Man Reportedly Beats 4-Month Old Baby To Death After Finding Out He Wasn’t The Father [Video]

Source: JazzIRT / Getty Man Punches 4-Month Old Baby To Death After Discovering He Wasn’t The Father According to Fox 13 Memphis , Jose Agurcia-Avila was arrested by Memphis police and charged with first-degree murder after punching a 4-month old baby. Avila reportedly became upset after learning the child, Alexander Lizondro-Chacon, wasn’t his. Cops say Avila punched the child so hard that the baby was left unresponsive when the mother returned home. The child was rushed to Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis but was pronounced dead upon arrival. An autopsy revealed the baby died from blunt force trauma and his death was ruled a homicide. The medical examiner concluded that the boy’s injuries were a fractured skull, fractured rib and a serious case of pneumonia.   The boy’s mother told police that Avila confessed. The 33-year-old is charged with first-degree murder in perpetration of aggravated child abuse and first-degree murder in perpetration of aggravated child neglect.

The Brooklyn legend made New York’s Webster Hall great again for the venue’s reopening by performing one of his “B-sides” set with an intimate show. But it wouldn’t be a Hov show without some special guests in the building. Nas hit the stage with Jay to perform their 2007 track “Success” followed by the classic “Dead Presidents”, then the Queens legend closed out their set with “New York State of Mind”. For anybody still confused as to what he was doing.” Jay’s “B-Sides 2” set is Webster Hall’s first show since it closed down for renovation in August 2017. Shout out to Hov for bringing the culture back to NYC in such a dope way.

In the movie-like visual she shows off her impressive pole-dance skills. Twigs, like the music, takes her time and builds into a wild scene. “When I wrote ‘Cellophane’ over a year ago, a visual narrative came to me immediately,” she explained on Instagram. “I knew I had to learn how to pole-dance to bring it to life, and so that’s what I did.” The latter may be an understatement, considering the level at which the 31-year-old multidisciplinary performer has mastered the genre. This time last year, Twigs revealed that she underwent laparoscopic surgery to have six fibroid tumors removed from her uterus. Some of the massive tumors were larger than fruit. We’re glad she’s doing great and looking even better. Check her out.
