Before his last official game, he wrote a letter to his fans saying: “My heart can take the pounding, my mind can handle the grind, but my body knows it’s time to say goodbye. You gave a six-year-old boy his Laker dream, and I’ll always love you for it. But I can’t love you obsessively for much longer.” Kobe has been many people’s favorite player since entering the league in 1996. We’ve seen hip, young Kobe. Tenants found the eviction letter on their doorsteps earlier this week, demanding they be out the building by Oct 17th. USA Today reports that Barbara Coombes, 63, was gardening outside her father’s Stockport, England house in 2006 when she found the photos and hit her father with a shovel and then slit his throat before burying his body in the garden. Combs confessed after living in her father’s house for over a decade and collecting welfare benefits. She later testified that her father raped her hundreds of times and called him a “violent bully” who physically and verbally attacked her while keeping her daughter as a sex slave. Coombes plead guilty to manslaughter and fraud and has been sentenced to nine years.

Nueces County Jail Texas Woman Arrested After Selling Her Child A Texas mother has been arrested after allegedly selling her child. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Texas Department of Public Safety obtained a warrant to search the home of a Nueces County Woman, and when authorities arrived and searched the home, they found a 7-year-old boy. The woman says she purchase the child from the his mother, Esmeralda Garza. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to USA Today, the transaction totaled $2,500. ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Garza stated that she and her boyfriend owe drug money and gave her child to (the woman) who pay $500 cash and clear the owe debt and and extra $700 when the ‘custody paperwork’ was signed,” a report states. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ According to DPS Sgt. Nathan Brandley, the woman was in the process of selling her two and three-year-old daughters as well. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The 29-year-old is facing third degree felony charges for selling a child. She is being held on a $100,000 bond.
