In Cobb County, Georgia neighbors are upset about body hanging from a noose in another neighbors front yard as part of Halloween decorations. The front yard is decorated with tombstones witches, skeletons and a hooded body with its hands and feet tied hanging from a noose. “I just feel like Halloween is not an excuse to use that kind of symbolism,” says a neighbor who asked to remain unknown. According to WSB-TV Atlanta , the woman noticed it while out for a walk on Monday, September 25, 2017. Shocked by the decoration, she took a picture and shared it, She was hoping to start a conversation about it as it’s a terrible reminder of lynching in America. Carl Willis a reporter for WSB-TV went up to the house to see if he could get an answer for the decorations. A man answered saying that it was his roommates. He gave information to contact his roommate but nobody answered any calls. The anonymous neighbor was afraid to go up and ask saying, “What’s even scarier is people are going to ask, ‘well, did you go up and ask them?’” She continued, “I felt scared to go to their front door because I don’t know what kind of people live in that household.” Other neighbors commented saying they didn’t see the problem with the decoration. “This is 2017. We need to change it, and if that is your typical Halloween decoration, then it’s absolutely not okay,” she said. “It was not okay when we did it back in the day, and it’s not okay now.” When Willis returned to the house for a response the decoration was taken down. The latest celeb to think it’s okay to reduce women to mere sexual objects is boxing champ Floyd Mayweather, who reportedly agrees with Trump’s controversial “grab ‘em by the p***y” remarks. Now almost a year later, Floyd Mayweather has decided to chime in on the remarks and state that “real men” talk just like Trump. Uh, what?! Honestly, it’s not really shocking how Mayweather feels about women, given that he’s had numerous claims and incidents of physical violence against them. A new report says that #45’s chief of staff John Kelly is trying to push her out of the White House inner circle because he’s tired of her creating drama . According to the Daily Beast , Kelly has taken steps to prevent the communications director for the Office of Public Liaison and other senior staffers from getting unvetted news articles on the president’s desk. Apparently sending the President news and facts riles him up and has him spending the whole day “fuming about it.” Sources told the publication that Omarosa was the main person who would slip into the Oval Office or email Trump to distract him with negative news coverage or Right Wing conspiracy theory stories. For example, earlier this summer Omarosa was one of the people who would bring President Trump stories about MSNBC hosts, and former Trump pals, Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinsk i “slagging him, and his administration.” Soon after, the president tweeted that Brzezinski “was bleeding badly from a face-lift.” Kelly is not here for another incident like that . “When Gen. Kelly is talking about clamping down on access to the Oval, she’s patient zero,” a source close to the Trump administration told the Daily Beast. A source also told the publication that Kelly “is not thrilled by any means by [Manigault]. P resident Donald Trump inked a memorandum that bans individuals who identify as transgender from being recruited into the military on Friday, reports CNN . President Trump has signed a directive banning transgender military recruits https://t.co/s5tilvbRhZ — CNN (@CNN) August 25, 2017 The move comes nearly a month after he announced that he wanted to bar transgender people from enlisting in the armed forces. According to the outlet, the memorandum also prevents the Department of Defense from providing current transgender troops with medical treatment plans. Both the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security will reportedly decide whether transgender individuals who are currently serving will be allowed to remain in the military. CNN reports the memorandum reversed a delayed policy proposed by former president Barack Obama in 2016 which would have allowed transgender troops to openly serve. A White House official says that the troops will be assessed on “military effectiveness and lethality, unitary cohesion, budgetary constraints, applicable law, and all factors that may be relevant,” the outlet writes. Contrary to the non-inclusive message that the president is sending by putting the policy into effect, the White House official claims that Trump will advocate for the LGBT community. “He’s going to continue to ensure that the rights of the LGBTQ community, as well as all Americans, is protected. He’s going to continue to ensure that the rights of the LGBTQ community, as well as all Americans, is protected. This policy is based on a series of national security considerations,” said the official, according to the outlet. Although Trump was quick to sign the memorandum, the White House has no plans regarding how the policy will be executed. According to a 2016 study released by the Rand Corporation, between 1,320 and 6,630 transgender individuals serve in the military, reports the outlet. In July Trump took to Twitter to share that one of the reasons he wanted to ban transgender individuals from serving in the military was due to the “tremendous medical costs.” However, the Rand study shows that medical treatment would make up an “exceedingly small proportion” of health care expenses, the outlet writes.
