He took the time to respond to a lot of fans asking questions about why he’s embarking on this huge undertaking, including those who decided to assume Ja wanting to capitalize off old music must mean he’s running out of money. As the rapper pointed out, shooting dozens of music videos is anything but cheap, and all of this is coming out of his own pockets. Cop Will Receive No Punishment For Killing An 11-Year-Old Riding A Bike

N orman Hood was only 11 years old and living in Battle Creek, Michigan. On May 28, he was on his m iniature motorized bike and was killed by a police officer speeding. The police officer will face no charges. See Also:  A Timeline Of Dallas Cop Amber Guyger Killing Botham Jean In His Own Home WOODTV reports the unidentified office was driving to an emergency call and was speeding at “66 miles per hour in an area with a speed limit of 30 miles per hour.” The deputy was not using his lights or sirens. Jackson County Prosecutor Jerard Jarzynka decided to not file charges, saying, “Under Michigan law, a police officer can exceed the speed limit. This is a tragic accident.” He also claimed “Michigan law provides exceptions to whether the officer must use their emergency lights or siren.” Jarzynka then appeared to blame the child, claiming “Norman is seen riding the pocket bike wearing dark-colored clothing before abruptly making a sharp turn in front of the deputy.” Jarzynka stated, “His actions of doing that certainly resulted in this collision. Suddenly he’s just coming out of nowhere.” No charges. He does not make no dramatic turn in front of the officer… I’m a mess. I’ve been a mess, crying all day. They’re saying it’s OK… It’s OK you were speeding. Sixty-six miles an hour, really?” Valdez also told WWMT in a written statement, “I feel that my son was killed and justice was not served. The average citizen would have to pay for taking a life. The officer gets to go back to work and continue with his life. We will always be without Norman.” The family has civil lawsuit and is seeking $25 million in damages. It is rare for cops to ever be prosecuted. Vox.com reports, 3,238 criminal cases against police officers were analyzed from April 2009 through December 2010, “They found that only 33 percent were convicted, and 36 percent of officers who were convicted ended up serving prison sentences. Both of those are about half the rate at which members of the public are convicted or incarcerated.” Our condolences go out to everyone affected by this tragedy. Kevin Hart Sex Tape Partner Sues Actor for $60 Million

According to multuple reports,  Kevin Hart has a long road to full recovery after being involved in a very serious car accident. While he lies at home and tries to get better, meanwhile, the actor now has something rather important and interesting to read: A lawsuit for $60 million filed against him by ex-lover Montia Sabbag. Sabbag, who had previously been identified as Hart’s mistress , slept with the comedian in 2017… while Hart was married. In 2017, the two engaged in consensual sex inside of a Las Vegas hotel room — and they were caught on tape while doing do. Hart actually shared a video on Instagram at the time, claiming someone was trying to extort him over the sex tape. Eventually, Hart’s former friend, Jonathan Todd Jackson, was later arrested and charged with extortion, although he has since denied the allegation. In new court documents filed this week, however, Sabbag says Hart was aware that Jackson set up this camera and alleges that the actor played a role in the sex tape filming and release. According to this 38-page complaint, Sabagg accuses Hart, Jackson, the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas and other related companies of intentional inflection of emotional distress, violations of privacy and negligence . Hart was already an A-Lister with an enormous fan base and impressive resume at the time of the affair. However, Sabbag claims the tape was made to help “promote [Hart’s] Irresponsible Tour, which was a record-breaking comedy and to increase his overall pop culture status,” according to the documents. Sabagg goes on to write that she “had no knowledge that the intimate activity” depicted in the video of her and Hart “was being recorded.” The video, which according to the suit showed Sabagg “naked from the waste down and engaged in private, consensual sexual relations with Hart,” was published online in September of 2017. Hart has not yet commented on the lawsuit. However, he admitted to the affair and apologized two years ago during a radio interview. “I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did,” Hart explained back then, adding: “It’s a sh-tty moment. It’s a sh-tty moment when you know you’re wrong and there’s no excuses for your wrong behavior. At the end of the day, man, I just simply gotta do better.” Wife Eniko Parrish has since chosen to remain with Hart. “I’m gonna go home, I’m gonna address it,” he continued in December 2017. “I’m gonna make my wife full aware of what’s going on and the situation I have now put us in, and I’m hoping she has a heart to where she can forgive me and understand that this is not going to be a reoccurring thing and allow me to recover from my f-cking massive mistake.” According to TMZ yesterday, Hart has been working with the district attorney for two years on this case. He believes his friend (Jackson) totally screwed him over and he’s been actively teaming with authorities any time they need his assistance, prompting some to wonder why he would do this if he did, indeed, play a role in the sex tape release. We have no idea what  really happened, though, of course. Hart is currently recovering from a crash that left him with “major back injuries” when his Plymouth Barracuda veered off the road and landed in a ditch earlier this month. The actor was discharged from the hospital last week after undergoing surgery and is recovering from his injuries in a rehabilitation facility.

