According to KTRK , in the footage shot by little Rodney’s dad, Darryl Small, the four-year-old is clearly irate about what’s happening and does not care if the woman hears him either. “There’s some stinky feet behind me,” Rodney said, looking really serious about it too. Rodney then show us that these “stinky feet” is referring to is right on his arm rest. Soon after, he demands that the “lady” explain, “Why do you have you feet behind me?” All of a sudden her toes disappeared. The fast-food chain’s foundation is announcing that it’s dishing out more than just fourth meal curbing cravings, The Taco Bell Foundation is awarding $4.6 million in scholarships. Dubbed the Live Más Scholarships, the scholarships were created for students with passion, not academic merit or athletic ability. All that the application requires is a 2-minute video describing what they love to do. No essays, test scores or GPA are considered for the awardees. This year after receiving nearly 13,000 applicants, TB’s awarding money to 531 students, over half which are students of color. This is especially important considering the racial disparities in education. According to EdBuild , predominantly white school districts receive $23 billion more than with districts that serve mostly students of color. According to Brookings , black graduates with bachelor’s degrees owe $7,400 more on average in college loans than their white peers. The Taco Bell Foundation gave out $25,000 worth of Live Más moola, the scholarship’s top prize, to several deserving students including: Dwalyn Bryant a former Taco Bell employee who will use the scholarship to study biomedical health at Penn State, in hopes of becoming a surgeon one day. After her mom was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy, she knew that wanted to make an impact in the medical field. In addition to maintaining straight A’s and her job at Taco Bell, she has participated in programs with the National Institute of Health and the Army Education Outreach Program. DING! DING! DING Is it really about to be on between Justin Bieber and Tom Cruise? That’s a question we never thought we’d be asking, but Bieber himself has gone ahead and forced us to ponder the possibility. For reasons that remain unknown, the singer Tweeted a challenge to the actor over the weekend, writing very simply and mysteriously on his account: I wanna challenge Tom Cruise to fight in the octagon. Tom if you dont take this fight your scared and you will never live it down. Who is willing to put on the fight? @danawhite ? White is the owner of UFC and someone who could, conceivably, sanction this fight, pay each combatant and air the battle on pay-per-view. He is yet to respond to the strange request, however — nor has Cruise said a word about what may just be some sort of publicity stunt on Bieber’s behalf. But what if it is not? What if Justin Bieber hated Mission: Impossible – Fallout or is pissed he wasn’t cast in the upcoming Top Gun sequel or something and is so angry at Cruise that he really does want to beat him up? If this is the case, we’d left with no choice but to pose the obvious question to our staff. And that question is this: WHO WOULD WIN A FIGHT BETWEEN JUSTIN BIEBER AND TOM CRUISE? Cruise by Tyler Johnson Sadly, an MMA bout between Tom Cruise and Justin Bieber will probably never take place, because that would be a truly win-win event for all of humanity. No matter which party emerged victorious, it would be well worth the pay-per-view price to see the opposing fighter get knocked senseless. As for which pint-sized pugilist would come out on top, it seems clear to me that Tom would smack the thetans out of Justin. Now, Cruise remains the face of an international cult that’s been accused of everything from slave labor to sex-trafficking, so he’s definitely more deserving of a smackdown than Justin, whose most egregious crime remains acting like sort of a douche for most of his life. But at an according-to-his-publicist height of 5’7” and a weight of 170 pounds, Tom has the much stockier frame. Add to that the fact that he’s been doing his own stunts for several decades, and it seems clear to me that Tom would easily overcome his 31-year age disadvantage to do exactly what millions of middle-aged dads have wanted to do after dropping an entire paycheck on concert tickets for their daughters: We’re talking, of course, about pounding the snot out of Justin Bieber Obviously, we’ve never seen him step into the ring before, but we’re guessing Cruise would bust out evasive maneuvers like Maverick and leave Justin as lifeless as Lestat. Maybe after someone waves some smelling salts under Justin’s nose, we can finally figure out why the hell he randomly challenged Tom Cruise to a fight. Cruise by Simon Delott Justin is young and presumably spry. So… why in the world would I predict that Tom Cruise would crush it in a fight? Because Justin Bieber is only human. Tom does his own stunts and is an acting machine. That’s why he gets work even though he’s the poster boy for an alleged predatory enterprise. Tom has no thetans or even normal human thoughts to hold him back in a fight. Think about it this way: imagine if Justin Bieber were to fight a man-sized robot. Now imagine that that robot is part of a cult . The Biebs stands no chance. That said, do they really need to fight? They’re both aging sex symbols who aren’t nearly as popular as they once were. They’re both also very visible members of very different but controversial churches that cater to celebs. Yes, Cruise famously performs his own stunts, but that’s still what they are: stunts. They are, by definition, phony and contrived. This descriptions fit Tom Cruise as well, who would be so confused by his surroundings if actually placed inside an octagon and asked to not merely act, but to actually be all mean and tough and to throw an actual punch or kick… that he would short-circuit on the spot. Bieber, meanwhile, would run out to the ninth row and ask someone there to hold him back; hold him back! The fact that Bieber is 5’7″ and Cruise is, like 4’2″ might actually tilt the bout in the actor’s favor. Bieber would have difficulty just leaning down and connecting with Cruise’s jaw. But Bieber is more than three decades younger than Cruise; with the way Hailey Baldwin talks about her sex life with the singer, we’ve gotta imagine his stamina is pretty strong these days. So let’s call it a wash from a physical perspective. Yes, Justin is good friends with Chris Brown, but he only knows how to hit women , so any advice Brown could offer would be wasted when the opponent has a penis. The truth is that this fight probably won’t happen and that neither star seems capable of mixing it up for real if he ever did step between any ropes. This is why there can only be one true winner any time the topic of Bieber versus Cruise is broached. It’s not the singer who loves