Seth Rogen and James Franco Mock Kimye Vogue Cover

As Seth Rogen said in a caption to the following photo, this simply “had to be done.” A day after the Kim Kardashian Vogue cover hit the Internet, Rogen Tweeted a Photoshopped image of himself and James Franco once again spoofing the reality star and Kanye West. The actors, of course, also parodied Kim and Kanye’s Bound 2 music video back in November. In that instance, Kim reacted to the mocking well, writing that Rogen and Franco “nailed it” and saying they’re version was “sooo funny.” But will she be as amused this time around, considering an appearance in Vogue marks a dream come true for Kim ? We’ll see. Neither Kardashian nor West have yet commented on this edited version of their cover. Allow us to go ahead and do so, however: HA!!! Anita Baker Arrest Warrant Issued; Singer Alleges Conspiracy By Contractor, Judge

Singer Anita Baker is speaking out, alleging that she is the victim of a sinister conspiracy which led police to take out a warrant for her arrest this week. A Detroit judge issued the warrant for the Grammy-winning singer after she supposedly failed to show up in court over a dispute with a home contractor. Anita hired Ray Smith Painting and Decorating in 2009 to fix storm damage to her home, paying $60,000 up front for a $75,000 job. The issue? Baker says Smith didn’t finish the job, and what he did do was beyond bad. So much so that she finished it herself. Still, he’s suing her for the balance. She never even got served with legal papers, she claims, so when she no-showed the court date, she didn’t realize she was no-showing anything. When that happens, the judge can enter a default judgment, which happened here, ordering her to pay the $15,000. Which she didn’t do, of course. The contractor then tried to haul Anita Baker into court and grill her about where she kept her money, so he could go after it to satisfy the judgment. The contractor claims he slapped the notice on her front door; Anita says she was on tour, never saw a notice and doesn’t believe it was ever there. Anita Baker An arrest warrant was issued for singer Anita Baker after no-showing a number of court dates. As a result, Anita was a no-show a second time for that hearing, and on Wednesday, the judge issued the arrest warrant, leaving her shocked. “I’ve never been in trouble with the law. I’m terrified,” she said. Baker says this isn’t the first time someone has pulled this on her, as she’s been served with legal papers and lost the case by default before. It’s not clear for what, but Anita’s lawyer tells TMZ that he’s going to court next week to get the warrant lifted and the default judgment thrown out. We’ll see how successful he is in that pursuit.

Fake Podiatry Student Wanted For Sucking Toes At Walmart Via WSCOTV reports: North Carolina police need the public’s help in identifying a man who is accused in a bizarre incident at a Walmart store. Police said a woman said that an unidentified black man started a conversation with her saying that he was a podiatrist student. The victim told police the man talked her into trying on several pair of shoes in the shoe department. At one point, the victim said the man took her foot, put it into his mouth and sucked on her toes, police said. Police released photos of the man and asks anyone who may know him to contact Crime Stoppers at 704-736-8909.

In teachers who smash their students news… Gym Teacher Charged With Sexual Assault Of Male Student This woman risked her career for some underaged to tale advantaged of an underaged teen. Disgusting. According to International Business Times: A Connecticut gym teacher has been charged with sexual assault, after reportedly having a month-long affair with a male student. Meghan Eagan, 25, had four sexual encounters with the victim, whose age was unclear. Eagan, who taught at Crosby High School, was charged with four counts of second-degree sexual assault, reports the Connecticut Local News, for incidents that took place at her home in December and January. School administrators have placed her on administrative leave, and she is scheduled to be arraigned Feb. 25. When will this teachers-smashing-the students trend stop?

