According to the Sports Illustrated , prosecutors are planning to release the footage despite both Kraft and spa manager Lei Wang’s attorney’s filing injunctions to delay public viewing. The Public Records Act does not allow a custodian to delay the production of records to allow the resolution of a constitutional challenge to the release of the documents.” A hearing for Wang’s request is scheduled for May 17 but the prosecution has no plans to wait until then.
