The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 10 Recap: The Lost and the Plunderers

How does life continue after the death of a loved one? That was the big question on The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 10 , an hour which focused on six different stories. Yeah, fans tend to complain about the slow episodes that follow just one character, so this one seemed like a way of proving the show can still be exciting. Watch The Walking Dead Season 8 Episode 10 Online     Michonne   We picked up with Michonne in the immediate aftermath of Carl’s death. Michonne realized that Carl had painted his hands with Judith’s on the porch.  Michonne and Rick realized the best foot forward was to make a getaway from Alexandria and regroup with their allies somewhere else.  Rick was not wanting to follow through on Carl’s last wishes, and refused to read the letter Carl left for him. The only thing giving Rick the drive he needed was finding a way to get the truth from Jadis about the alliance.  When they arrived at the landfill Jadis and her mischevious group called home, walkers descended on them, and it did not look good.  Negan Negan and Simon were chatting about what happened when they attacked each of the places they planned to. Negan did not know how to feel about the fact that Carl played him.  Was he ready to admit that Carl was one of the best manipulators around, or was he prepared to move on and try to take down some more of Rick’s group? Well, it seemed like Simon was lying to him for a start. He claimed the drama at Hilltop all went to plan. Negan then told Simon “the garbage people” were next on the hit list.  Negan tasked Simon with killing one of them to keep them in line. It was a classic move from the Negan playbook.  Enid Aaron and Enid were stuck at Oceanside, and Rachel was still whining about Natania being killed. She even went as far as claiming they should be killed.  Cyndie was the one given the power to decide who to kill, and she thought about it.  Enid admitted to Aaron that, given the opportunity, she would kill again. In the end, the pair were ousted from Oceanside and told never to return … or else.  Aaron said he was going to stick around because he needed to get them to join the fight with them. Enid worried that she would not see him again, but a new friendship was formed.  Simon Simon made his way to the Hilltop and Jadis tried to imply that she had not sided with Rick and that she was still on his side. Simon said the Saviors needed to take all of their belongings to prove the “garbage people” were on board with Negan.  Simon made some jokes about the garbage, and then shot Brion because Jadis was anything but open with him. Simon then gave the order to take down all of the Scavengers. Yeah, he was totally going against Negan’s word on this one.  Jadis When Rick and Michonne made their getaway from the walkers, they realized the walkers were actually the Scavengers. She admitted that she thought she and her people could make something of the landfill and that’s why they stuck around for so long.  “This was our world, apart form everyone else in every way,” she dished. She pleaded with Rick to allow her to join him and his people, but he left her high and dry to fend for herself.  Rick Rick was glad he did not kill her, but he was too consumed by his grief to care about what came next. Rick decided to read some letters, and he was shocked to learn that there was one for Negan.  He looked at it and found out that Carl wanted peace between everyone because too many people died. Rick called out for Negan on the walkie-talkie and said that he was coming for him.  Negan concluded that Rick had already lost.  What do you think? Hit the comments below! Jill Duggar: Is She Questioning Her Faith In God?!

Essentially, the Duggars are famous for two things – being very fertile and being very religious. The two conditions are inextricably linked, of course, as only people who believe they’ll go to eternal hell if they use condoms would subject themselves to the temporary hell of raising 19 children. Just kidding, Duggars! Anyway, it seems Jill Duggar is proving to be an unexpected rebel in more ways than one. Not only has she yet to sire an entire baseball team’s worth of children (complete with full pitching staff and designated hitters), but fans think she might be turning her back on her faith. In a recent Instagram post, Jill revealed that she’s currently reading a book with the rather ambitious title of The Story of Reality . “Wow! I’m not even finished with this book yet and it’s so good! Just read chapters 13-15 today. If you’ve ever wondered #whydoesgodallowsuffering or you’ve stopped believing in God then you’ve gotta read this book!” Jill wrote. “I could never give up on God, our father,” one user wrote, apparently under the impression that Jill was questioning her faith. “He is the reason we are all here, on the earth he made. You just need to remember to believe in him.” At one point a user who identified herself as an atheist congratulated Jill on opening herself up to new ideas. Needless to say, the situation threw some of Jill’s more pious followers for a loop. “This is a Christian book and how everything in the world ties in with God. People are making ignorant assumptions and haven’t even bothered to learn what this