The Mentalist Season 7 Episode 1 Recap: Beginning of the End

CBS kicked off the final season of The Mentalist on Sunday, with  The Mentalist Season 7 Episode 1 marking our first look at Patrick Jane and Teresa Lisbon as an official couple. Was it everything you had dreamed about and more? Watch The Mentalist Season 7 Episode 1 Online We opened the hour with Lisbon still on leave in the wake of her engagement ending. She suggested to her boyfriend (EEEK!) that perhaps he ought to have a key to her apartment.  Following the disaster of Pike, she also suggests they keep their romance a secret at the office. How long did you think that arrangement would last? Cho eventually found out the truth, reacting in a matter-of-fact fashion, while Abbot was very quick to pick up on something different between the agent and the consultant. Elsewhere at the office: Agent Fischer left to take care of her sick mother, while Quantico rookie Michelle Vega (played by Josie Loren) is now on board. Jane deduces her military past (she resigned from West Point after her father died) and it appears as if she’s turned the head of Adler. The Case of the Week centered on the murder of an undercover FBI agent outside a bowling alley (he had been looking into gun-running there). Eventually, Jane realized that the victim (many years ago) witnessed the abduction of his best friend, who ultimately died. Could he have bumped into and recognized the kidnapper in present day? Yes. A bit of typically Patrick Jane razzle dazzle (how we’ve missed that!) solved both cases, uncovering the hidden weapons stash and also the alley’s manager as be the former kidnapper/killer. Toward the end of the premiere, Jane bumped into Pike, who asked if he has a “plan.” Is he ready to also offer her a life, a home a family? No, Jane basically admits to Lisbon, but she seems okay with that for now. We end with Jane having a vintage car taking our new favorite couple away from the FBI building. It’s so very nice to have this CBS drama back in our lives, isn’t it? Revenge Season 4 Episode 9 Recap: Who’s Knocked Up?!?

Viewers were treated to a very scary thought on Revenge Season 4 Episode 9 : Daniel Grayson as a father! We learned this information about Daniel got drunk and stumbled into Margaux’s office. His goal was for her to take him back, but he was instead knocked sober upon hearing two simple words: I’m pregnant. Then again… do we even trust Margaux? Watch Revenge Season 4 Episode 9 Online Granted, she’s one of the most trustworthy people on Revenge, but isn’t that a bit like being one of the least attention-loving members of the Kardashian family? While we ponder the possibility of Daniel as a father, we were also blown away from David Clarke shaving off his insane beard. He insisted to Victoria that he isn’t going anywhere without his daughter, who had asked her first love to run away with her. Victoria responded to these words by revealing the truth about Emily’s family to Malcolm Black via a secret messenger. And just who was that secret messenger? Agent Kate Taylor. Jack is literally in bed with one of Malcom’s people. Elsewhere, Emily actually agreed to a date of drinking and darts with Ben. But she shot down his attempt to get to first base and came clean about her true motives: she just wanted intel on Alvarez from Ben, who appeared to connect with his crush for the first time. Might she be giving him to his charm? Finally, as you’ll see when you watch Revenge online (video above), Louise learned of Nolan Margaux’s plan to expose her family’s secrets. And she wasn’t exactly thrilled about it. “You never forget your first mental institution,” she said at one point, causing us to both laugh and shiver. What do you think, viewers? Who will kick the bucket next Sunday night? What do you think of a shaven David Clarke? And will Daniel and Margaux truly become parents? Duck Dynasty Season 7 Episode 2 Recap: It’s News to Them!

The Robertsons didn’t have much time to lament Sadie Robertson’s loss on the Dancing with the Stars finale this week. That’s because they had to prepare to host a local news broadcast last night. For real! (Yes, we know  Duck Dynasty Season 7 Episode 2 was taped a long time ago. Just go with it, okay?) Watch Duck Dynasty Season 7 Episode 2 Online The latest installment of this A&E hit found reality TV’s favorite family (oh, we said it, Kardashians!) taking over “Good Morning Arklamiss.” And they proved themselves to be surprisingly adept at working far away from the woods. There was Willie and Jase, serving as anchormen and keeping the production humming. There was Si as the weatherman, giving Al Roker a run for his entertaining money. Kay, meanwhile, presented her beloved Thanksgiving recipes to the audience, while the rest of the relatives offered up some unique tips for the holiday season. Ready to take some notes? To see if the Robertsons could take over for The Today Show team if need be? To see Jase actually dressed in a suit?!? It happened, folks. 19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 18 Recap: All About Amy Duggar

