His team has presented new facts that justify the obvious. Complex is reporting that Roc Nation has submitted new evidence that proves that they were not trying to falsify statements from A. Charles Peruto Jr, the lawyer representing the judge overseeing Meek’s case. In late 2018 the attorney filed a suit against the management agency and Amazon over his appearance in the Free Meek documentary. He volunteered to appear in the film to formally discuss the case but was caught talking reckless. He admitted that Brinkley appeared to look “f***ing awful” for not granting the MMG rapper a new case. Charles also flatly said defending her was difficult given her rulings exposed as being biased against the Philadelphia MC. Peruto filed a lawsuit against the two companies claiming the audio was altered. The court documents stated “These illegally intercepted and digitized oral communications were then edited and leaked to the press so that Peruto’s off the record words would be manipulated against him and his client, Judge Brinkley”. Well the Roc is stood ten toes down on their claims and have since hired experts that have verified that the off the record statements were not doctored. “Even though they are recompressed into different formats, their content accurately reflects the dialogue recorded in the original evidence files” the new filings read. Source: U.S. Navy / Getty Plane Skids Off Of The Runway And Into A River A Boeing 737 charter jet arriving at the Jacksonville, Florida from Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, slid off the runway into the St. Johns River on Friday night, injuring 21 people, according to authorities . All 136 passengers and seven crew members had been rescued by early Saturday morning, a Navy spokeswoman said. Luckily, none of the injuries were life-threatening. “I think it is a miracle,” Capt. Michael P. Connor, the commanding officer at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, said at a news conference on Saturday morning. “We could be talking about a different story.” The sheriff’s office said the plane had never been submerged with photos showed the aircraft floating on the St. Johns River. The incident occurred at about 9:40 p.m. as the pilot attempted to land the jet amid heavy thunder and rain. The flight was operated by Miami Air International , a charter company that shuttles military service members from the base in Guantánamo Bay to naval air stations in Jacksonville and Norfolk, Virginia. Boeing has been under some serious scrutiny following two deadly crashes of its 737 Max jet within months of each other–while Miami Air International’s website says the airline exclusively uses the Boeing 737-800 jet, which is a different model. The Max planes have been grounded in the United States and several other countries in the aftermath of the Ethiopian Airlines crash. Luckily, there were no serious injuries or fatalities in this latest incident.

Led by CNN’s Van Jones, the group discussed reform, policy, advancing employment opportunities and more. Rob’s attendance is especially interesting as he is currently fighting to keep video footage of him allegedly getting sexually serviced by a masseuse at the now infamous Orchids of Asia Spa in Florida. His legal team addressed the court in Palm Beach County stating “the requirements to curtail what can be captured must be scrutinized and high levels of responsibility must be met to avoid the intrusion on the activities of the innocent. These strict standards were simply not met in this case. There was no effort made to avoid capturing innocent activity behind the closed-door of a massage room. There is no other remedy but to suppress the evidence gathered.” Kraft has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of soliciting prostitution. He is due at court in late May. She can’t be President of The United States if she doesn’t pass the smell test with African-American women. During the She The People Forum in Houston on Wednesday, Warren spoke directly to the issues that she has her sights on that would directly improve the lives of Black women. Here’s what she said according to FoxNews : “And there is a specific problem, as you rightly identified, for women of color who are three, four times more likely to die in childbirth,” Warren said. “And here’s the thing, even after we do the adjustments for income, for education, this is true across the board. This is true for well-educated African American women, for wealthy African American women, and the best studies that I’m seeing put it down to just one thing, prejudice,” she added. “That doctors and nurses don’t hear African American women’s medical issues the same way that they hear the same things from white women.” That’s pretty direct. Warren’s plan to rectify this problem is to offer incentives to hospitals who manage to balance the infant mortality rate and remove certain funding if the rate begins to increase. On Thursday, Biden announced his decision to run for president for a third time with a campaign video that pretty much shut down the Internet. He even classily threw some shots at current President Trump and how he failed to handle many of brutal attacks by White Supremacists in the past four years. “He said there were quote some very fine people on both sides. With those words, the President of the United States assigned a moral equivalence between those spreading hate and those with the courage to stand against it. And in that moment, I knew the threat to this nation was unlike any I had ever seen in my lifetime.” Biden added that the 2020 race is a “battle for the soul of this nation.” “The core values of this nation, our standing in the world, our very democracy, everything that has made America, America, is at stake. That’s why today I’m announcing my candidacy for President of the United States.” Even during his days as VP, Joe Biden has carried himself more Presidential than Trump and many other hopeful in the upcoming election — and with that comes a bunch of haters. After Biden’s announcement on Thursday, Trump tweeted: “Welcome to the race Sleepy Joe. I only hope you have the intelligence, long in doubt, to wage a successful primary campaign. It will be nasty – you will be dealing with people who truly have some very sick & demented ideas. Source: Handout / Getty Rapper YNW Melly , who was charged in February on two counts of first-degree murder for allegedly shooting and killing two of his friends, is facing the death penalty. Melly, real name Jamell Demons allegedly shot and killed YNW Juvy (real name Chris Thomas) and YNW Sakchaster (real name Anthony Williams) in October of 2018. According to police, Melly shot and killed the two men, ages 20 and 21 in the backseat of a car, then drove around for an extended period of time with the bodies until he could create an alibi. Police claim that Melly then got an associates, YNW Bortlen (real name Cortlen Henry) to drive the bodies of Williams and Thomas to the hospital and tell authorities that the four were victims of a drive-by shooting. Both Melly and Bortlen claim they are innocent in the killings. XXL has obtained court documents showing that the State of Florida is seeking the death penalty against Melly because they can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the rapper “killed his friends for financial gain” and that “the murder was speciously heinous, atrocious or cruel, and he committed homicide in a cold, calculated and premeditated manner.” Florida, along with Texas is one of 30 states in the United States where capital punishment is legal.