book is about,” one user argued. Indeed, according to a description on the book’s Amazon page, The Story of Reality makes an argument for “Christianity as a true story of how the world began.” So relax, folks – it appears that Jill has no intention of deviating from the belief system she was raised with. But that’s not stopping the debate from raging on Jill’s Instagram page. For some of her followers, the most interesting part of Jill’s latest post has nothing to do with her beliefs, and everything to do with to do the most compelling word in the book’s title – reality. When Derick Dillard attacked Jazz Jennings on Twitter, he launched his tirade by accusing the teen of starring in “a reality show that promotes an unreality.” Derick was fired by TLC for his harassment, and some former fans couldn’t resist the opportunity to remind Jill of her family’s latest scandal: “The Reality is that your homophobic husband got fired from the show! Reg E. Cathey Dies; Veteran Actor Was 59 Years Old

Reg E. Cathey, a veteran actor likely best known to television fans for roles in House of Cards and The Wire, died this week from lung cancer. He was 59 years old. According to TMZ sources, Cathey was surrounded by friends, family members and loved ones at the time of his passing, which took place at his home in New York. It’s unclear at the moment for how long Cathey had been battling his illness. The Wire creator David Simon confirmed Cathey’s death on Twitter, leaving the following statement along with a photo of the veteran star: Reg Cathey, 1958-2018.  Not only a fine, masterful actor — but simply one of the most delightful human beings with whom I ever shared some long days on set. On wit alone, he could double any man over and leave him thinking. Reg, your memory is a great blessing. Cathey was nominated for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series in 2014, 2015 and 2016, each time for his portrayal Freddy Hayes on HBO’s House of Cards. The character was the owner of a rib restaurant that provided the Kevin Spacey’s Frank Underwood a sanctuary and secret hideout. He won this Emmy Award in 2015. On Season 4 of The Wire – generally considered to be the legendary drama’s best – he played Norman Wilson, a reporter-turned-political operative who consulted with Tommy Carcetti as the latter quickly rose to prominence up in Maryland politics. Cathey also played a part on The Corner, Simon’s predecessor to The Wire on HBO. A native of Alabama, Cathey’s big screen resume included roles in Fantastic Four and Se7en. In response to this sad news, House of Cards creator Beau Willimon said the following on Friday evening: Reg Cathey was one of a kind. Brimming with life force, generosity, humor, gravitas and a fountain of talent. Loved by everyone lucky enough know him and work with him. He will be greatly missed. Rest In Peace, Reg. Having been in the business for so long, Cathey was mourned on social media by a wide range of actors from both the TV and movie worlds. Celebrity Big Brother Recap: Who Was Evicted?

We think it’s fair to say that Celebrity Big Brother has brought the drama throughout its first week on the air.  We’ve had Brandi Glanville causing trouble, Omarosa wailing to Ross Matthews about how she would never vote for Donald Trump again and a big twist that allowed the head of household to be overthrown.  The first big event of the episode was the Power of Veto competition, and if you’ve been keeping up with our Big Brother spoilers , you will already know how that played out.  Keshia, James, and Chuck were players by default. Mark and Ari were picked by random draw, and Keshia chose Shannon to help her try and keep the nominations the same.  Omarosa was tasked with hosting the competition that found the houseguests spelling the biggest word. Shannon emerged as the winner, successfully spelling out “responsibilities.” That means Shannon won the first two competitions of the season and needs to dial it back a little if she has any hope of making it much further.  Proving to be a competition beast in week one can be detrimental to your place in the game. It’s a good thing Shannon is in that all-female alliance because they should all keep each other safe.  James and Ari came in the last place in the competition, so they had to wear baby costumes for 48 hours. They came to play Big Baby, it seems.  The nominations were kept the same, meaning James or Chuck would be going home. This meant James was the likely one to go, but there were some last-minute discussions that made everyone question the target.  Eviction One Votes: Brandi Glanville votes to evict: Chuck Ariadna Guiterrez votes to evict: Chuck Omarosa votes to evict: James Ross Mathews votes to evict: Chuck Metta World Peace votes to evict: Chuck Marissa Jaret Winokur votes to evict: Chuck Shannon Elizabeth votes to evict: Chuck Mark McGrath votes to evict: Chuck By a vote of 7-1, Chuck was the first houseguest evicted from Celebrity Big Brother! He was furious, but it was a last-minute blindside that will likely come back to haunt some of the players.  Omarosa voting to evict James seemed like a strategic move to cause some unrest in the all-female alliance. It seems a bit early to be doing that, but we all knew she would be causing as much trouble as possible.  The power is back up for grabs, and we cannot wait to see who has been crowned the next HOH. The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 Episode 15 Recap: Margaret vs. Siggy