90 Day Fiance stars being unlucky in love is nothing new, but now, not even their rebounds are safe. First, Larissa Lima broke up with Erickee . Now, Jay Smith and his sidepiece-turned-girlfriend Kayal have split. Kayla is opening up about where they went wrong, and why she now fears for Jay’s stability. Kayla O’Brien was there to pick up Jay when he emerged from ICE custody at the tail end of July. Now, Kayle is opening up to RadarOnline on her relationship with the notorious cheater and how they have now broken up. “We were happy,” Kayla characterizes their relationship. “We always had a good time together.” Depending upon whom you ask, Kayla and Jay may have been together as far back as January. “We didn’t fight,” she claims. “We still acted like best friends.” Even when things were good, Kayla admits, she “always did way more for him” in the relationship. “Deep down, I think he is a good person, but he’s just lost,” Kayla suggests. “He was just moving on his own motives,” she describes. “And I had mine as well.” “We’re different people,” she points out. “Who value different things.” It’s always so interesting to hear women making all kinds of excuses for men. Society conditions them to do so from a very young age. Still, it’s clear that the general horniness wore off and she could see him clearly: “He’s a mess. I wish him peace.” Over the weekend, Jay showed up at the same event as Ashley — who has a protective order preventing him from approaching her. “God help him if he’s messing with Ashley again,” Kayla laments. “All I can think of is all the hard work to reverse the damage,” she worries. “There’s a current PFA,” Kayla points out. “If she turns on him again he’s so f–ked.” She’s at a loss, expressing: “I don’t know why he would put himself in that position… I feel sorry for him.” So, what was their relationship really like? “He was loyal for a period,” Kayla says. “And good to me for a period,” she adds. “But,” Kayla admits. “That’s all I want to say.” Wow. Sounds like a prince. “I am proud of myself to have loved him and done what I did for him,” Kayla claims. “Regardless of if he appreciates it now or not,” she insists. “He needed me and I will always be that person.” “Anyone I love will have unconditional love and support,” Kayla asserts. “And,” she concludes. “He can’t take that from me.” That last line … implies a lot of unspoken misery. I do feel sorry for that girl. In the mean time, Jay decided to post some thirst traps to Instagram now that he’s single again. And who should comment but his also single former castmate, Larissa Lima? As you can see in this screenshot by John Yates, she simply left a “fire” emoji under his post, but it was clearly enough to set of Ashley. Back in July, Amber Portwood was arrested on domestic violence charges after allegedly assaulting boyfriend Andrew Glennon. At the time, several of Portwood's Teen Mom OG castmates stood by her side, including Catelynn Lowell, who tweeted that fans should wait until they have all the facts and refrain from rushing to judgment. Of course, Lowell's comments were made prior to the release of shocking new audio recordings in which Portwood can be heard threatening to stab Glennon . Now, Catelynn is speaking out again — but instead of defending Amber, she's defending victims everywhere. Take a look: 1. The Best of Friends Few people can relate to the unique struggles Amber and Catelynn have faced over the course of the past decade, so it should come as no surprise that the reality stars developed a close friendship. 2. When Loyalty Creates Problems In that way, it makes sense that — along with the rest of the Moms — Catelynn’s first instinct was to defend and support her longtime friend. 3. Shane Gillis: Fired by Saturday Night Live Over Racist Jokes, Responds Like a Total Douche Canoe

Shane Gillis has been fired by Saturday Night Live before ever stepping foot on its legendary stage. The comedian — who came under extreme fire just days after his hiring last week after audio surfaced of some very inappropriate (read: RACIST) jokes and remarks — was let go by NBC on Monday. “After talking with Shane Gillis, we have decided that he will not be joining SNL,” said a show spokesperson on behalf of SNL boss Lorne Michaels. This statement continued as follows: We want SNL to have a variety of voices and points of view within the show, and we hired Shane on the strength of his talent as comedian and his impressive audition for SNL. We were not aware of his prior remarks that have surfaced over the past few days. The language he used is offensive, hurtful and unacceptable. We are sorry that we did not see these clips earlier, and that our vetting process was not up to our standard. Not long after Gillis was confirmed as one of three new faces on Saturday Night Live Season 45 (along with Chloe Fineman and Bowen Yang), a video resurfaced of the so-called comedian engaging in racist rhetoric. “Chinatown’s f-ckin nuts,” Gillis can be heard saying in a clip from a September 2018 podcast posted to a YouTube channel called Matt and Shane’s Secret Podcast. “Let the f-ckin ch-nks live there,” he adds. Earlier this year, Gillis also referred to Presidential candidate Andrew Yang by this same derogatory term for Asians. On another episode of this podcst, Gillis referred to Judd Apatow and Chris Gethard as “white f-ckin got comics,” calling them “f-cking gayer than ISIS.” Aware of the immediate backlash against him, Gillis released a very lame non-apology that used his profession as an excuse for his language and viewpoint. “I’m a comedian who pushes boundaries,” he wrote on Twitter, as you can see above. Gillis then added, condescending and pathetic fashion: “I sometimes miss. If you go through my 10 years of comedy, most of it bad, you’re going to find a lot of bad misses. I’m happy to apologize to anyone who’s actually offended by anything I’ve said.” In response to his firing, meanwhile, Gillis Tweeted in an equally shameful and cocky manner. “It feels ridiculous for comedians to be making serious public statements but here we are. I’m a comedian who was funny enough to get SNL. That can’t be taken away,” he wrote, concluding with a dig at the program itself: Of course I wanted an opportunity to prove myself at SNL, but I understand it would be too much of a distraction. I respect the decision they made. I’m honestly grateful for the opportunity. I was always a mad tv guy anyway. The sad truth is that this controversy likely will lead to some fame and riches for Gillis. He’s actually scheduled to meet with Yang down the road, Tweeted the Democratic hopeful himself. “Shane Gillis reached out. Looks like we will be sitting down together soon,” Yang wrote this afternoon. Where do YOU stand on this scandal? We’re all for open dialogue and on people learning from past mistakes. But does Seth Gillis sound like someone who is doing this? Or is capable of doing this? Or does he just sound like an unfunny loser who relies on racist tropes and played-out stereotypes to try and come across as edgy and/or relevant?