While Josh and Anna Duggar dominated the last two installments, 19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 18 put the focus squarely on Amy Duggar. The Duggar cousin, a musician, performed on a cruise ship this week, and also celebrated her birthday on 19 Kids and Counting Season 14 Episode 18 . Yes, when you watch 19 Kids and Counting online this week, you will see part reality show, part behind the scenes family dramedy, part Amy infomercial. At least that’s how it came across at times. In the episode, entitled “Amy’s Nashville Dreams,” Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar’s niece continued to pursue her love of music in hopes of making it big. It’s been slow going in that regard. Having previously moved to Nashville in hopes of achieving fame and fortune in the entertainment world, she’s now back home in her native Arkansas. She hasn’t given up, but it’s been humbling. Her next gig in pursuit of the dream? Singing aboard the Branson Belle show boat in Branson, Missouri. Her mom Deanna Jordan and Grandma Duggar were on hand as she performed in front of 700 people and did well, despite an opening technical glitch. “I think I’m clearly growing as an artist,” Amy said. “If I can handle a song not coming on with that many people staring at me, whatever could happen, bring it on!” “I’m proud of myself. I never thought I was so strong.” After that, it was time to spend her 28th birthday with Michelle, Jim Bob, and their 19 kids (and counting). They all bonded over a campfire and cake. Soon enough, it was back to work, and we saw Amy Duggar perform for several executives in Nashville, where she acquitted herself very professionally. “I gave my heart and soul into that performance. I wanted to sell myself as an artist and not just some random cousin from a big family,” Amy said. “I am so humbled right now. I could kiss the floor!” No floors were kissed at her music video shoot, though, when she showed up not remembering lyrics to her own song, “Beautiful Weather.” Producers? Not happy. Luckily, she rebounded and finished it on time. SO Many Duggars 1. A Duggar Family Pic Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar are still working on that 20th kid. The video was a hit with the family, and only reinforced her decision to make music her life’s goal. Amy says marriage and babies will have to wait for now. “I do want to get married. I do want to have kids. I want to adopt someday. Those things are just not available at the moment. God’s timing is perfect.” “It’s just not always up to me.” He apparently wanted Jill Duggar pregnant and possibly Jessa Duggar pregnant immediately, but for now, music looks like it will be Amy’s path in life.

Euros of Hollywood Season 1 Episode 4 Recap: Playing Diplomat

With Thanksgiving right around the corner here in the good U. S. of A., Euros of Hollywood Season 1 Episode 4 made sure we gave thanks for some crazy drama. Or something along those lines. Just go with it. Watch Euros of Hollywood Season 1 Episode 4 Online On the latest and greatest installment of Bravo’s newest reality series, Sascha tried to actually avoid drama – or so he claimed anyway – at his birthday party. If nothing else, he sought to diffuse the situation between Fawni and Bleona so that there were no fisticuffs at what was supposed to be a fun shindig. An admirable if challenging goal, Sascha. Meanwhile, Massimo’s acting career (we use the term loosely) received the boost it badly needed (so maybe we won’t use the term as loosely going forward). Also, Jannik butted heads with his girlfriend over a photo shoot, based on some of the subject matter involved. What was the specific issue at hand? All you have to do is follow the link to watch Euros of Hollywood online and see for yourself what went down on Euros of Hollywood Season 1 Episode 4. Buckle up, people, and get your Euro fix!

