Sometimes, people with nearly unlimited money think they have unlimited resources. But Kylie Jenner and Tyga found out the hard way that being wasteful is being an a**hole, and it can get you in trouble. According to documents, Kylie and Tyga were listed as violators of California’s effort to reduce water usage. The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District initiated the inspection in an effort to minimize excessive water use while the area is suffering from an extreme drought. California is working to meet a state-mandated goal of less water use, and violators are to be identified and penalized. Inspectors in Kylie and Tyga’s region have jurisdiction over a 122-square mile area of land near the Malibu coastline, which, of course, houses many celebrities. And where there are celebrities, there is waste. Jenner, 18, and her 25-year-old boyfriend are probably not the only offenders. The area is plagued with grossly large homes and lawns that require a significant amount of water usage. In August, Jenner moved into her own mega-mansion . The teenager’s 4,900 square foot home cost $2.7 million! Between the size of the lawn and the amount of water it probably takes to scrub the makeup off Kylie’s face, she is certainly using a ton of water. Tyga rents a mansion in Calabasas close to his girlfriend’s home. However, he is reportedly facing eviction for owing $70,000 in unpaid rent. So he might not have a water bill for this address much longer. The water company didn’t release how much excess water they have used. But it is probably safe to assume it was a lot. After Tyga gave Kylie a Ferrari for her 18th birthday, it was clear that these people constantly live in excess. Wasting water is probably a non-issue for them. Picking up where last week’s dramatic premiere left off, Kendra on Top Season 4 Episode 2 delved deeper into the title character’s issues. Yes, we said title character, because we’re convinced Kendra Wilkinson is playing a caricature of herself half the time on this WE tv show. Reunited with him in London, the flirting commences. Wilkinson even claims she is “in the dating stage of my life again,” which the married mother of two would obviously never say. Or would she? While it’s still not clear if Hank came in his pants or was just fondled above the shorts or whatever, he will admit Travelle is right on. Still, does that give Kendra the right to issue payback like she is? And does he have the right to be upset? These are hard questions. After a flurry of press appearances, Kendra reunites with her father Eric, following the surgery she was so deeply concerned about. Eric pulled through, and urges Kendra to pull through in her life, too. “The longer you let stuff go,” he tells her, “the harder it is to mend.” Wise words. After the stunning events of last week, the drama picked up with a vengeance once more on Bachelor in Paradise Season 2 Episode 7 Sunday. Heading into the rose ceremony, Tanner’s rose went to Jade Roper, while Kirk’s went to Carly, Joshua’s to Tenley, and Jared gave his to Ashley I. It came down to JJ and his choice of Megan, with whom he’d gone on a nice date, and Juelia, third wheel of Joe Bailey and Samantha Steffen . Or … his third option, Ashley Salter. She got the rose! Then to further play the hero, JJ peaced out of the show to pursue a girl back home instead. With JJ out, Juelia’s last home was Dan … who chose Amber, sending Juelia and Clare home in the process. Juelia cried … right into Mikey’s arms. Those two had flirted before, but when Juelia gave her rose to Joe, Mikey was sent packing – regrettably, in light of Joe being the worst person ever . If you watch Bachelor in Paradise online , you know there are no hard rules, though, and Juelia asked Chris Harrison if Mikey could come back. He did! Dan said, “They wouldn’t let him get on a plane, he made a pitch to come back and be with Juelia, and he’s here to beat the s–t out of Joe.” Would he do just that? We’ll find out, but first, Jade and Tanner decide to “officially” be boyfriend and girlfriend, and Nick Peterson showed up. Nick, who famously screwed over Rachel Trueheart to win Bachelor Pad , asked Samantha on a date, and was quickly rejected … to Nick’s chagrin. “I’m shocked, especially because she told me she’d say yes,” he said, implying that they talked on social media before the show. Sound familiar? Out of options, Nick asked out Ashley S., and with their plans to spend the day on a private island nixed due to weather, they headed to a hotel. For some spa treatments … and tequila. “I was drunk the whole day,” said Nick later in a confessional. “By the time night came around, I was just obliterated. Just hammered drunk.” The romantic future for this couple is a bit up in the air, but man, they made for entertaining TV. The same could be said for Ashley I., as usual. “She has much stronger feelings for me than I have for her,” admitted Jared, with whom she is obsessed, ending