Kim D was back to stir the pot on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 Episode 15 , and Teresa Giudice was not about to let her leave without throwing in her two cents.  Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 Episode 15 Online “F—k yeah, I’m on probation, bitch,” Teresa snarled at her enemy before saying that Posche stood for “Piece Of S—t Coke wHore Every day.” Yes, we’re not so sure Teresa is very good at her spelling. We pity the editor of her books.  Kim then pointed out that the fashion show raised $3,000 for the family, and that only paved the way for some more drama as Teresa claimed Kim stole some of the money for herself.  Teresa yelled that Kim D liked to wreck marriages, and even threw in some words about her being a madame. This paved the way for Kim to say that she did not hate the idea of being one.  Wouldn’t it be great if returned full-time? There would be fights on an episodic basis. It would really be Kim D vs. the world.  When Kim D was ushered out of the studio because she served her purpose to rile the women up, Margaret Josephs admitted that she was being sued for over $9 million by Vineyard Vines.  This has been widely speculated on social media and something Siggy Flicker has been taunting her with via social media, so it’s excellent that Margaret admitted it.  Margaret was adamant that it was “normal” in the industry, but Siggy continued to try and paint the fashion designer as a bad person.  Now that Siggy is out of the cast, we can breathe a huge sigh of relief until the producers cast the next unstable person to try and cut the women down.  Then, it all switched up and gave us a Dolores Catania and Danielle Staub argument for the ages. If you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, you will already know that Danielle has been critical of Dolores’ relationship with her ex-husband, Frank.  Dolores admitted that something was “off” with Danielle and that she did not have any evidence to back up the claims that she was on drugs. “I get it. You don’t like me, but shut the f—k up and stop calling me names,” Danielle fired back at her nemesis.  “I don’t want anything to do with Dolores Catania, that piece of s—t,” Danielle subsequently said while Dolores was backstage, and it became clear that Dolores loved winding Danielle up.  She was legit laughing and Danielle shouting. Well played, Dolores.  In the end, it all came down to Margaret vs. Siggy, which has been the storyline all season long.  Siggy would not confirm whether she thought Margaret was anti-semitic, saying:  “Only Margaret knows what’s in her heart.” But things took a tense turn when Margaret started telling Siggy that she had deep ties to Jewish people.  “Shame on you. You are not Jewish. You didn’t convert. You are not Jewish,” Siggy balked at her.  Andy chimed in with his thoughts and admitted that his parents did not agree with Siggy’s sentiments about Margaret.  “You don’t bring him up in casual conversation,” Siggy said. “It’s done.” So, that’s a wrap on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 ! Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 14 Episode 13 Recap: Mime Over Matter

Were the family even bothering about the continued drama with Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna? That was a hot topic on Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 14 Episode 13 as they opened up about their thoughts on the troublesome couple.  Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian discussed the whole Rob and Chyna legal drama.  Watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 14 Episode 14 Online Khloe said that the positive to the drama was that “there’s no way Rob and Chyna could get back together,” but “the negative is all of this other [expletive] right now.” Kim was critical of Rob for posting the nudes of Blac Chyna online.  “The negative is that as Rob having sisters, he should just know better,” she said. “He should have just like controlled himself.” “Rob and Chyna have officially broken up, but they obviously still have to communicate for the custody of Dream,” Khloe began in a confessional. “They’re still having a hard time getting along. The legal battle that has been going on between the two of them has been super frustrating.” “I feel like this is escalating to a place that none of us could have ever imagined.” Khloe then told Kim, “He’s made out to be this bad guy when she’s taunting him… You don’t [expletive] with someone’s heart and emotions.” Khloe and Kourtney then got Rob on the phone to get an update on what was happening with Chyna with regards to the custody situation with Dream.  He did admit that he could take Dream to their houses for a visit, but that was about it.  “I know this is super hard for Rob because he was so in love with [Chyna] and this is not how he thought the relationship was going to end,” said Khloe in a confessional.  Well, Rob did leak the nudes, so maybe he should have thought about that before worrying about a custody battle.  Khloe knew the situation was getting to her mother, so she chatted with her about it.  “There’s just a lot going on with Rob and the whole custody thing,” said the family matriarch. “It’s just wild. It’s stressful because I’m trying to help him navigate this.” “You can’t let it consume you. You’ve got to just smile and enjoy life,” Khloe said to her mother. Kris decided it was time to leave the conversation because it was all getting too much.  To cheer Kris up, Khloe thought pranking her would be the best foot forward. Khloe hired a mime, and he showed up at the house to handcuff himself to her.  “I know Khloe’s wants me to lighten up, and I get what she’s trying to do, but I don’t think she understands how packed my day is,” Kris said to the camera.  The mime annoyed Kris because he was doing silly stuff while he was out with. Kris decided it was time to part ways with the mime and her assistant cut her free.  “By the end of the day, I got to say it was really fun. I’ve never laughed so hard in my life,” Kris admitted.  In the end, Kris managed to return the favor by showing at Khloe’s house dressed as a mime.  “Mom, this is really your look! I think you should do this all the time,” Khloe said to her mother before turning to a konfessional to reveal her thoughts on her mother’s new look.  “I am so happy to see my mom as this light, fun Kris Jenner. This is the Kris Jenner that I know, so the next time things get crazy, pull out that face paint and your mime costume. You’re good to go.” Meanwhile, Kourtney revealed that she was traveling to Egypt with Younes Bendjima, but she felt guilty about leaving her kids behind.  “I’m proud that you’re doing something for yourself,” said Khloe who wanted her sister to have fun. “There was a time when I wouldn’t even sleep out for one night,” Kourtney responded before saying that she wanted to keep her relationship separate from her kids.  What did you think of all the drama? Riverdale Shocker: The Black Hood Revealed!

Riverdale wrapped up the central plot of the sophomore run of the show on the show’s fall finale.  When Riverdale Season 2 Episode 9 got underway, Betty and Archie were roped into trying to find Mr Svenson when it became apparent the killer was going to murder him. The Black Hood gave Betty the former janitor’s finger, so she and Archie started gathering all the details to find a way to save the janitor.  They wound up at the asylum Polly escaped from on Riverdale Season 1 . The woman’s answers were limited, but she noted that Nana Blossom was in on it from the start.  The original killer was buried alive as opposed to straight-up murdered. Nana Blossom was slight with the details but noted that Papa Cooper was in on all of the drama and was present when the man was buried alive.  This made Betty recall a picture she had of her family standing over the just-buried grave. When she found the picture, it confirmed where Archie and she should be looking: Pitchens Park.  They raced over to the park to save the janitor and called Keller on the way. When they dug the grave, however, they found it to be empty, and the killer emerged from the shadows.  He forced Betty to bury Archie alive. While she was doing so, the sirens were heard in the distance, and the killer got ready to run off, but Betty gave him a good old whack with the shovel.  She and Archie then chased the man, and he tried to jump into the Sweetwater River, but Keller successfully shot (and killed!) him. Keller then took the mask off to reveal…  Mr  Svenson! What was terrible about the twist was that Archie has been going on for weeks now about looking into the killer’s eyes, so it was a bit nonsensical.  During the mission, however, Betty and Jughead shared a kiss, and it was awful. It’s time for this show to ditch the relationship drama or it runs the risk of losing a lot of viewers.  While all of this was going down, Jughead exacted some sweet revenge on Penny Peabody. He and the Serpents kidnapped her, took her to Greendale and told her to do business there.  Jughead then cut her Serpent tattoo off of her arm before warning her to stay away from town. FP was mad, but he had to put it aside because his son was trying to help him out.  Then there was Veronica who found out that her family owned the diner and that they had been lying to her all along. She got them back by spending $86,000 on Fred’s medical bills.  Her parents then revealed all about their mission to take over Riverdale and let all of the drama go. Veronica officially joined her family’s dark side, before meeting Archie and rekindling their romance.  What did you think of the killer reveal?  Hit the comments below! Taylor Swift Offers Important Advice to Sexual Assault Victims