The Voice Season 7 Episode 20 saw the remaining ten singers vie for America’s votes once more as this fall’s iteration of the NBC competition winds down. Only eight spots remain on tonight’s results show, so it’s crunch time. Did any of the 10 aspiring stars still standing begin to separate themselves from the field? Did any of them underachieve to the point where they’re in danger? Let’s break down all of the performances from Monday night … The Voice Season 7: Top 10 Performances 1. Craig Wayne Boyd – I Walk the Line (The Voice Top 10) Craig Wayne Boyd makes his bid for the Top 8 with a cover of Johnny Cash’s “I Walk the Line.” For the first time in the series, the teams were treated to guest mentors during a live round: Patrick Stump, Christina Aguilera, Colbie Caillat, and Diana Ross! Craig Wayne Boyd (Team Blake) : With a cover of Johnny Cash’s hit “Walk the Line,” he earned a standing ovation with his authenticity, talent and charisma. Matt McAndrew (Team Adam) : He took on Coldplay’s “Fix You” with an upper range that gave Gwen (and probably a few others) the chills in a big way. Anita Antoinette (Team Gwen) : Performing a reggae rendition of Passenger’s “Let Her Go,” with some Aguilera style runs, this one was a big success. Damien (Team Adam) : His take on Stevie Wonder’s “You and I,” won endless praise from Pharrell, and the crowd seemed to get totally into it as it went on. Reagan James (Team Blake) : This rendition of Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” was the most unique effort of the night and one of her best this season thus far. Luke Wade (Team Pharrell) : Seeking to redeem himself on Otis Redding’s “Try A Little Tenderness,” he appeared to right the ship and then some Monday. Ryan Sill (Team Gwen) : On Muse’s “Starlight,” he took Aguilera’s advice to deviate from the original, and is among the most improved of the Top 10. Is that enough? DaNica Shirey (Team Pharrell) : Bold as it was to even attempt Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing,” in front of Clive Davis, she won plaudits and praise galore. Taylor John Williams (Team Gwen) : Rocking out to The Beatles’ “Come Together,” his stage presence was the main takeaway from this strong performance. Chris Jamison (Team Adam) : Singing Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ “Uptown Funk,” he showed strong rhythmic ability and his comfort with the entire stage. What do you think? Jane the Virgin Season 1 Episode 7 Recap: Ready to Move On?

We kicked off Jane the Virgin Season 1 Episode 7 with a flashback to a kiss between Jane and Rafael. No, not the romantic one that concluded last Monday night’s installment, but the first ever lip lock between the pair, back when Jane was 18 years old. Why didn’t the relationship work out back then? Because Rafael never called, a fact Xo has not forgotten all this time later. Watch Jane the Virgin Season 1 Episode 7 Online But Jane insists that Rafael has changed, an argument helped when he shows up at her door and says he wants to take her on a date. Jane says she needs to go very slow, though, considering the baggage (sort of crazy ex-wife for him, unborn child for her, etc.) and her recent break-up, which she appears to be handling well. That is, until Michael finds flowers sent by Rafael – along with a card and a mention of their kiss – and tells Jane that she isn’t “the person I thought you were.” OUCH . Later that night, Jane and her friends end up at a club and, wouldn’t you know it, Rafael is there, too! Jane can’t take her eyes off of him, but she refuses to jump into a relationship out of respect for Michael. Rafael gives a speech about taking advantage of the time they have and of the baby on the way and it inspires Jane to leave the club with him. As you can see when you watch Jane the Virgin online , they head to Target and then to the hotel pool, just chatting away until dawn. The night was rated PG, but Jane and Rafael fell sleep, prompting a freak-out from Xo, who called all of Jane’s friends to track her down. It also prompts a chew -out from the head nun when Jane shows up in the same dress the next morning. Later that day, Xo and Jane have a heart-to-hear about making “smart choices,” with the former understanding her daughter better than she lets on. She has decided to end her budding romance with Rogelio and went out on a date here with the dad of one of her dance school students. As for Michael? He ends up fighting with his partner about the Sin Rostro investigation and then totally getting it on with her. Petra also had some sex this week, with former fiancé Lachlan. She does so to get the $350,000 needed to pay off Ivan, which Petra will receive upon passing along information about Rafael. We eventually learn that Lachlan and Petra conspired to get Rafael fired, which forces Rafael to call and cancel their dinner date. He tells her he’s on his way to Mexico City. To what end? The series takes a week off and then returns on December 8 with Jane the Virgin Season 1 Episode 8 , as previewed here: Jane the Virgin Season 1 Episode 8 Teaser

Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 Recap: Who Proposed on the Finale?! Are They Together?!