things before it escalated further. As for Joe, the Villian of Paradise? He apologized to the group for his behavior with Juelia, while Samantha wanted in silence … giving him the cold shoulder and later dumping him! It’s not clear what changed between them, but as Samantha told the group her big decision, Joe sat down with Joshua and plotted his revenge. “I’m thinking, ‘Bitch, you told me to do whatever it took to get a rose to advance until you got here,'” he said, taking way too much pleasure in this. “I think it’s time to put some stuff straight. Clear the air. There’s no way she’s going to get around this subject, I’m going to have cold hard facts.” “There’s 700 text messages we had in a month. Worse yet, Lauren was asked if she’d had physical, sexual contact with someone other than the reality star since they’d been together. Polygraph says? Deceptive answer! “I felt like I was getting punched in the face,” Lauren said, refuting the results. “I’ve been 100 percent truthful and honest about everything.” Mike read the results a bit differently. “If mine said I had problems with trust and hers said that she was deceptive then I guess it’s valid,” he said, as intelligently as he could. Mike’s addiction issues, legal woes and attention seeking ways have been the focal point of these two since they arrived in the house. Tuesday on The Real Housewives of New York City , Bethenny and Ramona’s feud continued, while the latter hosted her New Beginnings party. Would anyone truly begin anew, though? When The Real Housewives of New York City Season 7 Episode 19 got underway, it was evident the season finale was going to be as boring as the rest of the season. The season finale episode started off with yet another a** kissing moment between Ramona and Sonja. Though their relationship has wavered over the years, Ramona and Sonja have somehow retained a sense of friendship—whatever that means on a reality show. Ramona stopped by Sonja’s house to congratulate her for a successful fashion show. “Everyone’s mouth dropped,” Ramona complimented. What Ramona failed to mention is that their mouths probably dropped because they were shocked Sonja actually had a line of clothing to show. Her “international fashion lifestyle brand” has been questionable throughout the course of the season. But, somehow, she pulled it off. The compliments quickly changed to complaints though. Sonja pried for information about the spat between Bethenny and Ramona during the fashion show. Of course, Ramona played innocent “I don’t know why Bethenny picked a fashion show to start a fight with me,” she whined. For the entire season, Ramona has been playing the I’m-a-changed-person card. “I have changed,” she said. “I just came from church from Ash Wednesday.” Though going to Ash Wednesday is a good start, Ramona might benefit more from confession. All season, she has been offensive and has built her narrative around half-truths and gossip about her “friends.” Plus, her quest to conquer some strange is less than virtuous—at least by the church’s standards. But Ramona swore she is a changed woman. And to inaugurate her transition, she threw a New Beginnings party. It’s like a quinceanera for a 50-something white woman. The intent of the party was to celebrate Ramona’s fresh start after splitting from her husband, Mario Singer. But apparently, for these laides, new beginnings just means the same old sh*t. The party kicked off with a fight between Ramon and Bethenny. In fact, the moment Bethenny walked in the door, Ramona confronted her. Bethenny said, “Ramona’s, like, got me. She’s on my crotch the second I walk in.” Ramona’s intention was to apologize to Bethenny for blabbing that Bethenny cheated on her first husband. However, Ramona is not known for her well-crafted apologies. In fact, one of her trademark qualities is offering half-hearted I’m-sorries. And she proved this to be true again. Her apology turned into a fight when Bethenny mentioned she didn’t want to deal with Ramona’s sob story. In her interview, Bethenny stated, “I don’t have the energy to be mad at Ramona.” All season, a recurring theme on RHONYC has been quick apologies. And that remained true tonight. Bethenny and Ramona hashed it out for a few breaths. Then, they hugged it out. And that was that. Like most of the season, their fight was uneventful. Things almost got good in a fight between Sonja and Kristen! After Sonja’s fashion show, a New York Post reporter asked Kristen about Sonja’s elusive toaster oven. Kristen told the reporter that she would like Sonja to come out with the toaster oven because she only cooks using a toaster oven. A quick flashback scene proved that Kristen simply answered the question the reporter asked, and she was being supportive. Still, that did not go over well with Sonja. And she brought out her inner six-year-old to prove it. “Things have come to light that I don’t think are worth talking about,” Sonja said. “I don’t want to talk