A pair of Golden State Warriors fans, on their way home from Oracle Arena after their team was eliminated from the NBA Playoffs, were killed in a shooting Thursday night. Christopher Beardon and Terrance Marks were headed home in a white Porsche Panamera when someone in a SUV pulled alongside their vehicle on Interstate 880 and opened fire with a semi-automatic. Beardon – who was behind the wheel – was killed by the gunfire; Marks was hit by an oncoming car after the Porsche hit a guardrail and he either fled or was ejected. He was also shot in the drive-by. Police are asking other fans in attendance for help and studying surveillance video in an attempt to narrow down the suspect list. They do not believe it was a random act of road rage.

The ENQUIRER learned that Florida police arrested Lindsay’s fiance, Dominic Lakhan, in Pembroke Pines back in 2006 after pulling him over for a traffic violation. “Upon making contact with the driver,” states the police report, “officer observed in plain view a 16 oz. Natural Lite beer can opened in the driver door. “Officer also detected the odor of burnt cannabis emitting from the interior of the vehicle. “A search of the vehicle revealed two bags containing approximately 2 grams of suspected cannabis… inside the center of the ashtray. Suspect admitted to the possession of the cannabis, stating that it was for personal use.” Jamaican-born Lakhan was taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor possession. Okay so we can’t say for sure he’s a Rasta, but she definitely got her a real island man based on the photo. 35-year-old Lindsay is set to trade “I Do’s” with 38-year-old Lakhan next month on May 10th. Xavier McAfee is in danger of ruining the best show on television. The 29-year old has bee arrested for breaking into Bryan Cranston’s car on March 1 and swiping a script for Breaking Bad Season 5 . The actor reported the incident to police and said his shoulder bag – containing an iPad and these all-important pages – was taken out of his vehicle in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. McAfee was reportedly fingered as the culprit after bragging to patrons at a bar about the theft. This might seem surprising… until you read through the McAfee’s arrest record: four juvenile offenses, nine felony arrests (with one conviction), 11 misdemeanor arrests (with six convictions) and three pending felonies. A criminal mastermind this is not. But the script itself is yet to be retrieved, leaving many to fear that the future of Walter White and Jesse Pinkman will be spoiled before AMC can run new episodes this summer.
Talk about the side eye … Houston Gets No Jail Time After DUI Arrest Via TMZ reports: “I Like That” singer Houston — who famously suffered an emotional breakdown in 2005 and gouged his own eye out with a fork — has had a change in fortune … because TMZ has learned, he just got off easy in his DUI case. TMZ broke the story … Houston was arrested last year near Malibu after cops say he was driving erratically in his SUV . When cops approached the vehicle, they claim it smelled of marijuana … and Houston looked drugged out … so they placed him under arrest. But last week, the DUI charge was reduced to a minor traffic infraction … and the $100 fine was suspended … meaning Houston pretty much got off scot-free. It’s unclear why the charge was reduced. As for Houston’s 2005 breakdown — the singer reportedly first attempted suicide by jumping out of a window while under the influence of PCP. His friends stopped him, but when they locked him in a first-floor room, Houston gouged his eye out with a plastic fork. DAYUM! This is so “forked” up! Needless to say this was not Chris Brown’s week. The star was involved in a car crash Saturday afternoon and totaled his Porsche, but thankfully was uninjured, the Beverly Hills Police Department confirms. He was alone in the car, and told officers on the scene he was being chased by paparazzi before the accident; police are looking into the matter. The R&B singer’s rep tells E! News the following: “Chris Brown was in a car accident this afternoon after being ruthlessly pursued by paparazzi.” “He was in his vehicle by himself headed to the Debbie Allen Dance Academy for a Symphonic Love Foundation event when two vehicles cut him off.” So what happened between Chris and the celebrity gossip photographers? “The occupants jumped out, with cameras, and aggressively approached his vehicle,” the rep continues, and that’s when Chris attempted to bail. “In an effort to remove himself from the situation, he began to back down an alley at which point his was cut off by two additional vehicles. He is okay.” “Chris’ vehicle was totaled due to this aggressive pursuit by the paparazzi.” Brown hit a wall, according to TMZ. No word if he will be pressing charges. It’s a fitting end to a rough week for Brown, who was accused of lying about his community service hours – which he later ranted about an Instagram: “I’m wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!! I’m a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect. I’m sick of being accused.” “Just when everything seems to be going good, some new s–t happens,” Chris Brown mused. “A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not!” If it’s any consolation, Chris’ probation was NOT revoked (at least not yet), and four years ago today, he was totaling Rihanna, not just a sports car. An Applebee’s waitress who posted a receipt on Reddit showing a note from a pastor complaining about the automatic suggested gratuity has reportedly been fired. After the pastor complained to her manager, no less. Chelsea Welch, the waitress, tells Yahoo News that the pastor (since identified as Alois Bell) told Welch’s manager that the ensuing firestorm “ruined” her reputation. “I give God 10%,” the pastor wrote on the receipt , scratching out the automatic tip and scribbling in an emphatic “0” where the additional tip would be. “Why do you get 18?” There were more than eight people in Bell’s party, triggering the auto-tip … on a bill not even totaling $35. Still, the pastor was apparently