During their time at the five-star resort, the pair were “affectionate, cuddling and holding hands” while walling along the beach, a witness said.

SELENA GOMEZ and JUSTIN BIEBER appeared to go public with their relationship when they arrived arm-in-arm to last night’s Vanity Fair OSCARS party, according to E! Online. SELENA GOMEZ, the American actress and singer, has been coy about speculation that she is dating the 16-year-old pop sensation, but Bieber put his arm around her as the pair posed for photographs yesterday. The couple were snapped holding hands on Santa Monica Pier last month, fuelling rumours that they were officially an item, but neither individual made an official statement. Arriving at yesterday’s Vanity Fair Oscars party, Gomez wore a floor-length red Dolce and Gabbana gown to match with Bieber’s Dolce and Gabbana black suit. The actress, best known for her role in ‘The Wizards of Waverley Place’ is two-years older than Bieber and the pair have been romantically linked for the past year. According to E! the couple “mingled” at the star-studded party and “couldn’t keep their hands off each other”. However, a source reported that another couple, JESSICA BIEL and JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE, were acting strangely, adding, “They hardly interacted at all actually. It was pretty weird, they seriously barely spoke to each other”. SELENA GOMEZ recently completed work on her forthcoming movie ‘Monte Carlo’. Justin Bieber wants charity birthday present

Justin Bieber is asking fans to donate to charity to celebrate his 17th birthday tomorrow (01.03.11). The ‘Baby’ hitmaker has implored his fans to give 17 dollars to Charity: Water in order to raise $17,000 for clean water in developing countries. Writing on his Charity: Water page, he said: “Together, we’ve made a big difference for many causes. Did you know that about 4,500 kids die each day from waterborne disease? By building clean water projects for villages that need them, we can prevent this! I want to make my birthday matter this year – let’s make it so more kids can grow up to have a 17th birthday like me. Join me to make a change. “I’m really so grateful for my family, friends and fans – and I believe we can do something big to help bring clean water to people in need. Even if you don’t have $17 to give I just ask you to go out in your community and try and make a positive difference. Even the smallest act of kindness can go a long way. Thanks and God Bless! #makeachange.” Last night Justin stepped out in public for the first time with Selena Gomez, who he is reportedly dating. The pair – who were spotted in a photo booth kissing and cuddling at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party – even matched their outfits for the occasion, with 18-year-old Selena in a floor-length red dress while Justin wore a suit with a red pocket handkerchief.

Although the adorable couple still haven’t confirmed their relationship, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez hit the red carpet at Vanity Fair’s exclusive Oscar party arm-and-arm.  They were even holding hands and gazing into each other’s eyes lovingly.  Confirmation or not the two are clearly a couple.  They have been reportedly dating since mid-December. The two are so cute they wore matching looks: Justin added a red handkerchief to his Dolce & Gabbana suit, while Selena wore a red Dolce & Gabbana dress.  As the night went on, the pals shared shots on Twitter, showing Selena sitting close to Justin with her hand resting on his knee.