to you ever again about my career or my future.” She pouted, “I don’t want to be friends with you anymore.” And for once, finally, Kristen actually did something. She raised her voice and fought back when Sonja accused her of trash talking her to the media. Kristen’s presence on the show has been less than entertaining all season. So much that there have been rumors that she won’t be returning for the next season of RHONYC . But could her last minute sass save her a spot on the show? The other fight of the night was between Carole and LuAnn. When Carole started dating LuAnn’s really young chef (who also dated LuAnn’s niece), their friendship began to unravel. And when LuAnn was busted with some strange while the ladies were on vacay in the Turks and Caicos, Carole took offense. The tension between them came to a head at the New Beginnings party. LuAnn accused Carole of trying to catch her red handed with a guy. LuAnn even claimed that by barging her room, Carole exposed her promiscuous ways to her daughter. As Carole tactfully mentioned, if you don’t want your daughter to know you are banging dudes on vacation, don’t bang dudes on vacation. LuAnn called Carole a liar. Carole denied it. Blah, blah, blah. Someone delivered a mango margarita, and the fight was over. The only other moment of interest during the season finale was between John and Dorinda. John and Dorinda have been dating for three years. John’s flirty behavior is, at best, questionable. And Dorinda hasn’t quite healed from the passing of her husband. To add to the complications, Dorinda’s daughter, Hannah, hates John. Yet the couple has remained together. John took a bold step and offered a pseudo-proposal to Dorinda at a pizza place. Like most things involving John, the scene was uncomfortable to watch. “There’s no ring in your pocket, is there?” Dorinda nervously asked. John responded, “I do have a ring. Can I bring it out?” Dorinda harshly replied, “No,” and kept eating. Rightfully, she was p*ssed he was going to propose in a pizza joint. Not that a proposal has to be picture perfect. But who wants a sweaty guy that has flirted with all of your friends to pop the question over a poached egg pizza? John ended up asking Dorinda to move in with him. It was hard to determine if he was really going to propose or not. But either way, the whole scene was awkward. So that’s it. The Real Housewives of New York City celebrated another season finale! And viewers are celebrating that they don’t have to deal with such a boring season anymore. As Ramona angrily toasted to her friends, hitting their wine glasses so hard they nearly broke, she reminded everyone that even though they are “friends,” there is always more drama to be had. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has added a new cast member. With Taylor Armstrong set to return to the series that made her famous, E! News reports that Erika Jayne is also on her way to Bravo. Who’s in? Who’s out? The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast will look very different in 2016. Jayne is an artist with an impressive resume: She had put out eight number-one dance songs on the US Billboard Club/Dance chart; she and her husband are good friends with Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars Yolanda and David Foster. The singer has already started filming scenes for next season, though it remains unclear whether Jayne will be a series regular or a recurring player on the program. “She brings a young energy,” a source tells E! of Jayne . “And she has sex appeal. She’s married, but she loves to party and have fun.” Lisa Vanderpump, Eileen Davidson, Foster and Lisa Rinna are all expected to return to Beverly Hills in 2016. However, Brandi Glanville is out ( of her own accord ?) and Kim Richards has far more pressing things to worry about than reality television these days. That now-former cast member recently got arrested for shoplifting and is in a constant battle with sobriety. We hope she wins.

Case in point: Blossom, a transgender woman Jenner met at the Human Rights Campaign, who was denied entry into nursing school for being trans. For Caitlyn, this was a watershed moment in her transition. “I’ve lived a great life,” the former Bruce Jenner told the cameras, “and I realize in this transition that I kind of have that privileged status.” She may not share the experience of a typical transgender person and the struggles they face, but what Cait does have is a whole lot of heart. Jenner decided to have I Am Cait ‘s executive producer send Blossom’s story to Ellen DeGeneres, in hopes of spotlighting her story even more. She is and has always been attracted to women, she says, though she does admit some uncertainty and confusion. Last night on Marriage Boot Camp Season 3 Episode 9, the couples revealed traumatic events, with the goal of forgiving those who hurt them. You know what this means … rehashing the “fondling” scandal starring Kendra Wilkinson, Hank