not a fan. Welch, who snapped a photo of the bill and uploaded to Reddit, defended her right to post the receipt online, along with how insulted she felt by it. “I thought the note was insulting, but also comical,” she told the Consumerist about her decision. “And I thought other users would find it entertaining.” Bell, a pastor at Truth in the World Deliverance Ministries Church, was not amused when word got around, and called Welch’s manager to complain. “[It was] a lapse in my character and judgment,” Bell said, noting that her signature ID’d her to a friend in St. Louis, who said, “it’s all over Yahoo. You went viral!” “My heart is really broken. I’ve brought embarrassment to my church and ministry.” Didn’t stop her from bringing up the issue to her server’s employer, of course. A spokesman for Applebee’s said it apologized for violating Bell’s “right to privacy” and confirmed that Welch “is no longer employed by the franchise.” Welch was surprised that Applebee’s fired her, “especially because there was nothing specific in the employee handbook admonishing this behavior.” “I had no intention of starting a witch hunt or hurting anyone. I just wanted to share a picture I found interesting,” she said, still in shock from her dismissal. Welch also isn’t buying Bell’s “embarrassment” over the note she wrote. “If a person wrote this, obviously they wanted it seen ,” she said. “I’ve been stiffed on tips before, but this is the first time I’ve seen the Big Man used as reasoning.” What do you think? Law enforcement officials confirm to TMZ that Lil Za borrowed Bieber’s wheels and was cited by police today at 1:30 a.m. due to the vehicle’s tinted windows. It didn’t help that this Lil Za character was also driving without a license and was lucky to only receive a ticket for that offense, as opposed to an arrest. Just a month ago, Lil Twist also borrowed Bieber’s car… also got pulled over… and tragedy stuck when a photographer trying to get pictures of the vehicle was hit by a passing car. This time around? Lil Za flipped off a reporter while sitting in the back of the squad car. Might it be time for Justin to find new friends?
Latinos vs. Blacks Latino Gang Members Arrested For Hate Crimes Three Latino men have been arrested in suspicion of a terrifying hate crime committed against an African-American family. The suspects allegedly brought 15 to 20 gang members to surround the house, telling the family that it couldn’t live in the predominantly Latino neighborhood. Via HuffPo reports : Jeffrey Aguilar, 19, Efren Marquez, 21, and a teenage juvenile were arrested on Jan. 24 for committing the alleged hate crime in Compton, Los Angeles, according to the LA Sheriff’s Department. Shortly after an African-American family moved onto 154th Street, one of the male family members, while walking home on Dec. 31, was approached by four Latino men in an SUV. As the police describe the horrific event: The men identified themselves as members of a local street gang and told the victim that he and his family were not allowed to live in the area because they are Black. The gang members continually shouted racial epithets and threats of violence towards the victim. Fearing for his life, the victim ran home but was chased by the gang members who exited the vehicle and began beating the victim with metal pipes. One of the suspects, 21-year-old Suspect Efren Marquez, allegedly pointed a gun at the victim and threatened to shoot him while he was allegedly being beaten with a metal pipe by 19-year-old Suspect Jeffrey Aguilar. After the attack, the gang members fled in the vehicle. Marquez and Aguilar returned 30 minutes later with a group of 15-20 gang members, who surrounded the front of the victims’ home shouting racial epithets and telling them that members of the African American race (using the ‘n-word’) were not allowed to live in the neighborhood. One unidentified member of the group threw a large beer bottle through the front living room window, shattering the window. Both Suspect Marquez and Aguilar were reportedly armed with handguns. And the suspects allegedly continued to drive by the home several times a day, shouting racial slurs while ordering the family to leave the neighborhood — until the family finally did. Compton is a neighborhood with a history of racial violence. Part of the current tension stems from the neighborhood demographics changing from predominantly African-American to heavily Latino. The gang allegedly involved in this hateful act is known to commit racially-motivated crimes. “This gang has always made it clear they have a racial hatred for black people,” Lt. Richard Westin told the Los Angeles Times. “They repeatedly used racial epithets, they use racial hatred graffiti and they tag up the black church a lot.” What the hell?? Brown is brown, we are all supposed to be on the same side! Well, damn…these amigos might as well join those hooded cowards down south!
SPRING VALLEY – December 16, 2012 – ** CAUGHT ON TAPE ** A drunk driver managed to help catch another drunk driver tonight. It all started with El Cajon PD in pursuit of a vehicle where they suspected the driver to be driving under the influence. The driver failed to yield and took off on to southbound 125. The driver eventually pulled over just north of the Spring St exit. The driver was determined to be DUI and was being escorted to an awaiting El Cajon PD patrol car. As soon as officers approached the patrol car, a white Nissian Sentra slammed in to the rear of it at an estimated 60 MPH, missing the officers AND original drunk driver by mere inches (pause the video). Airbags were deployed and two women could be seen launching forward due to the impact of the collision. Officers immediately checked on the occupants, whom exited the vehicle in utter shock. Suprisingly no one was injured! CHP gave the driver (brunette) a field sobriety test and she failed it, prompting her arrest on suspicion of DUI. She was taken to Los Colinas. So TWO drunk drivers were taken off the streets tonight, one involving a pursuit, the other involving a terrifying crash, and no injuries!