to play victim; nor is it the actor who just loves to play. It’s the creators of content across the Internet who get to spend ample time at their jobs breaking down this hypothetical matchup and hopefully entertaining their loyal readers while doing so. But … who is he? Many were quick to theorize that she’s currently boinking DJ Boof. He’s a familiar face from The Wendy Williams Show and he’s young, and they were even spotted hanging out together recently. But that was last week. This week, he was far from SoCal — in fact, DJ Boof was in Atlanta. He has an alibi, so to speak. Hilariously, DJ Boof had to swat away this theory all day long on Monday. “Are you dating Wndy,” a follower asked on Instagram, prompting Boof to reply: “No.” The cacophony of questions got so bad that he took to his Instagram Stories to address it. “Try again!!” he instructed his followers. “Not my hand!!!!” People are scrambling for answers. And, until Wendy identifies her cougar cub, the speculations will continue. Some have, of course, been spouting a different theory at anyone who will listen. There are those who wonder if perhaps Wendy hired a hand model to snap a photo. Why? Maybe to make Kevin Hunter jealous — and drive him crazy — during their divorce. Maybe as a small punishment for allegedly attacking their son . Or maybe it was directed at fans. Maybe Wendy wants them to see her living her best life. You know those services that give rich people fancy trash to throw away to make their lives look more glamourous? This could be that but for dating. We somehow don’t believe that, however. One, no one actually expects her to be dating this early, so we don’t imagine that she’s really that desperate. Two, Wendy knows the ins and outs of fame and how their stories are covered better than anyone. A fake dating story is bound to get out — especially if she’s doing it on TMZ ‘s turf. Britney Spears is giving everyone a heads up – the paparazzi are super toxic, OK?! After the 37-year-old was just trying to have a relaxing vacay with BF Sam Asghari in Miami, paparazzi photos surfaced of Britney on the beach that she claims are totally fake. She was quick to slam the photos for their lack of um, accuracy … and now, she is introducing us all to her new “conspiracy theory ” ! Over the weekend, Britney took to her Instagram stories (oops, she did it again) and blasted the photo agency for allegedly editing her bikini photos. “Hello, and please don’t judge me, I look haggard right now,” she began, adding in the caption that she just got off a jet ski. “But my question to all of you is, a lot of fans in our world today, they always are subject to really criticize people and say that the pictures and videos that they’re posting are either not on time or they’re fake.” “But no one ever really asks, ‘Are the paparazzi pictures fake, and do the paparazzi people do stuff to the pictures and is the news really real?'” “I look like I’m 40 pounds bigger [in the pics] than I am today,” she explained. “This is how I am right now and I’m skinny as a needle.” “You tell me, what is real?” the singer asked her followers. She uploaded her theory shortly after paparazzi spotted and photographed Spears and Asghari holding hands and soaking up the sun before hitting the water. The blonde strutted a light coverup over her bikini while her personal trainer beau went shirtless. They also snapped pics of Asghari helping a struggling Spears onto a boat after the two had some fun diving into the water, according to Entertainment Tonight . Britney has definitely been taking advantage of Instagram lately — especially when it comes to the Stories feature where she can share her thoughts and opinions immediately. Last month, Spears also took to her IG Stories to set the record straight about the #FreeBritney movement , which was legal drama over her conservatorship case and that her team took over her social media accounts. “For those of you who don’t think I post my own videos, I did this video yesterday,” she said in the video at the time. “So, you’re wrong. But I hope you like it.” A source told ET that when it comes to Britney’s Instagram platform, Britney’s situation “hasn’t changed.” “When she wants to post a video, she posts a video, despite advice from family and friends,” said the source. “Of course, sometimes her people are concerned about how she comes across in her videos , but right now Britney would like to exercise her right to do whatever she pleases.” And we think that is not only fair but also totally entertaining to us as viewers, so please — share away! The young boy brought the drugs to Edison Elementary to ask for help, according to the Kennewick Police Department and now, local authorities are praising the “brave” young boy for having the courage to turn in his own parents. “We would like to acknowledge the courage that it took for this child to bring this information to a trusted adult at the Kennewick School District,” says a post on the Kennewick Police Department Facebook page. The principal and an office administrator were befuddle when the child handed over what appeared to be a small plastic bag of methamphetamine. He reportedly found the drugs in his home on Wednesday morning and ended up bringing it to school because he was “afraid to return home.” “This particular child was brave for coming to us with this,” said Lt. Aaron Clem of the Kennewick Police Department to Yahoo Lifestyle . “It’s difficult, especially for an elementary school kid, to report this kind of thing when it involves a family member.” Once the child provided additional information to a School Resource Officer about his parents’ behavior, the detectives went to his home where they found they found fetanyl pills and other drug paraphernalia. “I suspect that he had seen the drugs before, which is why he knew to bring them to school,” Clem continued. The boy’s parents, 29-year-old Jennifer Edwards 29-year-old and Daniel O’Leary, were then arrested for possession of a controlled substance and are currently booked at the Benton County Jail. According to local authorities, the boy and his sister have bpth been placed into protective custody and released to Child Protective Services. The Lt. said, “We hope that since he’s done this that he and his sister are going to live in a safer and environment and that the adults they get the help that they need.” The Benton County prosecuting attorney will evaluate the case later this week to see if there are any other possible charges, like child endangerment. Clem adds that he hopes that other children who may feel unsafe at home will feel empowered to come get help from any trusted adult. “If there’s ever any elementary child, or older, that sees something at home, they can always find a trusted adult— whether it’s at school, a fire department or the police department— and get the help that they need or with any concerns that they may have.”
