Robert Ross to Court: Shaquille O’Neal Hired Me for Murder!

Robert Ross is suing Shaquille O’Neal for allegedly masterminding a plot to kidnap him over a sex tape Ross supposedly possessed that depicted the former NBA star and a mistress. It’s a complicated case and you can read more about it HERE . Now, in new court documents obtained by TMZ, Ross includes even more damning accusations against Shaq: he says O’Neal hired him to murder multiple people, including a gang member, a record producer, and a woman Shaq knocked up. Ross is a former gang member and acquaintance of O’Neal’s, who had falling out with the athlete over a record deal. The lawsuit reads : “For many years O’Neal requested and directed [Ross] to perform many personal favors and directed him to perform various tasks including, but not limited to: ordering [Ross] to kill a member of the Downtown Gangster Crips who had disrespected O’Neal in front of his wife Shaunie.” According to Ross, O’Neal also issued “an order to kill a woman whom [he]had impregnated and paid for her abortion” and “an order to kill a renown record producer, as well as “an order to break an NBA player’s shooting arm.” A lawyer for Shaq, who was hired this week as an analyst by TNT, has replied to these charges: “The outlandish claims by Robert Ross in his civil complaint are pure fiction.

Harry cleared $80 overall yesterday, blowing by the $72 million record by The Twilight Saga: New Moon . Look for it to gross over $180 million before the weekend is over, which would move it past The Dark Knight and prove once and for all: Movie goers prefer wizards to vampires and mayhem-causing superheroes.

It’s the unofficial 84th birthday of our favorite chain convenience store, 7-Eleven , meaning two things: First, you’re entitled to a free Slurpee (at all participating locations) and second, it’s as good a time as any to look back at some of the best scenes set in 7-Eleven-like establishments in movie history. Who knew that one-stop-shop marts were appropriate settings for pregnancy scares, super-human cyborgs, Michael Bay-directed hold-ups and most frightening of all, a skinny, ’90s era Alec Baldwin in a track suit?
