The First Trailer For ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Is Here

View original post here:

F ans have been waiting patiently for the first trailer for next epic Marvel film, Avengers: Infinity War putting our favorite heroes up against their greatest threat yet Thanos .  We are happy to say the wait is finally over. Lucky fans got to see the trailer earlier this year at San Diego Comic-Con, someone subsequently recorded it and shared it on the web. The bad copy was viewed quite a number of times before it Marvel snatched it down. Just recently the trailer supposedly leaked and screenshots from it were also shared giving away some hints of how earth’s mightiest heroes looked in the film. Those were snatched down swiftly by Marvel Studios. Infinity War directors, the Russo Brothers have been teasing fans as to when the trailer was officially dropping by giving very vague hints on their on their Facebook page in the form a countdown. We also got our first look at the movie poster thanks to Tom Holland aka Spider-Man via his Twitter account. Thanks @TomHolland1996 . Thanks @MarkRuffalo . After a decade of unprecedented success, @MarvelStudios is at a pivotal moment: the looming farewell to some of its founding superheroes, and the rise of a new generation. https://t.co/JoKFAtWZA5 pic.twitter.com/ed9u2kiNQx — VANITY FAIR (@VanityFair) November 27, 2017 But now we are here, no more waiting if you haven’t already and if you did hell watch it again. Amy Duggar Slams Derick Dillard: Try Being a Nice Person!

Amy Duggar is urging her online followers – and Jill Duggar’s husband Derick Dillard – to extend love and compassion instead of hate. What a novel concept, we know. Jarring. The Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars cast member and niece of Jim Bob Duggar took to Twitter to share an uplifting message: “You might not agree with someone or their lifestyle but you SHOULD be compassionate and show God’s love regardless to everyone.” There’s no doubt what sparked this. Amy’s tweet comes a week after Derick Dillard was fired by TLC following a second, unprompted attack on fellow network star Jazz Jennings. Derick, the husband of Amy’s cousin Jill, has some serious problems with 17-year-old Jazz, the transgender star of I Am Jazz on TLC. Dillard got into it with Twitter user @_mastercthulhu, saying, “I pity Jazz 4 those who take advantage of him in order 2 promote their agenda.” That includes “the parents who allow these kinds of decisions 2 be made by a child … It’s sad that ppl would use a juvenile this way.” “Jazz is being taken advantage of, as part of a larger agenda. I really have nothing against the kid and wish him all the best in life,” he adds. “I just hate seeing him used this way.” Note the inaccurate pronouns as part of Dillard’s attack on Jazz Jennings , which came out of nowhere and wasn’t even the first of its kind. Derick’s outspoken and controversial quotes along these lines had already been causing friction between the Duggars and the network. That tension has now boiled over. After Amy’s message, Der’s Twitter adversary @_mastercthulhu applauded her for being respectful to others, responding: “This is what I was trying to say to Derick. It’s okay that you don’t agree with the trans community, that’s your opinion and that’s fine.” “But you can’t bully and be mean to others this is coming from an atheist! I’m glad you understand what it means to be a good Christian, Amy.” “I have friends that are gay and I still love them as a person,” Amy replied to her new Twitter supporter. “Thank you for following.” Following his initial criticism of I Am Jazz, a reality show which he called an “oxymoron” based on the transgender “myth,” Derick wrote: “No one – women, men, children or transgender persons – should be subjected to any form of exploitation or targeted for discrimination.” “Transsexual and transgendered persons are entitled to the same human and civil rights as others.” “Recognizing these rights, however, does not mean that we must accept that hormones and surgery transform men into women and women into men.” “Or,” he added, “that persons who self-identify as members of the opposite sex, are what they subjectively claim to be.”  “What an oxymoron. A ‘reality’ show which follows a non-reality. ‘Transgender’ is a myth. Gender is not fluid. It’s ordained by God.” Obviously, this set off a firestorm. Some of Dillard’s fans lauded these comments, but his network bosses were far from impressed. TLC released a statement: “We want to let our viewers know that Derick Dillard has not participated in Counting On for months and the network has no plans to feature him in the future.” “We want to reiterate that Derick’s personal statements do not reflect the views of the network,” the statement said in no uncertain terms. It concluded, referencing his target: “TLC is proud to share the story of Jazz Jennings and her family and will continue to do so.” A low-key firing, but pretty direct nonetheless; Jill may be fired from Counting On as well, apparently, based on these comments. Jazz herself responded indirectly to the controversy, not naming Derick specifically but clearly referring to him when she wrote: “In the face of constant ignorance and hatred I prefer to disregard negative opinions and continue moving forward with love.” Sounds like a message Amy Duggar would embrace. Teen Shares Epic "Weight Loss" Photo After Breakup: "I Lost 200 Pounds!"