Baskett and Ava London for the 297th time! In July, having milked this for more than a year, Baskett finally admitted that he “messed up” and put himself “in a bad situation” at the time. The model fondled him over the shorts , or so Hank claims … there were no dueling hand jobs and climaxing together as Ava told the tabloids. He also said he only met her while trying to score some weed and ended up in her apartment by chance; Ava says he sought her out online. We’ll never know for sure the logistics of Hank Baskett and Ava London did, or didn’t do, but man has Kendra turned this into reality TV gold. Carroll’s wife Elizabeth says the forgiveness exercise is designed to expunge “emotional trauma inflicted by a person or an event from your past.” “Hank wanted to address his childhood asthma, but he’s avoiding the much bigger obstacle in his marriage right now,” Elizabeth says. Ya think? Asthma, Hank? Really? Jim told the cameras that unless Baskett can forgive London, “who made his private life very public, his and Kendra’s relationship will not heal.” He touches Hank once again. “Put your hands on me. This is what you wanted, isn’t it?” he says. “We can have a good time together cause that’s what I’m going to tell everybody.” “You and me are a couple. I control you. You’re never going to be free of me. I got you all locked up … just like you were in our house.” “You couldn’t even move.” Awkward? Hilarious? Both? “No. I’m forgiving this. I forgive,” says Baskett, resisting the temptation. “I forgive you for this pain that you have put my family through.” “My kids … who have no idea what’s going on in the world, who have to see this one day. By yanking her from the group dance, Abby’s goal was to lower the team’s overall average and keep them from competing in the teen division. Abby’s tough decision came directly after Kira Girard brought in Kalani’s original coach, Alexa Moffett, to help choreograph Kalani’s big solo. So it was with an element of revenge that she went on to WIN the solo competition with “The Investment” … and then peace out of the ALDC. “She doesn’t want me there, so what’s the point of being here?” Kalani said. “I have a dance teacher that wants me at dance class every day.” “That’s what I deserve.” While Kira Girard isn’t revealing her daughter’s future on the series, or whether she’s open to a return, she has come out firing against Abby. She claims the events pertaining to her daughter leaving were shown out of order and manipulated by Lifetime in order to mislead audiences. “Lets get the editing straight … [Kalani] walked out as soon as she was pulled NOT after AWARDS! She made the decision BEFORE!!!!!” Kira went on to rip Abby, who is piling up enemies left and right lately, for allegedly failing to provide Kalani with an appropriate costume” “Note Abby had this all planned never planned on kalani dancing she had MY costume lady in AZ not fix her costume! #veryrespectful” In any case, will Kalani and Kira be back? Wait … is Charles DiLaurentis not dead after all? The Pretty Little Liars grappled with that chilling question and a lot more on Season 6 Episode 6. Especially when, you know, they’re NEVER CORRECT. That thought would be far too logical for the Liars, of course, and would lead to much less drama instead of what we witnessed Tuesday. Chiefly, grand theft auto and breaking and entering. You’ll have to watch Pretty Little Liars online to fully appreciate the methods (or lack thereof) to their madness. The girls have gone out of control! So has Lesli Stone been removed as a suspect? All we know is that if she were A, she didn’t go to great lengths to hide all the alleged evidence in her car. Also, A being caught on camera? It’s all because A wanted to be seen there. Duh. Fortunately, Mona was able to explain this to Spencer, Aria, and Hanna, setting them straight and pointing out other things they didn’t think of. Such as? Perhaps most notably, that Charles could never be a viable organ donor, as they were led to believe … so he is still in play right now. The Liars do have lives, of course, so you can’t totally fault them for missing clues and generally being manipulated and confused very easily. Still, you have to wonder about some moments. When Nicole, a Habitat for Humanity friend of Emily’s, asked her to come to Thailand in two weeks, Emily asked right away if Sara could come. Then Sara got attacked by Lesli’s car, and had an excuse for every reason she couldn’t go on the trip … and kissed Emily. It was a lot to handle. All the while, Lesli ended up being guilty of nothing – other than having a screw loose, perhaps, and Charles’ games took an unexpected toll. Alison’s father looks like the real target, following an ominous birthday card signaling the probably not dead DiLaurentis is coming for his big day. The episode ended with Mr. DiLaurentis digging up his son’s grave, just to check. Somehow we think we know what he’s going to find, or not find.