On the entertainment front, Taylor Swift had a relatively quiet year. She released a new album and announced a new tour toward the end of 2017, but she remained almost entirely silent for a solid three-quarters of the past 12 months. In front of the camera or on social media, that is. Outside of the music industry, Swift was actually involved in a lawsuit that perhaps helped set the tone for the #MeToo movement. Following allegations that a DJ groped her during a 2013 photo opportunity, Swift testified under oath as part of her harassment lawsuit against David Mueller. She had alleged that Mueller reached under her skirt and grabbed her butt during a meet-and-greet four years ago, an accusation that actually prompted Mueller to sue Swift for defamation. But Taylor refused to back down. First, her testimony and other pieces of evidence caused a judge to dismiss Mueller’s lawsuit . Then, the singer won her countersuit against Mueller , earning raucous praise for how she handled herself on the witness stand amidst a barrage of victim-shaming attempts by Mueller’s lawyer. (“I am not going to allow your client to make me feel like it is any way my fault because it isn’t,” she said at one point to the attorney.) Due to how strongly she stood up for herself and, by extension, other victims of harassment, Swift was included this week on Time’s Person of the Year cover: The issue honors the “Silence Breakers” who have helped exposed an unseemly number of sexual harassers and predators around the country. The superstar also praised all the “brave women” speaking out in public about their experiences for helping “move the needle in terms of letting people know that this abuse of power shouldn’t be tolerated.” The #MeToo movement got underway in earnest after Harvey Weinstein was exposed as a serial sexual predator. After Alyssa Milano sent a Tweet that asked women (and men) to use the hashtag #MeToo if they had been the victim of any sort of unwanted sexual act or comment, an endless array of social media users followed suit. As a result, celebrities such as Kevin Spacey, Louis CK, Charlie Rose and Matt Lauer have lost their jobs (and their statuses) in the wake of troubling allegations. We can likely expect more and more famous men to be outed as generally awful people in this regard in the coming weeks and months. It’s depressing and disturbing to learn of these incidents. Kim D. has got to be the woman the producers of The Real Housewives of New Jersey call in when they need to inject some drama back into the show.  It’s almost like they thought, “Darn, Danielle is not bringing the drama we thought she would. Could we get Kim D. back to stir the pot and fracture the friendships of the core women?” Watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 Episode 9 Online It’s not a bad thing, but if The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 8 Episode 9 proved anything, it was that Kim should not come back again because her claims do not hold much water.  What Posche  Really Stands For Siggy and Dolores showed up to prepare for the fashion show, Kim wanted to know how her claims about Teresa being a cheat went down with everyone.  “Everyone hates you so much,” Siggy said proving again that she is not one to try and sugar coat things.  Kim then said that she heard Teresa was done with Jone, so she could do what she wanted. That’s when Siggy and Dolores defended her.  “Welcome to the Posche fundraiser. Toodloo!” Kim said to the women as she gave them a breather.  Teresa claimed to Melissa that she would keep her composure and not fight with her hands because she needed to keep it together or she ran the risk of being hauled back to jail.  Not one to show any fear, Kim said that she would fight Teresa, Margaret, Dolores, and Melissa. Yes, really.  “I’ll take you all, come on,” the villain said, but it was not clear whether she was smiling, or pooping her pants. We can thank the botox for that.  “Nobody is gonna talk about my husband or me,” Teresa says. “You talked about my husband two years ago. Did you see him fuck another girl?”   That’s when Kim said Teresa has been spotted out at clubs and getting close to other men.  “Piece Of Shit, Coke Whore, Home Wrecker Every Day!,” Teresa said of what Posche stands for. Her attempt to string a sentence together failed because it did not make sense.  Kim then went for the jugular and said that if Teresa got rowdy, she would have her locked up.  Melissa tried to defend Teresa and asked Siggy and Dolores whether they were disgusted yet by what they were seeing. Dolores started yelling and getting up in her grill.  Teresa left and referred to Siggy and Dolores as Kim’s puppets.   Siggy and Dolores See the Light The next day, Siggy and Dolores went to dinner with Frank, and he was straight to the point about understanding where Teresa was coming from.  The two women agreed that maybe they should have left the event, and Siggy went to visit Teresa to let her know she was sorry.  Teresa accepted, and they were friends again, but Melissa was still unsure about the pair making their way to Milan.  Melissa closed her segment essentially saying that Dolores had better watch her back. Is anyone else her just for Melissa and Danielle teaming up to take down Dolores? Like Mother, Like Daughter The other big plot strand was Marge Sr. going on a date with Margaret’s accountant. Margaret and her husband went along for the ride to chaperone the date, but it became clear there was something sketchy going on.  Margaret made ill-timed comments about her mother still being capable of “swallowing.” Yes, that is what Steve will be dealing with if he becomes a permanent fixture to the family.  The Other Side In a more serious scene, Melissa, Teresa, and Joe spoke to a medium about Nona’s passing, and the medium said that she was happily on the other side and is out of her pain.  It was unsettling because all three of them were bawling their eyes out. The only thing that irked me was that the woman could have gotten her information from watching every episode of the show before meeting them.  Sigh.  What did you think of this episode?