There are bad dates and there are worse dates. And not all of those are first dates, either. Well, a teenager named Miranda had a particularly bad date … and celebrated the ensuing break-up with a triumphant weight loss announcement. And a before-and-after photo that rocketed to viral fame. Miranda Baker is a beautiful young woman. She’s certainly not someone whom we would describe as “disgusting” or “unattractive.” But that is apparently exactly how her (now ex-)boyfriend described her just before their breakup. See, Miranda is an 18-year-old student at Iowa State University. And on Sunday, she tweeted two (now-deleted) photos, which we have for you below. Using some simple photo cropping, she turned the single photo into a before-and-after picture, along with the caption: “After getting called disgusting last night, I successfully dropped 200lbs! (Before and after pics)” Before you start to worry about her health or grow concerned that this is an endorsement of fat-shaming as a weight loss technique, take a look: That’s great. Obviously, this is neither the first nor the most original use of the “I just lost x pounds” line often employed by the newly divorced. But the fact that she included photos and actively photoshopped her former boyfriend out of them so that they could be “before and after” photos really wins you over. Miranda told The Daily Mail that she and her ex had been seeing each other for about 5 weeks before the ugly incident and breakup. On Saturday, the pair spent the afternoon tailgating and even had lunch with Miranda’s parents. They then went to her boyfriend’s fraternity formal together. Apparently, it was when they arrived that her date had some alarming things to say about her. “‘He said to me, “The way you were acting today was disgusting and unattractive.'” We have no idea what he could have meant, but … yikes. Unless she was rolling around in excrement or eating a kitten alive or endorsing Roy Moore or ordering mushrooms on her pizza, those comments sound entirely unwarranted. Basically, that’s an unacceptable way to talk to another human being, let alone to your girlfriend. Miranda realized that and ended up leaving the formal and meeting up with some friends. Good for her. She says that her ex later called her, and not to apologize. “About an hour later he called me, yelling at me to apologize for leaving him! I said, “I will not apologize for leaving you after you called me disgusting and unattractive.'” That sounds very fair. If he’d broken up with her over her alleged behavior, that would have been his choice. There was no need to speak to her the way that he reportedly did. Miranda’s post ended up getting retweeted by just the right people, and became an overnight sensation within the Twittersphere. She received outpourings of support for her decision to end the relationship. She also got a lot of laughs for her lighthearted “weight loss” photos. There are worse ways to handle a breakup. At least one person used the opportunity to ask her out, asking if she was looking to gain “165 pounds.” Funny, though perhaps not the time. And at least one person took to her ex’s defense, saying that none of the people enjoying the tweets knew what “actually” happened … but also not offering an alternative version of the story. Social media is amazing, folks.

Kim Kardashian Lets Daughter Ride Motorcycle, Hear It from Twitter

Kim Kardashian has something in common with Audrey Roloff. A hit reality television show and a close-knit family? Okay, yes. Allow us to therefore rephrase: Kim Kardashian now has something else in common with Audrey Roloff: With the Little People, Big World star receiving unfair backlash as a result of THIS PHOTO , Kardashian is now also the target of Internet ire after sharing a picture of her daughter. It appears to be a relatively harmless one at first glance. It was posted to Kim’s Instagram page and it featured North West riding a toy two-wheeler. What’s the big deal, right? North is four and a half years old and this is a perfectly common thing for her to be doing. We mostly agree. But we may be in the minority. Many comments in response to this image call Kim out for two reasons: North is not wearing a helmet. North is wearing Harley Davidson sweatpants. The latter, critics argue, implies that Kim and Kanye are maybe encouraging motorcycle riding as a hobby for their first born when she gets older. This is a dangerous activity under any circumstance. But it’s made even more dangerous if the individual behind the wheel (or clutching the handlebars, we suppose) isn’t donning a helmet. “sriously, Kim?!?” writes on Twitter user. “Bike safety starts early. Put a helmet on ur kid!” Another individual agrees: “It’s not about looking cool,” this person Tweets of helmet use. “It’s about being safe.” North was born back in June of 2013. She was later joined by brother Saint and the siblings will welcome a boy or a girl either later this year or early next year, as Kim has confirmed she and her famous husband are using a surrogate to expand their family. According to insiders, this surrogate will give birth right around Christmas. Shortly after that, Khloe Kardashian will give birth to her first child… …. and Kylie Jenner will give birth to her third child. Crazy, right? Little North will soon have lots of cousins and kids with whom to play, so it will be important for her to serve as a role model; when it comes to bike safety and other activities. Do you think Kim deserves to get dragged for not teaching her daughter to wear a helmet while riding her pretend motorcycle? Let us know! Not All Heroes Wear Capes: Fed Up Twitter Employee Deactivated Trump’s Twitter Account

Chip Somodevilla/Getty Images Twitter Employee Deletes Trump’s Account The world was a better place for about 11 minutes late this evening, as Donald Trump’s Twitter page was mysteriously and miraculously deleted . @realDonaldTrump and all the BS tweets therein was shut down shortly before 7 PM eastern time, leaving many to wonder what was up. Had Trump finally gotten the memo that the PRESIDENT needs to be handling business, not typing out misspelled rants on his feelings most of the day? Was Twitter just OVER all the rhetoric? But as it turned out, a Twitter employee did the USA a favor on his or her way out the door on the last day of work: Earlier today @realdonaldtrump ’s account was inadvertently deactivated due to human error by a Twitter employee. The account was down for 11 minutes, and has since been restored. We are continuing to investigate and are taking steps to prevent this from happening again. — Twitter Government (@TwitterGov) November 3, 2017 Through our investigation we have learned that this was done by a Twitter customer support employee who did this on the employee’s last day. We are conducting a full internal review. https://t.co/mlarOgiaRF — Twitter Government (@TwitterGov) November 3, 2017 Hey, you already don’t work there anymore…not like they can re-hire you just to fire you. Guess we have this employee to thank for 11 minutes of peace on our timelines. Getty

This Woman Dressed Up As ‘Commitment’ For Halloween And Some Twitter Users Weren’t Happy

More here:

Source: Alex Tihonovs / EyeEm / Getty Halloween is definitely a time to be creative with your costumes. However, one person was a little too on the nose with her idea and what was meant to be a joke resulted in some strong reactions. Haleigh Conner , a biology and neuroscience student at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, decided to dress up as “commitment” for Halloween — and when we say dress up, we mean she put on a shirt with the word “commitment” on it. Anyways, she posted the picture on Instagram and even tweeted it out with all her exes tagged. This is when people took notice and Haleigh got a wave of reactions.