Jon Gosselin tore his ex-wife Kate a new one on VH1’s Couples Therapy, which he’s starring on this season, on its most recent episode last night. The reality star, who has been on the warpath against his infamous former spouse, is now in a relationship with Liz Jannetta. At least for the short term. Viewers of the most recent episode not only saw Jon rail against Kate, but Liz appearing to be the new Kate, baiting and belittling her man. Awkward. During a group therapy session with host and TV therapist Dr. Jenn Berman, Jon said of living with Kate Gosselin , “My marriage was very non-affectionate.” “It was like 10 years of a business transaction. So many kids, you’re like, ‘We don’t have time to work on our marriage.’ There was always an emptiness.” Jon denied that he wrecked the marriage by having an affair, or multiple as he was accused of back in the day, implying it was broken in the first place. “The biggest misconception is the reason for the divorce is that I cheated on my wife,” he says.” But I didn’t. I mean, I knew [my marriage] was over January 17, 2009.” “That was the definitive day. I just knew.” Why? “I always felt like I did Kate’s task list. ‘Here’s the post-it note. This is what you have to do, this is how you’re a good husband, this is how you’re going to behave.'” “Okay, [I thought], ‘I’m going to complete these tasks and she’ll love me because I do these things.’ January 16, 2009 was when I did all my stuff.” “I went out to a bar and stayed out ’til 4 o’clock in the morning. When I came home that morning, she said nothing. So I did it the next night.” Jon got divorced in December of that year, and says that his insecurity issues from being married to Kate Gosselin haunt him now with Liz Jannetta . Jannetta, for her part, said that bothered her. As did the fact that, “We took a little break and within a couple weeks, he had someone else living with him.” Addressing Jon directly, she said she lost a lot of trust over that, and, “You slept with a couple people and then you had someone move in with you.” Jon pointed out to her she’d had sex with someone else while they were broken up, too, but Janetta was unmoved, proceeding to lay into him some more: “I question a lot. If he says he’s on his way and he shows up an hour and a half later I’ll ask him what he was doing. He immediately gets defensive.” Later, Liz accused Jon of masturbating. Seriously. Jon was lying in bed and when Jannetta walked into the room, she shouted, “You f–king pussy! “Your legs are wide open and your hands are down your pants: It’s humiliating,” she huffed on camera as Gosselin protested, “I wasn’t doing anything!” “I’m lying there scratching myself and Liz thinks I’m masturbating,” he told the VH1 cameras, while his outraged partner huffed, “You are such a jerk.” “You want to ‘get off’? You ask me! I’m ready to throw up, actually.” Later, Gosselin said he was sad that she didn’t believe him. That reminds me of my marriage.” For her part, Liz laughed to the camera at that comment by Jon, responding, “Please don’t play the victim all the time. Man, say something, you f–king p–sy!” These two are starting to make Farrah Abraham look downright normal … and she’s the one who went on a show called Couples Therapy solo, people.

Justin Bieber Egg Tossing, Curse-Filled Neighbor Fight: Caught on Camera!

This does NOT bode well for Justin Bieber. The singer stands accused of throwing eggs at his neighbor’s home last night in Calabasas, an incident reported to police and which is at least the second confrontation Bieber has had with the man, following last year’s spitting incident . And now TMZ has obtained a damning video of the food-based altercation, one that backs the neighbor up and paints Justin in an awful light. But we hear the victim screaming “I see you!” at the perpetrator and then we hear Justin’s voice (it’s rather distinguishable) cursing off the man and yelling “I got another one for you, actually!” The X-rated yelling continues for about 30 seconds until the neighbor tells his petrified 13-year old daughter to call 911. The girl does so and police quickly arrived on the scene. They are investigating Bieber for vandalism and if the damage done exceeds $400, it could become a FELONY vandalism charge. We’ve tried hard to defend the artist over the past year and we know he’s only 19… but seriously. Come on. Watch the video above. Death By Drawers: Oklahoma Man Suffocates After Stepson Gave Him An “Atomic Wedgie”

Damn… This sounds crazy . According to NewsOk.com reports : Pottawatomie County Sheriff Mike Booth said he had never heard of “an atomic wedgie,” before suspect Brad Davis told investigators he gave one to his stepfather, Denver Lee St. Clair, on Dec. 21 at St Clair’s home at 4 Shadowlake Drive in Pottawatomie County near McLoud. St. Clair was dead at the scene. Davis is St. Clair’s stepson and lives in the area. “I’d never seen this before, but when we first looked at our victim seeing the waistband of his underwear was around his neck,” Booth said. Booth said Davis told investigators that he went to his stepfather’s residence and his stepfather “jumped him.” St. Clair had a head wound and appeared to have been in a fight. The underwear St. Clair was wearing had been pulled up his back and over his head, leaving the waistband around his neck. Booth said it was the first time he had ever heard of someone being killed by a pair of underwear. The cause of death has been determined to be from blunt force trauma to the head and asphyxiation. The death has been ruled a homicide, said Amy Elliott, Oklahoma state medical examiner’s spokeswoman. Booth said a full report has been presented to the Pottawatomie County District Attorney’s office where a murder charge is expected to be filed.
