeal that led to Fox’s departure from the Transformers film franchise. “[Director Michael Bay] films women in a way that appeals to a 16-year-old sexuality. It’s summer. It’s Michael’s style,” Shia LaBeouf said. “And I think [Fox] never got comfortable with it. This is a girl who was taken from complete obscurity and placed in a sex-driven role in front of the whole world and told she was the sexiest woman in America. And she had a hard time accepting it.” Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox and Megan Fox’s cleavage starred in two movies together. After shooting the awful Transformers sequel, Fox famously clashed with Bay. She even compared the director to Hitler . Shia attributes the feud between Fox and Bay to the latter’s lack of “tact.” “When Mike would ask her to do specific things, there was no time for fluffy talk,” explained the actor. “We’re on the run. And the one thing Mike lacks is tact. There’s no time for [LaBeouf assumes a gentle voice] ‘I would like you to just arch your back 70 degrees.'” Will the woman taking over for Fox, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, have similar issues? LaBeouf doubts it. “Rosie comes with this Victoria’s Secret background, and she’s comfortable with it, so she can get down with Mike’s way of working and it makes the whole set vibe very different,” he said.