Friday night’s emotional Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 marked a one-hour finale of the We TV show centered around the titular star’s fragile marriage. Would Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett split up for good? Or continue working toward a future together, picking up the pieces to find “The Missing Peace”? Watch Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 Online The culmination of a scandal that erupted earlier this year, and formed the basis for the entire series you forgot was even still on, this was the final chapter. We came into Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 14 unsure where things stood as she returned from Costa Rica and learned about her mom’s Facebook rant. A few days later, Patti Wilkinson sold a story about Kendra to the tabloids, and wasn’t kind to her in that either. When one door closes, another opens, though. This actually helped bring Kendra and Hank closer together, as they saw the story in the press (yeah, right) while waiting to meet with their therapist. Later, she reflected on how all the pain her mom continues to inflict on her has showed her just how much Hank cares, and has always been there. If you watch Kendra on Top online , you know there have been more than a few moments clearly scripted for the cameras. This is a prime example. Nevertheless, she seems to have come around to his side, and reluctantly agrees when their therapists suggests she and Hank plan a date night. Kendra and Hank left their two children with Jessica Hall , who Hank recently praised for saving their marriage, and headed out to a fancy restaurant. There, he presented her with a yellow diamond ring. He proposed to her! It was a not a marriage proposal, per se, since they’re still married, and we’re still not sure what exactly he was proposing, but it was sweet and went over well. Kendra told Hank she couldn’t accept the ring unless he told her the truth about his alleged affair with Ava London , but within seconds, that was all over. After asking to see the ring, she flipped the script and proposed to Hank, asking him to move back in with her! OMG, it’s all going to be all right after all! Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett: In Happier Times 1. Kendra and 2 Hanks There was a time when Kendra and Hank looked to be a very happy couple. This photo was snapped in 2012. We don’t get it either, but we’re glad things seemed to have ended well. Where do these two go from here? It’s an uphill road, we’re told, but they’re willing to embark on the journey together. Most likely on more reality TV programs. Was the whole Ava London thing faked, or at least exaggerated for the sake of the show? Will Hank and Kendra renew their vows on Marriage Boot Camp? Unclear, and definitely. The latter is already a done deal.

The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 8 Recap: Liv and Don’t Let Die

Think your family is effed up? On  The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 8 , viewers were invited to Friendsgiving. But Caroline’s perfectly-organized dinner was quickly hijacked by a tale about Liv and Luke’s family… which also includes Jo and Kai. Get comfortable, THGers. This episode spewed forth a great deal of mythology and exposition… Jo vaguely recognized Liv as soon as she arrived for Friendsgiving and we later learned why via a series of flashbacks. Let’s hammer them out bullet-point style, shall we? Jo and Kai were twins. They were members of the Gemini Coven, which turned its leadership over to twins once those siblings reached the age of 22. But the family knew Kai was kind of insane, so the parents kept having babies until another set of twins came along: Liv and Luke. Kai finally snapped one day (May 10, 1994 to be exact), killing all his sibling and going after Liv and Luke. But Jo used her magic to make them vanish and then hid her magic in a knife that she buried near her house in Portland. Did we also mention that when the twins turn 22 they actually merge? The strongest twin absorbs the weaker one and THAT witch becomes coven leader. So Jo tricked Kai into thinking she was on board with this plan. The coven gathered around for the merging ceremony, only for them to curse Kai to be stuck inside May 10, 1994 forever. And that’s where we met him on The Vampire Diaries Season 6 earlier this year. Stefan, Alarc and Damon, meanwhile, were in Portland to check out this Gemini Coven.  They came across Kai’s father, who overheard Damon saying he knew Kai and cast some sort of spell that made Damon invisible to his brother and best friend. After hearing all about Damon’s adventures in 1994, Papa Parker was afraid Kai would return, kill Jo, take her power and rule the world. So he cast another spell, this one meant to actually kill Jo and prevent Kai from usurping her power. Fortunately, Elena was able to save her mentor with some vampire blood, admitting to Liam that she’s a vampire and then compelling everything away. He’s pretty much gone now. But the family secrets are all about, with Tyler vowing to protect Liv if her coven comes looking for her, since she and Luke don’t exactly want to merge on their upcoming 22nd birthday. Damon, meanwhile, wants to bring Bonnie because he misses her and also because he thinks Bonnie will convince Elena to be with him. So he compelled Alaric to get the Ascendant from Jo (even though Kai being released will place her life in danger) at any cost. Finally, back in 1994, Kai took Bonnie to Portland and realized Jo his her magic in the aforementioned knife. He dug it out. He took its magic. He took some blood from Bonnie and now he thinks he can maybe return to present day. We ended the hour with Bonnie alone in Portland, very afraid. As we all should be. Talk about a busy hour, huh? You may need to watch The Vampire Diaries online in order to make sense of it all. Then, check out the following trailer for The Vampire Diaries Season 6 Episode 9 , which airs on December 4. The League Season 6 Episode 12 & 13 Recap: Menage a Cinq at the Beach House
